Extended Full Moon

[p align="start"]With the help of Mundra, we’ve also made sure that the full moon sticks around for just a little longer. From December 3rd to December 17th, everyone will be able to use Full Moon Fusion. Every now and then, Mundra is a generous dragon.  [/p]

Holiday Collection & Free Worker Gifts

[p align="start"]The entire city is getting into the holiday spirit as well![/p][p align="start"]Starting on December 17th and until December 29th, city workers will occasionally pop into your shop and offer their usual goods and wares for FREE![/p][p align="start"]Our holiday seasonal collection will also be available during the same time period! Now's the time to get your shop and yourself into the festive spirit too![/p]

Winter Snow

[p align="start"]It wouldn’t be the holidays without some snow! Starting with the release of the 22.2 update and until January 20th, 2026, the city and your shop lawn will be covered in snow and festive decorations![/p]

Trifecta Event

[p align="start"]As is holiday tradition, we will be running our annual holiday Trifecta event, which for the uninformed is our Better Deals, Haggle and Multicraft events all at the same time![/p][p align="start"]This year, it’ll run for three days starting on December 16th and ending on December 19th.[/p]

Balance Changes

  • [p]While we previously intended to fix an issue where the required level for Roxanne (Engineer) to craft the Particle Thrower was set to 1, we have elected to keep it as is to prevent any further issues. Ghost incursion safety is no joke.[/p]
  • [p]Spellblade and Spellknight classes can no longer obtain Catalyst Master skills.[/p]
  • [p]Added a few new stories for Rudo, concluding his storyline.[/p]

Minor Changes

  • [p]Added an Earth affinity to the Waterproof Lilyrobe and Frogsong Gong blueprints.[/p]
  • [p]Timewarp Component selection is now enabled by default. If you've previously disabled this option, you'll need to re-disable it.[/p]
  • [p]In the crafting menus, you’ll no longer need to tab over using the navigation arrows to see all item filters if the appropriate amount of space is available to display them all, such as in landscape.[/p]
  • [p]Gem Packs in the Store will now more prominently display the bonus Gems you are receiving from bonuses such as Royal Merchant and First Time Purchases.[/p]
  • [p]Modified the color visuals of premium worker cards in the Store to better match their aesthetic.[/p]

King Schedule

[p align="start"]The King will return as a Guest Champion for a special duration, from November 25th to December 7th.[/p]

Notable Bug Fixes

  • [p]Fixed an issue where the Favor calculation for some premium items was not taking Essence into account properly. This should result in higher Favor values for T12+ Catalysts, Dual Wield and Instruments.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where the game would crash/disconnect when selling the Particle Thrower to the King.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed the Crafter's Trick talent resulting in progress not being contributed towards certain tasks due to no components being used.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue preventing items above your market tier from being sellable on the Market.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where multiple Flash Quests running at the same time could affect the attempts made of another Flash Quest. Read further below on remediations for this issue.
  • [p]Fixed the Content Pass HUD icon remaining present after all possible rewards have been claimed.
  • [p]Fixed the leaderboards for Lost City of Gold being improperly sorted.
  • [p]Fixed an issue where the icon for furniture being upgraded in the Basement could appear as a white square.
  • [p]Fixed an issue where the guaranteed odds in Collection Card Pack descriptions, when viewed from the inventory, did not display.
  • [p]Chain Offers will no longer display the alternative reward for a node after claiming a primary reward. This will prevent the confusing state where a player thinks they received the alternative reward instead of the primary reward.
  • [p]Fixed an issue where a Guild Perk’s details menu would be opened a repeated amount of times.
  • [p]Fixed an issue where donating items in Dragon Invasion did not use the final sale price of an item. This should resolve an issue where Binder of Memories did not take into account its artifact bonus when donated.
  • [p]Fixed an issue where no red notification would appear on the Design button when obtaining a new Wallpaper, Flooring or Shop Frame.
  • [p]Fixed an issue preventing event intro cutscenes from surfacing.

