Keyboard rebind is an essential function to give, when I wrote the original code to SiS it was very fragmented, and GMS had issues with WIN10, now that those are fixed, I spent a lot of time to integrate the rebind code I am using in the "sequel of SiS.
I am deeply sorry it took this long to fix.
Save files fixed.
Now Normal game saves will load properly.
Boss mode saves will revert to Veimar unfortunately. However you end up keeping the stats. Once starting a new boss save file it will now save properly, and can be loaded accurately.
I deeply apologize for the error.
Play as Bosses LIVE NOW.
You can now play as one of the 4 bosses of the game.
WARNING; This mode is intended as a joke, and while completely playable from start to finish, is totally unbalanced mostly in your favor.
For the moment you'll unlock the bosses by getting their respective achievements in steam. You must however start a new game with them, but you'll see they each have their own overpowered starting stats.
WARNING; after selecting a boss to play as you will need to select a save slot!, these are shared with the base game!!!! Overwriting your normal save is not recommended.
Have fun figuring out each of their gimmicks. All of them can be devastating if accustomed to. None of them can parry attacks tough, or deliver close stabs, so rely on other powerful moves they have.

---After critical stabs enemies will no longer counterattack immediately, giving you almost 1.5 seconds to move out of the way,
Implemented;
----Saragat mode finished. He cant shoot, but can leave a copy of himself using the heavy attack.
----Gray mode finished, He can place flames around him using the heavy attack, and can call down lightning by consuming ammo, striking the closest enemy.
---Hito mode finished, His light attack is replaced by a short burst of bullets, it will NOT consume ammo. He lacks a heavy attack, but when aiming he enters sniping mode, any enemy hit in this mode will die immediately, it does consume ammo.
They are implemented, but NOT unlocked yet, once Len is finished I'll unlock all 4 of them at once. You will need a save file (or the achievement if you destroyed or overwritten the save) with the appropriate bosses defeated to unlock their modes for the main menu. You must start a new game with the bosses, but they have different starting stats to Veimar.
Boss modes can be expected in 2 days, unfortunately I had really bad hardware issues (broken motherboard memory slot, it took a while to figure out the issue.)

4th Knight - Sargat complete.
He is the first boss to be made playable, he can't shoot, or parry. However he starts with a much larger hp and stm pool.
He has a basic 3 hit combo with a much stronger dmg output.
His heavy attack is where the difference comes in, upon pressing the heavy attack key, he summons a clone who will stay in place and direction and deliver a full 3 hit combo.
Next to be completed is Second Knight - Gray.
Other bosses will each have their very own little gimmick. The first knight will use magic, and indeed will be able to use the reaper :)
Expect the update in 2-3 days.

Free dlc "4 knights" is incoming in a week.
It will allow you to play as any of the four main bosses of the game. The story and upgrade system will not change, but each one will act as their boss versions, so very overpowered :) This is a thank you for everyone who brought the game, a way to get back and punish all the enemies, and bosses.
Linux version news, I finally acquired the necessary second hardware to port it, the port should be done within a week if no issued arise.
Small Bugfix 2.
Fixed;
---In the rare case a player dies mid healing, healing effect will now stop.
---Forth Knight's reward not adding in case of killing him.
---Boss sparing textbox should trigger properly again.
Changes;
---Now when the player gets staggered, they will receive a small amount of stamina, giving them a chance to move out of a stun-lock. Not enough to roll tough, but unless they spam they wont get instantly staggered again.
---Rolling through attacks will now reward the player with 10 stamina back, visual cue was added to showcase this.
Clarifying something.
Stamina going into negative numbers is NOT a bug, it's an intentional choice.
During negative stamina you get staggered by damage.
I am updating the game and the tutorial to make this absolutely clear, along with some small additions.
