* Added difficulty menu (affects enemy perception distance).
* Pulling the yellow handle now repairs instantly instead of restarting the level. (Restarting is now available from the difficulty menu.)

* Fixed Oculus Touch button bindings.
* Fixed bug where in-game instructions wouldn't clear.
* Allow grabbing with trigger (release yoke lock with grip).
* Provide specific centering instructions based on detected hardware.

- Added some in-game instructions.
- Simplified touch controls so you don't have to grab the yoke to fire or blip.
- Simplified win condition so you only have to destroy enemy airplanes, not ground targets. (Still need to make it easier to find all the enemy planes.)
- Added analytics beacons.

January 15 update: difficulty level progression

- Added difficulty level progression. Destroy all the enemy planes and structures in the level to advance to a larger or more difficult one. Press N to skip the the next level immediately.
- Added an initial map overview before each level. Press both blip buttons together to enter your plane and start flying.