Regarding Issues with Flash Quests in 22.1

[p align="start"]With our last community event, some slime managed to ooze its way into areas we didn't expect resulting in some players encountering their Flash Quests with attempts already made or entirely completed. [p align="start"]As mentioned in the Bug Fixes section, we have fixed this issue in version 22.2 so it should no longer occur! However, to help make up for the potential lost attempts, we'll be running each regularly scheduled Flash Quest up until December 13th twice, back-to-back.[p align="start"]For example, the Gold Golem Flash Quest which starts on December 2nd will also run again on December 3rd. Then, the Toad Sage Flash Quest on December 4th and December 5th, so on until December 13th, wherein the schedule will return to its normal cadence.

Regarding What Lurks in the Tower

[p align="start"]We previously teased back in August, when we extended the Tower of Titans to a month-long cadence, that something even more terrifying than the Tower of Terror was coming within the next few months for those hungry for an even greater challenge. [p align="start"]Unfortunately, we were a bit too ambitious with this timeline, and as the end of the year nears we’ve come to the decision that we'll need more time to work on this feature and, as such, have delayed its release to sometime early next year.[TAG-201][p align="start"]We know this'll be a disappointment for those who have been anxiously awaiting the challenge, but we hope the extra development time we're giving the feature will make it worth the wait.[TAG-203]

Guilds Galore Update

[p]This update releases next week![/p][p][/p]

Major Changes

Event Difficulty Selection

[p]Are events too easy? Or perhaps impossible for your tiny guild? Read below.[/p][p]With this update, we offer a new power to Guild officers; Event Difficulty Selection. For each of our Guild Events (Lost City of Gold, King’s Caprice and Dragon Invasion), a difficulty level can be chosen.[/p][p]For players comfortable with event difficulty until now, Hard offers similar rewards and challenges. Easy and Medium are more appropriate for smaller guilds of newer players, offering lesser rewards in exchange for a more reasonable challenge.[/p][p]Extreme is suited for established guilds of advanced players, wishing to face steeper requirements in exchange for greater rewards. In addition, it features a few extra bonus rewards beyond the Grand Prize, for guilds who want to go the extra mile.[/p][p]New Event Difficulties are unlocked through the Town Hall building level. Once a new difficulty is unlocked, it can be assigned to one or more events individually by officers. Keep in mind however that an event’s difficulty cannot be changed while the event is running.[/p][p]As part of this update, your guild’s event difficulties will be automatically set to the highest difficulty allowed by your Town Hall. It will however not automatically be set to Extreme, to prevent presenting an insurmountable challenge to unwary guilds. If you’d like to tackle the Extreme difficulty, it can be manually assigned by any guild officer.[/p][p]To see the score requirements for the grand prize of each event and difficulty, read further down below.[/p]

  • [p]Receiving duplicates of Collection Cards now also gives you Card Shards.[/p]
  • [p]Added a new fusion recipe to make Common Collection Card Packs, using Card Shards.[/p]
    • [p]This Fusion is available for everyone![/p]
  • [p]Updated decorations across the board to be able to attract visitors more easily.[/p]
  • [p]Added new worker statues to Grab Bags.[/p]
  • [p]Artifact blueprints are no longer a possible item requested by Champions.[/p]
  • [p]The Platinum Shop Frame is now available in Platinum Chests.[/p]

Balance Changes

  • [p]Increased the odds of receiving a Chase Card in all the Collection Card Pack.[/p]
  • [p]Chase Cards now give a bonus as soon as you receive one.[/p]
    • [p]Those bonuses have been slightly increased overall as well.[/p]
  • [p]Collection Card Packs can now drop from the Piggy Bank and be purchased from the Fortune Zone Store.[/p]
  • [p]A new 12th quest difficulty has been added to the Lost City of Gold.[/p]
  • [p]Alongside that new quest, all LCOG difficulties have been tuned: quests now last 90 minutes but yield roughly 50% more Pure Gold.[/p]
  • [p]Break chances for the LCOG quests have been slightly reduced.[/p]
  • [p]Increased the maximum item tier that can drop in the Fortune Zone Store from 11 to 14.[/p]

  • [p]Fixed an issue where the bonuses from Beatrice’s Collection Card weren’t applied properly.[/p]

