Spring is blooming and so is this new Content Pass! Complete tasks and collect Spring Blossoms to unlock blueprints, decorations and more! This pass will run from March 19th until April 3rd, so don’t miss it!
While our usual schedule would normally have the next Content Pass feature brand new content, in this case it will be another pass focusing on old content. The reason simply being that the art team is quite busy working on Tier 14! (spoilers)
To make up for it, this event’s grand prize is extra bloomy; an entire crafting slot! If you already own all the crafting slots, you’ll get 500(!) Ascension Shards instead!
Spring-loving shopkeepers who complete every task in the Content Pass will also receive the exclusive Beautiful Flower title!
Promo Code System
Shop Titans now supports Promo Codes! Keep an eye out for special codes on our social media and enter them to redeem prizes!
Major Changes
Quest Skip
There is now an even faster Quest Speed option. When enabled, loot will be granted straight from the city screen, skipping the quest altogether. Great for slower devices!
Minor Changes
In the Antique Store, the Wallpaper/Flooring slot now also has a chance to showcase a blueprint.
Players who haven’t played in a long time will see a temporary pause to various tutorials and offers while they settle back in. With all the content that’s been added over the years, it could make for an overwhelming return.
The Shop Titans game engine has been updated. As with last time, this is a necessary step to keep Shop Titans live and running. The benefits are invisible to players, but this process may break a thing or two. Let us know if you spot anything.
Aurasongs now have their Aura skill effect displayed as part of their item details.
Added a visual effect to Aurasong skill icons when assigned to Champions.
Customers who demand a specific item (generally after not finding anything on racks) will now only ask for items you’ve crafted at least once.
Added a few more Dragonmarks to the Free portion of the Dragon Invasion reward track to make it truly equal to previous events. In addition, we’re adding an extra 20 Dragonmarks in the next event to make up for those missing in the previous one.
King Schedule
King Reinhold will be available on April 1st leaving on the 4th. There’s something rocky about those dates though…
Bug Fixes
Fixed several cases where item icons would appear more pixelated than usual.
Fixed the Spellblade’s skill description still mentioning 30% damage to Elemental Barriers. This was a purely visual issue.
Added the missing Somnus Boltcaster blueprint, as well as a few missing customizations, to the Antique Store rotation.
Fixed a bug where temporary event titles (e.g Gold King) would not correctly be refreshed if earned twice in a row.
Fixed an issue where resting Heroes would be displayed on top of the Hero list.
Fixed some animation issues with pets.
Fixed some Bjorn animations.
Fixed energy from customers playing instruments being awarded instantly. It is now slightly delayed to better match the animation.
Fixed the display of 5+ digit quantities when buying items/resources from customers.
Fixed a bug where a notification on the market button could remain stuck there.
Fixed a bug where “daily login” content pass tasks would not properly increment for players who never logged off in the first place.
Fixed a display issue where the Sia’s Touch talent would apply to the component quantity displayed on the quest preparation screen.
Content Pass tasks with a single tier now also have access to the detailed view.
Fixed an edge case where offers could generate with 0 Antique Tokens.
Fixed a rare case where some players could be stuck with an achievement above their head.
Fixed a rare issue where city visitors could sometimes sell items illegally enchanted with Mundra’s or Fresh spirit.
Coming Up Next
Tier 14 of course.
We’ll also be updating the Dragon Invasion bonus rewards to not be hidden anymore. We may revisit the layout in the future to put more visual emphasis on the grand prize.
Version 15.3.1 Release Notes
If you were quick to download the latest update, you may have noticed a mild inconvenience… such as your heroes getting completely stripped of their equipment whenever they’d be on quest! Beyond the almost guaranteed party wipe that would result and the hassle of re-equipping your entire roster, there was also the very real danger of accidentally selling off very valuable gear.
Due to the severity of the issue, we opted to disable questing as we worked to resolve the issue. If you’ve seen quests randomly disappear in the past 24 hours, this was the reason.
A new client update is now available to download which fixes the “equipment stripping” problem and re-enables quests. It’s now (finally) safe to quest!
With this mess out of our way, we can now properly focus on compensation for the inconvenience incurred. We’ll have more info on this soon; thank you for your patience!
All boss cooldowns have been reset, as boss attempts would be automatically canceled but would still go on cooldown.
Fixed The M.A.U.L. blueprint requiring Wallace and his brother Wallace as workers. The second Wallace has been replaced by the Carpenter.
Fixed the Wildhunt Skull name being inadvertently changed to “A most devious trickster certainly hides underneath”. It was a bit of a mouthful.
