1.30.6 Drift Hotfix

- Fixed drift detection for "Drift King" and "What Do you Mean Drift?" achievements

PC ONLY
- Added secret/experimental option to allow for overriding the skybox the game uses.
For example, if you want a more realistic "stars only" one, you can use skybox 19!
To do so, head to AppData\LocalLow\CatCommandosLtd\Space Docker VR\Config\ShipConfig.json and add/edit the line:
"overrideSkyboxIndex": -1,
(Replace -1 with the number skybox you want to always use. List can be seen here - the numbers they use are on the left and range from 0 to 28)
It's a bit experimental, so be wary that Steam Cloud may try to overwrite it automatically - and make sure to make a back-up of these files before manually editing them, just in case.