  • [p]The “Open Pack” button will no longer display in the Collection Card Pack info menu when you have no packs.[/p]

About the Collection Cards

[p]First of all, thank you for joining us for the high-octane release that was our 6th anniversary! Every year, we are thankful for all of you being here for the ride.[/p][p]We’ve been listening to your feedback. The Collection Cards feature was always meant as a simple new layer of collection, showcasing art of the characters you know and love. However, it was clear on release that we had dialed the slow-grinding aspect of the feature too far. We have the following actions planned for the immediate and near future to address the most common feedback.[/p]

For 20.1 (releasing in early July)

  • [p]Duplicates of cards you receive now also give Card Shards, in addition to card XP.[/p]
  • [p]Introducing a Fusion Recipe to craft a Common Collection Card Packs, using Card Shards as the primary ingredient.[/p]
  • [p]Collection Card Packs can now drop from the Piggy Bank and be purchased from the Fortune Zone Store.[/p]
  • [p]Add an initial reward step for the Chase Cards.[/p]
  • [p]Increase the drop rates of Chase Cards.[/p]
[p]If you’ve already received duplicates of cards, the Card Shards will be retroactively added to your inventory when the 20.1 update drops. If you happen to have already mastered every single collection card, you can still hold on to your packs and Card Shards! There will be more cards added to the collection over time.[/p][p]We also wanted to address some recurring concerns that have been floating around the community for a while about the future of Shop Titans. While we cannot elaborate much on what we are working on (for now!), we wanted to reassure you that Shop Titans is here to stay. While it’s true we at Kabam Montreal are working on other projects, those are separate teams, doing new things. We have no firm release date for these projects as of yet, but stay tuned for more updates![/p]

Your Shop Stats Video Is Here

[p]Hello Shopkeepers! [/p][p][/p][p]The Anniversary is here! To celebrate we have made you some personal Shop Stats videos to recap some of your shop’s milestones from the last year! [/p][p][/p][p]To access your video look out for an in-game message with a link to your video or head over to stats.playshoptitans.com! [/p][p][/p][p]Regarding accessing your video:[/p]
  • [p]Please note that in order to receive a video you had to have met a couple of criteria that are outlined on the landing page above or have filled out the community form. [/p]
  • [p]The data pulled to generate the videos could not retrieve usernames for accounts older than early 2023.[/p]
  • [p]If your account is newer than early 2023 or you've changed your username since, then you likely can fetch your video using your Player ID and can see your username displayed in the video.[/p]
  • [p]Otherwise, this means the only way to access your video, if you meet the criteria, is to use the link in the in-game mailbox or manually input your Unique ID found in the Settings menu on the landing page.[/p]
[p]Regarding some of the stats displayed in the video:[/p]
  • [p]The hours played stat, as many have deduced, is your lifetime hours played rather than just from the last year.[/p]
  • [p]The specialty stat was intended to be the category you crafted the most, but is instead the item type of the item you crafted the most and the number of times you crafted that item. For example, if your most crafted item was 1000 Squire Swords, then the stat will display "swords" as your specialty and "1000" as the crafted count.[/p]
  • [p]The hero level stats is displaying the amount of levels your heroes gained in the last year, not the total levels of your heroes.[/p]
[p][/p][p]Once you've got your video feel free to share it with your friends and with your guild! [/p][p][/p][p]Thanks for 6 years of Shop Titans and we can’t wait to celebrate for years to come![/p][p][/p][p][/p]

Shop Titans Goes TCG Update

[p]This update is slated for release next week![/p][p][/p]

New Content

Collection Cards

[p]There’s a new bookmark in the Collection Book! Cards? What’s this!?[/p][p]Cards can be earned from special Card Packs (opened with gems or earned from events). Each will reward 5 different cards to collect![/p][p]There are currently 43 different cards to collect, one per character in the game! Each comes in three different rarities too. When a card is earned, it will automatically be added to the collection book and increase your Collection Score.[/p][p]That’s not all though, each card has a unique, permanent bonus! For example, the Argon Card will unlock a permanent 5% bonus to his stats simply from earning one card. The bonus can be increased further, up to 25%, by collecting more Argon Cards and earning XP progress towards the next bonus level. Rare and Mythic Argon cards grant much more XP toward these bonuses.[/p][p]While most cards have 3 upgrade levels, a rare few only have a single, powerful effect. In this case, no bonus is available until enough XP is earned to unlock it. Elder Owen, for example, is one such card. If you manage to unlock his bonus, you’ll gain a permanent +2 furniture space for your shop![/p][p]Happy collecting, shopkeepers![/p][p][/p]

Juniper's Jolly June Planting Jubilee!

