Big update today for Sky Sanctuary: the game now features Arcade mode. This mode allows you to launch the game with all the mini-games unlocked and directly accessible via a simple menu..
In this mode, the exploration and progression aspects of the player are completely disabled. Some achievements will only be unlockable on the original version of the game with exploration. We've also added the leaderboards for all temple mini-games.

Patch notes v1.1.0: Valve Index Support
General
SteamVR library updated to 2.X allowing the game to officially support Valve Index, Vive Cosmos and Windows Mixed Reality headsets like Acer VR.
Bug fixes and optimizations
Infinite loading: in some cases, the game was stuck at loading state in the headset while you can see it playing on your computer screen after the settings scene.
That was a short list for this patch note but quite a big improvement for every players out there who were waiting for their VR devices to be supported.
As a result, if you previously used custom bindings to make your headset works with the game, we invite you to try to play with the default button bindings that the game now provides.

Settings menu is now displayed before loading the game when you didn't pass the start tutorial
Settings menu now contains 2 more items: Distance Grab (On/Off) and Tutorial Screen display in Training modes (On/Off)
A countdown "3, 2, 1, Hajime!" now displays at the start of every mini games so that you can prepare yourself to perform
Score threshold for Dodge & Slice Competitive mode has been nerfed to make it easier for you to unlock

Blocked Teleport: in some rare cases, the teleport was blocked and you couldn't move anymore

Release version is now live!
Greetings gakusei,
It’s been 3 years since we released the game in Early Access. It’s been hard for us as a small studio to survive out there but here we are today. We have been working for other people on many VR experiences and we have finally managed to find the money to finish the development. We are very proud to bring you today the complete version of Sky Sanctuary. We have put our heart in this game and now, we are really excited to see you guys playing it.
Our goal was to make a VR game for everyone (kids and adults) without violence in a charming environment with different activities.
We want people all around the world to have fun exploring this secret sanctuary beyond the clouds. That’s why the game has been translated in several languages: English, French, Japanese, Korean, Russian and Simplified Chinese.
A lot of work has also been done on the environment to make you feel at peace with zen vibes and beautiful places.
The existing mini games have been improved and new ones now await you (including a Taiko rhythm experience). We won’t spoil anything else here, it’s better for you to discover it by yourself. All you need to know is that the final version offers now much more variety in gameplays.
We have also added difficulty levels in almost every mini game to let you guys play at your own pace. And for competitive players out there, don’t worry we’ve got you covered with competitives modes and leaderboards in the main activities. Let’s see if you deserve your place in the top 3 commemorative statues!
For achievements hunters, you might want to know that there are now 74 achievements waiting for you to unlock them. Oh and we also have implemented a rich presence system to let your friends know what you are doing in the game.
Every achievement and leaderboard has been wiped for everyone though, but it’s for the best because the game has fundamentally changed since Early Access and it now deserves a fresh new start for everyone.
We want to thank our early access players for their useful feedback and their trust. We also want to thank the Région Nouvelle Aquitaine that brought us financial support to make this game release possible.

The wait is almost over, and we can tell it was worth it. Sky Sanctuary is releasing on Friday in a complete version with new mini-games, enhanced graphics universe and other suprises.
We hope you'll be there and we are excited to get your feedbacks on your experience with the game.
It's important to know that the game has only been tested on HTC Vive and Oculus headsets (Rift, Rift S and Quest with Oculus Link). So issues might remain on Valve Index and Vive Cosmos as we don't own those headsets. We are counting on your vigilance to tell us if you encounter any issue on those headsets so that we can quickly provide a corrective update if it's needed.

New financial partners, new release date
Hello everyone,
We know it's always tricky to announce that we have to delay an official game release. But in our case, we can ensure you it's for the best.
A new financial partner has joined the adventure to help us fund Sky Sanctuary final development: the Région Nouvelle Aquitaine
With this money, we are now able to implement a lot of ideas we had in mind like for instance:
Go deeper in the art direction to have a well balanced mix between nature and technology
Work hard on sound design with new musics, new ambiences, and add some variety in the sfx
Translate the game in several languages that were not supported yet like Russian, Chinese or Japanese
Finish the development and polish the 7 new mini games that we are working on
With that in mind, we are delaying the release date to offer you the best experience with the game. And that new budget allows us to go further than we thought back then.
We'll have to keep you waiting until Spring 2020. In the meantime, here is a sneak peek of 2 new mini games that will be in the final game:

Delios is back: Upcoming Sky Sanctuary Release
Hi everyone,
Long time no see! Sorry for being silent about the project in the past few years. As a small team, we had a hard time figuring out how to find enough money to finance the complete version of Sky Sanctuary. We have made the choice to rework the project scope in order to respect a limited budget.
But we have good news for you gakuseis: the release version of Sky Sanctuary is coming to you by the end of the year! ːsteamhappyːːsteamhappyːːsteamhappyː
New content, new games
We are back on working on the game since March 2019 and what we can tell you is that the development is moving forward at a good pace. We are planning on releasing Sky Sanctuary by December 2019!
What it means for you is, as everyone asked, more content:

Training and competitive modes for main mini games to be able to chill or to live a more intense challenge
New Leaderboards
Improved environment and optimizations
And other surprises
New price at release
We have another good news for new players out there: the release version will be sold at a reduced price under 10$. The new price will be announced soon. The current price will remain the same until december. If you really want to support us, you can buy the early access version at a higher price, otherwise you should wait the release version to buy it cheaper.

We have just released a small patch to fix a couple of bugs that could occur while you wanted to launch tutorial or game mode in Tameshigiri. You shouldn't be in trouble anymore.
We have also fixed a weird katana cut behaviour when you were trying to cut a really small part of targets.
We are now working on the new katana game mode, stay tuned!
