When trying to launch the game, players from certain countries encounter Error 09-04 due to the fact that these counties block VoIP traffic at the country level.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it as the same protocol used for VoIP is also used for communication between the game client and the game server.

Servers maintenance on September 22
As another patch is imminent, the servers will be closed for maintenance on September 22 from 10:00 to 13:00 CEST (4 - 7 am EDT / 17:00 - 20:00 JST).

R64_5 patch notes:

- Anti-cheat improvement to fix the random anti-cheat kicks issue.
- Fixed bug when the AFK timeout values reset after player's respawn. Because of the bug, many AFK players were not kicked in session.
- Demolition was added to Versus to be concurrent with the Demolition mode event.
- Improved server stability.

September 19 patch is out, and the servers are back online
Patch R65_5 has been released. The servers are online.

- Anti-cheat improvement to fix the random anti-cheat kicks issue.

We need to apply a new game patch, so the servers will go offline for maintenance from 11:45 to 15:00 CEST (5:45 - 9 am EDT / 18:45 - 22:00 JST).

Barricade was added as a regular Versus mode (as an experiment)
We’ve received a lot of requests to add the Barricade mode as a regular Versus mode.

Okay then. Barricade was added to Versus, alongside Escort, TDM, and Conquest, just now.

Workaround for unjustified anti-cheat kicks after Sep 16 update
For those who experience unjustified anti-cheat kicks, here's a quick fix.

Solution # 1

RMB on Shatterline in Steam => Properties
Go to the Local Files => Verify integrity of game files

Solution # 2

RMB on Shatterline in Steam => Properties
Go to the Local Files => Browse
From game folder => EasyAntiCheat
Place setup.bat file here and RUN
