An off-roading icon comes to SnowRunner
Land Rover finally joins the most advanced off-road simulation! The addition of the iconic brand is exciting news for the whole SnowRunner community, and its debut pack, the Land Rover Dual Pack, will thrill all off-road enthusiasts, bringing them two generations of the legendary Land Rover Defender.
Faithfully rebuilt for the first time in SnowRunner, the Land Rover Defender is an overland icon which first saw the day in 1948, and is a symbol of power, durability and versatility to this day. The Defender series has established itself as a must-have for all off-road adventurers everywhere. Its resistance to all conditions has now come to brave SnowRunner’s perilous open world!
The Land Rover Dual Pack is available now for purchase on Steam as a standalone DLC. Get SnowRunner, its Year 1 and Year 2 Passes with full crossplay support enabled. For more information, visit the game’s page in the Focus Store.

Available to all Year 2 Pass owners, this update introduces a new region with a summer map to explore, two new cars, and exciting racing activities. Get ready for it all with Season 7 Overview Trailer!
New, Tennessee-bound racing fun
Discover the wilderness of Burning Mill, Tennessee in Season 7: Compete & Conquer. Coming as a fresh map of 4 km², experience its competitive environment and a taste of summer, as you drive along its large river, through a village of tents and under a sky filled with hot-air balloons. A dirt circuit and a rally-ready off-road setting complete this map to receive brand new racing challenges. Compete against your friends or chase the clock in checkpoint races!
New challenges call for new vehicles, and Season 7 welcomes two new additions for the occasion, each with an exclusive racing-themed skin: the Gor BY-4, a super lightweight scout car, and the Sprinter 43-19, an impressive Dakar-style truck designed to maintain a high speed under the harshest conditions.
As with every new phase, all SnowRunner players will get new cosmetic options, with the addition of 10 new exterior stickers.

Finally! The wait has been long, but here we are! Season 7: Compete & Conquer will be available on May 31st on Steam!
Racing will be on the menu of Season 7, with a new 4km² map to explore and plenty of new activities, for the first time in SnowRunner! Make your way as fast as you can with the 2 new vehicles, and compete in solo against the clock or in co-op against a rival!
With 1 dirt and 1 cross-country circuit, a large river and a ton of racing props, you’ll feel the racing spirit like never! We hope all these new additions will give plenty of fresh ideas to our wonderful community of modders, we can’t wait to see all your creations!

Season 7: Compete & Conquer releases May 31st!
Hello Runners!
We’re happy to announce that SnowRunner is expanding once again with Season 7: Compete & Conquer on May 31st. Available to all Year 2 Pass owners, this season adds a summer map full of brand-new and challenging racing activities for players to measure themselves against. Two new vehicles will also make their debut, along with a host of new customization options!
Race against the clock or your friends!
Season 7: Compete & Conquer takes you to Burning Mill, Tennessee and introduces new racing activities for the very first time in the series. Take part in time-trial events and secure checkpoints on your way to the finish line or compete with friends for bragging rights on dirt and off-road tracks. With hot-air balloons in the sky and a village of tents, the stage is set for SnowRunner to get competitive!
To help you beat the clock, two new vehicles will make their way to your garage, each with an exclusive racing-themed skin: the super lightweight Gor BY-4, and the Sprinter 43-19, a fearsome Dakar-style truck tailor-made for speed in the harshest conditions.
As usual, Phase 7 also comes with a number of free customization items for all SnowRunner players.
Season 7: Compete & Conquer releases May 31th as part of the Year 2 Pass. SnowRunner is available now on Steam.
Now that April is behind us, it’s time to unveil the mods that raised the interest of our devs! They’re divided in the 3 following categories:
1. Best Map: The map that got the best results over the last month, based on our data. 2. Best Vehicle: The vehicle that got the best results over the last month, based on our data. 3. Developers choice: The mod that our devs liked the most. It can be because it's innovative, fun, particularly well designed and so on.
Please note that there won’t be Mod Awards for May, the contest will now be held on a bimonthly basis (June-August-October and so on).

SnowRunner turns 2 today!
Do you remember when we released SnowRunner on April 28, 2020? What a ride it has been since then! That anniversary has provided us with a natural opportunity to look back on where we've been and to look forward to where we are going. We are ever so grateful for your continuous support and dedication to SnowRunner, all that journey would not have been possible without you. Let’s hope we’re going for 2 more years of engine stalled and being stuck in the mud!

Season 7: Compete & Conquer is only a corner away from the release!
This new season is centered around racing and will take place on a 4km² map called Burning Mill, located in Tennessee, USA. This outdoor stadium features a ton of racing props, which includes a dirt circuit, a rally course and a large river!
This thrilling new location will put the boldest runners to the test, with challenging time-trial events for solo players and heated versus races in coop. Two new vehicles made for racing in harsh environments will also be added to the game: the Gor BY-4 and the Sprinter.
An official announcement detailing all the features of this new season (including the release date!) will soon be released on our channels, stay tuned!
We can’t wait to see you drive to the limit to take the checkered flag first!

March is ending, meaning it’s time for our monthly Community Update! This month has brought its fair share of events, and it’s now time to discover what will happen in the upcoming months. Let’s find out!

SnowRunner finally makes its way to next gen consoles!
You read that right, your long wait is finally coming to an end, runners! On May 31st, 2022, SnowRunner will be available on gen 9 consoles! Get ready to conquer the wilderness in 4K & 60FPS! On top of that, this upgrade will be free for all existing owners! Crossplay with other platforms will be available at launch. Check our forum news for more details.
Discover the content of the Season 7: Compete & Conquer!
Season 7 takes place in Tennessee, USA. This new summer map features many racing elements, a dirt circuit, a large river in the purest SnowRunner fashion and more! Two new vehicles will also be added to the game: a light scout car and a truck tailor-made for racing! And, you guessed it, the new activity will be racing! This new region is centered around racing challenges that can be faced alone or with friends. Get ready for time-trial challenges in solo and versus racing against your friends in multiplayer!

Well, the release of Season 7, of course! It’s coming our way, and as you can see, the release is approaching. We don’t have a precise release date yet, but make sure to stay tuned not to miss it!

February Winners - Mod Creator Awards
Hello Runners!
The February Mod Creator Awards are here! Time to discover this month's dev selection of fine mods!
Here’s the categories: 1. Vehicle: Overall favorite vehicles, based on both look and how it feels to play. (Two winners) 2. Map: Favorite maps based on their design, including tasks, missions, flow, aesthetics, and how it feels to play.. 3. Unique: The most original, creative and funny mods. Those which bend the rules and those which come out of nowhere.
Please note that starting from March, the Mod Creator Awards will slightly change, with a change to the already existing categories. March categories will be Most Popular Map, Most Popular Vehicle and Developer Choice. The two first categories will award the most popular mods (based on our data), but the third one will not take into consideration the popularity of the mod, which means every modder will have a chance to earn the prize! Our goal is to push the boundaries of the creativity and innovation of our modding community!