All of you know of Juniper’s enthusiasm regarding plants. Small or tall, green or colorful, Juniper loves them all. That is why she (and Kabam) is urging you to plant trees around your shop for the good of the whole Kingdom! From June 5th to 11th, add saplings from the special collection to your shop and watch them grow to participate in this special Community Event, Juniper's Jolly June Tree Planting Jubilee! For each milestone reached in-game, Kabam will give out money  (real world money, not gold) to Amazon Research Internacional, up to $20,000 USD for the grand prize! Now we’ve never been to this Amazon place, but Juniper tells us it’s a great spot.

In addition, we have a special magic-infused sapling that will be part of an exclusive offer running during the event. All the profits from this special offer will go directly to Amazon Research Internacional as well!

Progress for the event will be communicated through daily in-game mails and through daily updates on our website.

Major Changes

Pinned Messages

Guildmasters and Officers can now pin a message by pressing and holding on any message in Guild Chat. Only one message can be pinned at a time.

Announcement & Welcome Messages

Guildmasters can now set an Announcement Message and Welcome Message from the Guild Settings menu. Use these new functions to communicate your guild's interests and intents.

Announcement messages will display directly on the Guild Details menu for anyone viewing your guild to see.

Welcome messages will display on the welcome pop-up that appears for newly recruited guild members.

“Welcome Back” Improvements

For players coming back after an extended period of time, the first “Welcome Back!” message they see will contain a summary of major features from the last few updates.

Minor Changes

  • Timewarped Components will now be auto-selected (when enabled) when opening the Quest Setup menu as opposed to requiring you to open the Timewarp menu.
  • Added Eye Glasses to the customization options, available for gold for everyone.
  • Improved the Daily Offer to better take into account a player’s current progression.
  • The Guild’s Choice VFX has been toned down a bit, as per popular demand.

Balance Changes

  • Removed the Light affinity from the Nook & Cranny Dual Wield Blueprint. It just wasn’t luminous enough to deserve it. We did fix its weaker than intended stats in exchange.
  • Fixed an issue where the Ancient Jungle Quests were dropping items of subpar interest.

Webstore Updates

Gem Fountain

The Gem Fountain offer can now be purchased directly from the webstore!

Other Changes

  • Offers will now display a countdown timer to their expiration, if applicable.
  • The Gem Fountain will also display a countdown timer to the offer’s expiration after purchase, however, a notable limitation is that this timer will not update until you log into the game.

King Schedule

The King will return as a Guest Champion starting on May 26th until the 29th.

Bug Fixes

  • Fix a discrepancy in investments per level between The Sun Tower and the other buildings at higher levels.
  • Fixed the Painter's Apron customization’s color not changing when Shopkeeper avatar was set to Female body type.
  • Fixed the Timewarped Component conversion indicator not showing in the Timewarp menu when playing in Portrait mode.
  • Fixed several warnings appearing back-to-back when attempting to sell a locked item of higher quality to a Champion.
  • Fixed an issue where no error message would surface when attempting to buy a Market Slot while below the level requirement.
  • Fixed the Tier 15 filter missing from Advanced Search accessed from Racks.
  • Fixed an issue where Spirits’ skill information was missing from its Item Details menu.

It's About Time Update

This update is slated for release on April 15th.

New Content

Tier 15 is Here!

40 new blueprints are now available! There’s more every year, isn’t there!?

For this new batch of blueprints, we have to take a step back in time. A pretty big step back in fact, considering we’re time traveling back several million years. Pack a big lunch, because routine trips to the Ancient Jungle quest will be required to craft wonderful new items such as the Behemoth armor set, the Blossomblade or the mythical Dino Nuggies.