Version 15.3.0 Release Notes
General Changes
Dragon Invasion Rewards
Changes to the Dragon Invasion reward track (last three bonus reward milestones hidden).
When we last extended the Dragon Invasion reward track, there were complaints about how the Grand Prize is shifting away further down the track, making it so that players who could just barely make it, no longer could.
We’ve updated the presentation of the reward track to rectify this. Initially, only prizes up to the Grand Prize of 150 Dragonmarks will be shown. Once a guild reaches this milestone, additional bonus rewards will be revealed, with a final score requirement matching the grand prize of last month’s Dragon Invasion.
TL;DR it looks different, but you’ll get the same rewards for the same amount of points.
Minor Changes
Various optimizations to general game performance.
King Schedule
King Reinhold, mighty is he, will be available as a Guest Champion on March 4th until the 7th.
Balance Changes
Heroes with the All element (Spellblades/Spellknights) now contribute 50% of their element value towards breaking Elemental Barriers (up from 33%).
Bug Fixes
Fixed a rare crash involving the Friendly Favor talent.
Fixed the Trickster’s innate ability not enhancing Instruments.
Fixed missing sound effect when visiting the Bard's building.
Fixed invisible feet for Shopkeepers wearing the Dragon Dancer's Shirt customization.
Fixed Dragon health in Dragon Invasion displaying as 0/0 instead of "Defeated".
Fixed water in the city not being affected by ambient lighting.
Fixed an issue in which multiple clicks would be needed when rushing items that resulted in a multicraft.
Fixed an issue where the sale price of a food bonus sale to a Champion would display an incorrect value.
Worker visitors now correctly only sell items you’ve crafted at least once.
Fixed Rudo’s leader skill not granting a full 50% elemental bonus against elemental barriers.
The Platinum Grenadier now correctly requires Jewels rather than Essence.
Version 15.2.1 Release Notes
Bug Fixes
Champions now pay the base gold value of items they request rather than double.
Fixed a bug where two Content Pass tasks have inadvertently merged into each other. There is now a task (with 4 tiers) to gather Pure Gold, and a task (with 1 tier) to gather Rustwyrm Scales. Progress towards the latter has been lost.
The Draconic Grasp task no longer asks for Dragonfang Fists, a blueprint that would be available in an upcoming Superior Pack (spoilers!). It has been replaced by the Tianlong Lance, a blueprint that will be available in a Mega Pack instead (double spoilers!).
Reduced the task requirements for the Party Crashers and Lust For Gold tasks down to their intended values.
Reduced the amount of crafts needed to upgrade the Platinum Beret.
Year of the Dragon Update
New Content
Year of the Dragon Content Pass
This year marks the Year of the Dragon, and the townsfolk are holding a month-long event; the Dance of Dragons! This period will feature a Content Pass themed around dragons beginning on January 23rd and running through February 19th. It features new exciting and exclusive rewards, such as blueprints, decorations, customizations and a very special new pet!
In addition, the very prestigious Great Dragon title will be awarded to all players who manage to finish the entire Year of the Dragon Content Pass!
Month of Full Moon
A special full moon rises over the Dance of Dragons event! We have extended our usual Full Moon fusion period to be active throughout the duration of the Content Pass, meaning a whole month!
For players who have not hired Mundra, this means the entire library of Full Moon Fusions will be available to you! For Mundra owners, you’ll benefit from 25% faster fusion speed instead! It’s the perfect time to fuse tribute for Mundra!
New Pet
Perhaps our most requested pet yet has finally showed up! There’s no better time than the Year of the Dragon to introduce the Dragon pet! This little wyrm can be acquired through the Year of the Dragon Content Pass!
Lunar New Year Login Event
Login every day from Feb 9th to the 15th to claim gems and other prizes! In addition, a giveaway for an exclusive Dragon Statue will be running during that same period!
Lunar New Year Collection
A collection to celebrate the new year which includes decorations, customizations and more will be available on January 23rd and running through February 19th, same as the Content Pass.
Rack Management
We’ve introduced a new option for every rack allowing better fine-tuning over their content. For each rack, you can now disable some (or all) item types from being stocked there. If you’ve always dreamt of a Shelf exclusively stacked to the brim with scrumptious desserts right beside your counter, that dream is now a possibility!
Major Changes
Antique Store Expansion
The Antique Store just got a little bit bigger! It now supports 6 different slots, rather than 4. Here are the rules for each slot:
Slot 1
Contains a random blueprint of tier 7 or higher. For newer players, Blueprints of Tier 7 will be preferred.
Slot 2
Contains a random blueprint of tier 6 or lower.
Slot 3
Contains a random Decoration or Decoration skin.
Slot 4
Contains a random Shopkeeper Customization, Pet or Pet Appearance.
