today we are releasing a new update. It is a fixes and balance changes update, and among others we are fixing the issue that made players having Turkish as their system language crash. We apologize for the issue, it should be fixed now.
We are aware that there are concerns about the spawn rate of the Scorpion Bugs, we are looking into solutions on how to best tackle that.
Please, let us know your feedback and opinions. We intend to further improve Starship Troopers: Terran Command and your feedback is very helpful for us to make it happen.
In the meantime, work continues... we have plans for future content and features, and we're just about to finalize them. We'll be back soon with an actual Roadmap containing information on what's next.

Slitherine’s Starship Troopers: Terran Command has landed
Slitherine is proud to announce the release of the newest real-time strategy game set in the world-renowned Starship Troopers film universe, Starship Troopers: Terran Command.
Starship Troopers: Terran Command is a single-player, real-time strategy game based on the 1997 movie. In the game, you take command of the Mobile Infantry and do your part in the war against hordes of Arachnid enemies. By striking an effective balance between tactical superiority and strength in numbers, you can ensure that human civilization dominates the galaxy.
You can build, develop and control your armies and embark on an exciting military campaign. On your journey, you will meet unique characters, discover amazing locations and develop effective tactics with battle mechanics such as Terrain Elevation, True Line of Sight and True Line of Fire. Furthermore, an expansive range of unique units, weapons, and special abilities are at your disposal such as Fleet Liaison, Grenade and Rocket Turrets, Wavebreaker Mortar and Tactical Officer.
A good strategic position of your units, expanding base infrastructure and fleets of dropships will be the keys for victory.
Do your part against the Arachnids in this game full of explosions, gore and Bugs.

Home of Wargamers stream and new series of streams
Last week we showed a brand new never-shown-before mission, The Perimeter.

Later today we're going to start a new series of streams on our own Twitch channel, at www.twitch.tv/slitherinetv . We're going to live stream the first missions of the campaign at 7 pm GMT. It will be the perfect occasion to learn how to play. We'll also be back next week on May 26 at the same hour for a first look at one of the skirmish maps, Starport Sweep.
Home of Wargamers 2022: Schedule announcement
Next week, on May 10, we will be live streaming Starship Troopers - Terran Command at Home of Wargamers 2022.
During the stream, Slitherine will be playing a new full mission from the story campaign that has never been shown before: the mission is called Perimeter.
The mission will be an excellent way to dive into the game and have a look at its combat-oriented gameplay.
Perimeter is set at the end of Act III of the story. The bugs have overrun much of Kwalasha, but the Mobile Infantry has just achieved a major victory and regained the initiative.
Now the Mobile Infantry is pushing out to set up a perimeter, called the Bug Exclusion Zone.
This turn of fate was made possible thanks to the arrival of the M11 Babar ‘Marauders,’ which had a decisive role in turning the tide. Marauders are heavy mechanical assault units, massive bipedal vehicles developed by the United Citizen Federation during the war against the Arachnids.
They are the most impressive and powerful ground unit on the Federation’s side, and this is the first time Slitherine will be showing Marauders in action.
Furthermore, there are several additional units that have never been shown before and will be taking part in the stream: Fleet Liaison, Grenade and Rocket Turrets, Wavebreaker Mortar, Tactical Officer, E-Pulse Troopers, and even new units on the Arachnid side: Plasma bugs and Royal Guards.
May 10th has almost arrived, and we are ready to share the Event Schedule with you all.

Important - Starship Troopers - Terran Command will be released on June 16
Today we are making an important announcement related to the release date: Starship Troopers - Terran Command won't be releasing on March 31st as previously announced.
The new and definitive launch date will be June 16 2022.
We know many will find this announcement disappointing and we apologize. We truly feel that a few extra months of further polish and bug fixing will make a significant difference.
We intend to deliver a finished and polished game, and it is very important for us that you are able to fully enjoy the game from day 1, without any issue spoiling your fun or without having to wait for future patches or hotfixes.
The game is now content complete and all remaining development time will be entirely focused on refining what already exists. We can't wait to reveal more, and we plan to show you a lot in the months leading up to the launch in June.
