Cargo Shipments Inbound



Merchants at Origin are expecting several cargo shipments to arrive this Sunday (August 14th) between 12:00 and 21:00 UTC near Robur Station.

Salvagers, haulers and security are needed to help dismantle the lucrative cargo into raw ore, ship it and sell it on the Origin market.

Due to the high value of the deliveries, the merchants will send a broadcast to the workers on Origin 1 and 2 once a cargo shipment has arrived.

Location:


- Robur Station - visible from the Origin stations, Robur is a large station close to the Origin Warp Gate.
- It is mostly without a safezone, apart from a small area surrounding the ship designer buildings, so approach it with caution.
- The AH and station inventory (including ship spawns) are connected to Origins, so anything you have at Origin stations can be accessed there


This is a continuation of last week's cargo event on the Elysium Moon. You can expect similar fighting over the cargo to happen. Here are some shots from last week's event:

Merchants at the Moon Merchant Haven Station on Elysium are expecting several cargo shipments this Sunday (August 7th) between 12:00 and 22:00 UTC, and one guaranteed shipment at 20:00 UTC. They are in need of salvagers to help dismantle the lucrative cargo into raw ore, and a taskforce to keep the area secure to work in.

Due the high value of the deliveries, the merchant will send a broadcast to the workers on Elysium city once a cargo shipment has arrived.

And there will be sub-events like ship auctions, a space car design competition and racing hosted by the exhibitors too!

For all the builders out there, anyone can also apply for a lot to showcase their creations! We accept applications from builders of all skill levels to show off ships of all kinds, even the less serious ones!

Status of F1 Help Requests



As you're probably aware, we've been a bit slow to respond to the F1 refund requests. We have caught up with most of them, so the following categories should be up-to-speed:


  • Ingame tow refund
  • Ingame ship refund
  • Ingame ore refund


If you've not received a solution or response to your F1 tickets and they are in these 3 categories, please check your mail replies and re-submit a ticket if necessary.

Ingame item refund and other ingame help requests are have still around 300 unsolved tickets for May-June, but we will try to get to those as soon as possible as well.
Note: Please don't submit any refund requests via the Bug Reports category, as that can cause us to completely miss them.

Robur Rumble Returns



Hey fellow endos! It's time to rumble. A lot of new players have joined Starbase and many of you haven't had much PVP experience, so this is a chance to change that!

What is Robur Rumble? A free-for-all pvp event where you get to participate in a (hopefully) massive battle with ships

When? Sunday June 5th, 19:00 UTC

Robur Station is located close to the Origins and has a shared inventory with Origin stations, meaning you can spawn ships you have in your Origin storage at Robur. It also has infinite-range insurance transfer terminals located inside the Ship Designer buildings.

This is a chance for anyone to join in on a big PVP battle, with easy access and no farming required.

Note: Don't use this event as a way to request a free 100M ship. We can check those things. Just bring some fighter or battleship and blow stuff up. Thank you and see you on Sunday!

Starbase Early Access Update 25.05.2022 (EA Build 879)

- Potential bugfix for ships getting lost from Capital Ship hangar halls

Also as you may have read from the in-game news or Discord, a lot of Capital Ships/Stations got stuck in a LOD state after last weekend's server trouble.

We are working on reimbursing these with ores by going through the F1 tickets, but there is still quite a big backlog of other reports as well, and few people doing the reimbursements.

Sorry for the wait, we hope to get to all the F1 reports as soon as possible.

  • Reduced Arclighter projectile energy from 500 to 250 per projectile