Slot 5
Contains a random Flooring, Wallpaper or Shop Frame (though none exist for the latter).
Slot 6
Royal Merchant only. Can generate antiques from any of the other slots.
Though as always, remember that content must qualify as an antique before it can show up in the Antique store.
Elemental Barrier Redesign
The Elemental Barrier mechanic has been simplified! On the quest preparation screen for quests featuring this mechanic, a new target value will be displayed. If the party’s total Element value of that element is high enough to match or surpass it, the monster’s Barrier will be disabled and full damage will be dealt during the entire battle.
Failing to match the target value, however, will result in the monster boasting its full Barrier for the entire battle, reducing damage taken by 80%.
This change allows us to better display and explain this mechanic while also toning down some RNG elements (such as your Dark Sorcerer getting abruptly deleted on the first round by an unlucky crit).
Since party members can no longer “chip away” at a monster’s Barrier, these target values have been rebalanced across the board. In general, regular Extreme quests will require one Hero of the correct element (assuming proper enchantments). Tougher quests (such as Void, or some Flash Quests) may require support from Element Affinities to reach the required thresholds.
Champion Requests
Champions now also provide full gold value for the items they are requesting, in addition to the Champion Coins. This is an experimental feature.
Obviously from a player perspective, more gold = more better, but given this mechanic’s tight relationship with the market, we’ll be monitoring its impact on the economy before deciding if it will remain or not.
King Schedule
King Reinhold will be available as a Guest Champion on February 5th until the 8th.
Balance Changes
Following the Elemental Barrier changes, Rudo’s leader skill now increases the Elemental Score of his party with no round limit.
Misc. Changes
Various optimizations were performed, particularly involving low-end devices. This is an attempt at solving the increasing amount of crash reports we’ve been receiving lately. More optimizations are expected in the near future.
Bug Fixes
Fixed Champion “rank up stats” disappearing after promoting your Champion with a Champion Titan Soul. This is a visual issue only.
Fixed skills on the skill reroll screen not displaying as their proper rank (e.g. Extra Conditioning instead of Herculean Effort).
Fixed an incredibly rare instance where an inactive guildmaster would not be replaced.
Fixed some issues concerning the post-event gem rush option for rewards. Also better clarified.
Fixed a rare instance where a bounty could initially appear as blank on the Bounty Board after a Bounty Board reset.
Fixed an issue where customers would not be Familiar or Aurasong friendly at the intended rate.
Fixed an issue where switching equipment would remove the applied vanity gear preference on heroes.
Fixed an issue where the alternative reward for a Content Pass premium reward tier would display instead of the correct reward.
Fixed an issue where Pet Skins did not properly display in the Content Pass “Next Reward” tracker.
Returned the stat values of rings and shields back to their original values. This is an extension of previous fixes related to their gold value.
Version 15.1.1 Release Notes
Seller Visitors have been re-enabled!
Bug Fixes
Fixed customers selling items at a lower tier than expected.
Fixed an issue occasionally preventing players from suggesting items to customers.
Fixed a major issue causing Heroes to deal much more damage during quests than their stats would normally allow.
Fixed an issue where players would crash/disconnect when attempting to sell a Food item to a Champion.
Fixed achievements not immediately appearing at the top of the achievement list when earned.
Note: The following changes will not be live until a server update is deployed on December 15th.
Fixed various item values that were inadvertently changed recently (namely Desserts, Meals, Rings, Amulets and Wands).
Fixed the Tales of Yule spell having a lower Wood cost than intended (223 > 440).
Fixed the Yule’s Herald staff having a lower Herb cost than intended (223 > 410).
Fixed the Yule’s Herald staff requiring two different Carpenter levels.
Version 15.1.0 Server Update
Bug Fixes
Components as Items
There is currently an issue where customers can sell bizarre, impossible items such as single components (that are then stored in the item inventory), quality components, Fresh Spirits or even just nothing at all (but Flawless, somehow).
As part of this server update, all such items will be deleted from inventories and removed from Market slots upon login to prevent further issues. In addition, seller customers (but not city NPCs) will be disabled for a short period of time to prevent further items from being generated. A client update will follow suit with a permanent fix as well as re-enabling seller visitors.
Dragon Revision Update

Champion Stories
Sia’s story has concluded! The swan flies free!
Upcoming Seasonal Content

The workers in town will also be getting into the holiday spirit and will offer up their usual goods for free when visiting your shop.
Winter Snow Returns
Starting with the release of this update and until January 23rd, the Shop and City will be powdered in snow!
