As the days get warmer, exciting new content and special events await to keep your SoulSaver journey full of energy and surprises.
Reminder to the Amnesty Event(~May 31st, 2025)
In coordinance with the new 'Auto Hunt' feature, we are holding an amnesty event for accounts banned for the usage of unauthorized
3rd party macro programs. Note: It only applies to the ban cause of macro programs only. Other causes including cheat/hack program usage,
illegal trade, account trade/selling, and in game bug exploitation is not eligible for amnesty in this event.
Amnesty event period : Until May 31st, 2025
How to : submit a ticket on the website including the following details(Information will only be used for verification)
- Account name
- Your full name(Registered name)
- 1st registered email address of the account
- An ID card that shows your identity.
After receiving the tickets, we will evaluate and release the account if it meets the criteria.
**The accounts released on this amnesty event will immediately be banned permanently if similar activities are detected.

We have received reports that, following the latest patch, some users’ antivirus software (particularly Windows Defender) is
detecting our game’s executable file (game.exe) as Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.B!ml. After careful investigation, we have
confirmed that this is a false positive and that our game files are safe. We have taken all necessary measures,
including digital signing and file encryption, but occasionally Windows Defender may still flag the file incorrectly.
If you are encountering this issue, we recommend one of the following solutions:
1. Add an Exception in Windows Defender
Open Windows Defender settings and select “Virus & threat protection.”
Under “Protection history,” locate the quarantined file and allow it.
Alternatively, add the game.exe file to the “Exclusions” list.
2. Use a Different Antivirus Program
If you prefer, you can install another reputable antivirus solution.
Temporarily disable Windows Defender to prevent further false detections.
We understand this situation may be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

3. Illegally duplicating items and gold. All the items and gold obtained illegally will be either deleted or retrieved.