New Quest

The untamed Ancient Jungle is the realm of dinosaurs! One would be a fool to go wandering these hunting grounds willingly. We really need those components, though.

The Ancient Jungle quest can be unlocked starting at Merchant Level 66, costing 15 billion gold.

Just plain old components won’t be enough for this tier however. Read below on the new Timewarped Components.

Timewarped Components

It seems that the return trip back to the present may have a beneficial effect on some old components!

Unique to the Ancient Jungle quest, a new option to Timewarp components will be available. Whenever you start a quest, you’ll have the option to bring in a stack of compatible components. If your quest succeeds, these components will be upgraded into a new form, which is needed to craft many Tier 15 items. If the quest fails however, you’ll lose them, so be careful!

Advanced Research

A new special node has been added to Advanced Research. For each item type, if you’ve unlocked a Tier 15 blueprint and unlocked at least one node for that type, a new research node will be made available. Unlocking it will apply all previously unlocked Advanced Research nodes of that item type to Tier 15 as well.

For example, a player who has unlocked all Advanced Research for Swords can have the Craft Speed, Surcharge Energy Reduction and XP Bonus also apply to Tier 15 swords with this upgrade.

New Worker Levels

The level cap for workers has been increased to 50, provided you have the building level for it. Levels past 45 will have a different effect; the craft time reduction is more pronounced, but only applies to items of Tier 15 or higher.

As part of this change, the experience requirement for the workers levels has been reduced. You’re welcome!

Login Calendar: A Trip Through Time

While veteran players are busy time-traveling and crafting chunky Tier 15 items, we’ve also prepared a special Login Calendar for newer players to enjoy. It contains a plethora of Prehistoric rewards to claim over 15 days!

Though it is aimed towards newer players, there’s no restriction as to who can participate.

The Trip Through Time Login Calendar will start on April 17th and run until May 5th.

Major Changes

New Building Levels

The Emerald Inn and the Tavern now have new levels to accommodate the new dungeon. The buildings of city workers now also have three new levels to support their max level of 50.

Minor Changes

  • It is now possible to fully ascend an item by long-tapping the ascension button. You’ll get a warning first.
  • The item details menu will now display the multiple item types a Dual Wield item is classified as, the Quiver bonus an item has, and the affinity an item has.

Balance Changes

  • The maximum rank of Champions has been increased to 11+60.
  • Polonia’s cap on the tier of equipment stolen has been increased by 1.
  • Sigils, both True and regular, are rather old news at this point. Their fusion recipe has been simplified to help players get past Tier 11-12. They now require 10 of an appropriate quest component in exchange for 3 Sigils.
  • Elysium-related Fusions (e.g. chest and components) now require Supreme Moonstones.
  • Most city buildings have had their investment tick requirements lowered. You’ll need more ticks overall to reach the newly added building levels though!
  • The amount of crafts required to master mid-tier blueprints has been reduced slightly.
  • Slightly rebalanced minimum Hero level required to equip item tiers. Tier 15 can be equipped starting at Hero level 38.
  • Rebalanced Merchant level required to unlock tiers on the market. Tier 15 can be traded on the market starting at level 65.
  • The Elysium dungeon is now cheaper to unlock.

Webstore Updates

Updated Navigation

  • The navigation has been visually updated to better display content within that tab at a glance and support a theoretical infinite number of tabs.
  • Some improvements have also been made to scrolling through the navigation on mobile; when scrolling you will now “snap” onto the nearest button.

King Schedule

The King will return as a Guest Champion starting on April 28th until May 1st.

Seasonal Content

Cinco de Mayo Collection

The Cinco de Mayo collection will return starting on May 2nd and running until May 7th.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed Grab Bags awarding incorrect quantities and/or types of rewards.
  • Fixed visual issues with background blur on several menus.
  • Fixed an issue where chat could be accessed before completing the proper tutorials.
  • Fixed the Gem cost for resetting Talent Trees not capping at 500 Gems as intended.