Trifecta Event
To celebrate the holidays, starting on December 26th 10AM ET and running until December 28th 10AM ET, enjoy +25% Better Deals, +25% Multicraft and -25% Haggle all at the same time!
Major Changes
Dragon Invasion
Dragon Invasion has earned a bad (but well deserved) reputation for being a buggy event. Seems like something would go wrong with every other month! And whenever we’d fix that, something else would break like a never ending game of whack-a-mole.
For this update, we’ve taken the time to completely re-code it from scratch. Though it is not any different visually, it should run a lot smoother and be much, much more stable from here on out.
As an added bonus, the event leaderboard now supports the display of scores for every phase individually.
Guildmate Shop Visits
The system will now try to prioritize guildmates that have logged in most recently, reducing the odds of a guildmate you can’t visit because they’re playing a different (out-of-date) version of the game.
Minor Changes
Added two new possible blueprint upgrades: Bonus Favor and Bonus Airship Power. These improve an item’s score value during their respective events. It is not retroactively added to current items (with some exceptions below) but future items may rarely make use of them.
In Portrait mode, the two arrows used to cycle between customers at the counter are now found at the bottom of the screen, near the “Wait” button. We found it quite a bit more comfortable on the thumb, and they no longer poke off-screen when handling big value items.
An error message will now appear when attempting to claim a multicraft that would overflow your inventory.
When dusting a guildmate’s shop, Furniture and Pets now have an equal chance at being selected for dusting instead of Pets being prioritized.
Balance Changes
The following Blueprints have received an Airship Power blueprint upgrade: Propeller-Pike, Baross’ Backup, Sky Pirate Outfit, Dragonseeker Goggles. In every case, the upgrade it replaces has been integrated into the base blueprint’s statistics.
King Schedule
King Reinhold will be available as a Guest Champion on January 8th until the 11th. (and also available December 11th-14th!)
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug preventing Avatar: The Last Airbender blueprints from being favorited.
Fixed an issue where a reward could erroneously appear as claimable in Dragon Invasion and King’s Caprice.
Fixed a minor display issue on the hero equipment screen when equipped with Aura of Quakes.
Fixed an issue that allowed trades over the max price to be relisted if trade was older than update that resolved this issue initially.
Fixed Meal and Dessert filter not appearing when using Advanced Search in Dragon Invasion.
Fixed an issue with bounty generation for Meal items for low level players.
Fixed an issue where purchasing an item from the Market through the hero equipment screen would not immediately return you back to the equipment screen as expected.
Fixed the repair tooltip showing a decrease in hero power due to an item break in green instead of red.
Fixed a few instances of z-fighting (display issue with textures) in the city.
Fixed an instance where using the ESC key to exit a rack would disable navigation.
Fixed an issue causing Champions to occasionally request Lost City of Gold items.
Fixed an issue where the missing requirements menu for fusions would sometimes show the missing component as a white square.
Fixed an issue where the Merchant XP value in the Current XP tooltip would wrap.
Fixed an issue where a hero’s hair would sometimes get unintentionally cut off when equipping gear.
Fixed the Common Farmer talent not behaving as intended.
Fixed some particle effects for Aurasongs.
The Zeus’ Lightning blueprint now requires Scroll of Storms instead of a Scroll of Armor.
Fixed a bug causing all Shields and Rings to be more valuable than usual.
Fixed Barbarians being able to equip Instruments instead of Berserkers.
Barbarians who have an instrument equipped will have it returned to the inventory.
Barbarians with the Adept and/or Instrument Master skills will have them automatically replaced with the Warlord and Axe Master skills, respectively.
The Magic of Music Update
New Content
New Premium Worker
Yohan the Bard has joined the city! He’s a bit shy, but he’ll do his best! He is available for hire for players of level 18 or higher.
Yohan brings with him two new blueprint lines; magical Instruments and the mighty Aurasongs. On top of that, his Worker Power allows the upgrade of two furniture at the same time!
Instruments
Chimes and Drums have hit the shops! This new premium blueprint line features a wide variety of instruments such as trumpets, guitars and even the mighty triangle. Because of this, the resource types required for them can vary wildly from one item to another.
Instruments also have a special shop effect! Whenever purchased by a customer, that person will play a few notes before departing. Nearby characters (except Rudo) will love it and grant you a tiny bit of free energy!
Instruments are a type of magical weapon and can be equipped by most Spellcasters. A few other classes, such as Dancers (due to their connection with music) and Berserkers (because it’s funny) can also equip them.
Aurasongs
Aurasongs are special gemstones enchanted with music. Similar to Familiars, they can only be equipped by Champions (in a dedicated equipment slot) and provide them with a unique Aura. The Aurasong grants stat bonuses to Champions, but the Aura also grants a bonus to the whole party. Each Aura has their own effect!
Like Familiars, although no Hero class can equip them, some daring customers will occasionally ask to buy them.
Champion Titan Soul
Officially revealed as part of the Black Friday offer, the Champion Titan Soul is now available as a fusion recipe. It’s a tough one, though!
The Champion Titan Soul itself is a special variant of the Titan Soul. It can be used on any Champion to grant them a major stat boost! Upon upgrade, the Champion receives bonus stats equal to two rank-ups. In addition, all stats received from rank-ups (past and future) receive a 50% boost!
Creating a Champion Titan Soul requires a very difficult fusion! It lands squarely in the “endgame grind” for advanced players. The recipe is the following:
2x Titan Souls
1x Legendary Item (T10+)
5x Mythic XP Drinks
10x Phoenix Feathers
300x Perfect Moonstones
You'll also need a level 37 Sun Dragon before attempting the fusion. Good luck!*
No actual luck is involved, the fusion does not have a chance to fail.
Minor Changes
The city has expanded! Things were getting a bit tight in there, so the layout has been updated to make more space for the Bard and future newcomers. There’s a beach now!
When buying an item in the Antique Store or Fortune Store, its slot will instantly be restocked instead of going on a cooldown.
Balance Changes
Reduced the maximum tier of items requested by Champions to 10.
King Schedule
King Reinhold will be available as a Guest Champion on December 11th until the 14th.
Bug Fixes
Fixed the Quality Event actually preventing qualities altogether (a recent issue that was quickly followed with us disabling the event). It now stacks normally with other quality upgrades, with +100% being the equivalent of a 2x Quality chance blueprint upgrade.
Fixed a bug where Ashley’s leader skill would sometimes result in extreme stat penalties in the Tower of Titans.
As part of the same bug, also fixed Ashley’s leader skill doubling ATK, DEF and Quest Time bonuses from other sources (Such as Boosters).
Fixed a rare crash when cycling through Hero equipment.
Fixed jittery scrolling when looking at the guild friendship menu.
Clarified the effect of the Flawless Process talent.
Fixed a few Talents not properly becoming available after unlocking Stones Left Unturned.
Applied a permanent fix for the occasional mismatched market value of some items.
Fixed a bug where the Defenders of the Kingdom talent would grant unimaginable amounts of Airship Power.
Version 14.4.0 Release Notes
Minor Changes
“All” Affinity
This unusual affinity type receives minor Affinity bonuses from any element (half the usual bonuses of regular affinity and +5 Element from any element). It is typically exclusive to blueprints that change color depending on the element placed upon them.
Currently, it is only found on the Iced FlavorPop, but a few blueprints in the future may share this trait.
Other Minor Changes
Much like Dragon Invasion, Lost City of Gold and the King’s Caprice rewards can now be rushed using Gems once the event is over.
When declining to use a locked or higher quality item in a Champion Request, the option to craft or buy the item from the Market will now appear.
The progress animation in the Collection Book will no longer be skipped.
Balance Changes
The Fateweaver (Titan Chronomancer) now grants the party a power boost equal to a basic Power Booster upon activating its Retry ability.
Champion requests now scale with the player’s tier progress, rather than the amount of times a player has served a particular Champion.
A single quest battle is now limited to 500 rounds, after which you will fail the quest. This is to prevent potential softlocks and issues with the quest preview system. (This change was included in the previous update though we failed to mention it).
King Schedule
King Reinhdold will be available as a guest champion November 13th until the 15th.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug causing some Heroes to still be considered “on the airship” after Dragon Invasion ended.
Fixed a few instances where the “Back” keybind would not properly exit out of some celebration screens.
Fixed an issue where players could earn the True Titan title without fully completing the Tower of Terror. Titles earned this way have been removed.
Fixed a few cases where users could be stuck in the Fusion tutorial.
Fixed keybinds not working on the "Resource Received" celebration screen.
The Void Creature monster has been demoted from Tower of Titans duties. He’s just too big :(
Fixed a minor display issue with the color of the "Unlock with Key" text in the Chest Opening screen.
Fixed a rare issue where the Chest Opening screen UI would persist in the Shop or City.
Fixed an issue where the Merchant Level Up celebration screen would display a Hero Slot already acquired through a Content Pass as newly unlocked.
Fixed a scrolling issue when assigning Heroes to an Airship Crew in Dragon Invasion.
Fixed some menus not taking into account the Defenders of the Kingdom talent.
Fixed an instance where locked items would not appear in the Collection Book for donation.
Fixed a crash that could occur for some Flash Quests causing the quest to be unclaimable.
