Hello everyone. One month past since last update. But this one contains very good features.

In this update I worked mostly on the Coop system and added base codes for coop. (Host server, connect server, motion and animation syncs completed.)

You can see some errors at starting at game, just wait a little. Then game will begun.

I suggest for delete the file at "My Documents/Stay Alive Apocalypse/Ayarlar.xml" then make your settings again when start the game.

About New Update

Hello everyone. New update will be upload in a couple days. But sadly, you can't play old save files with new update. Sorry for that.

New update will contain some core codes for Coop play and Animals (Not added yet, only codes for further works). This is why new update corrupts old save file.

Also very cool stuffs will come with update. I hope you will like it :)

Hello there.

It is pre-update for NPCs. I have not begun the fixing AI yet.

In the next update, the NPC conversation screen and the shelter screen will be modified. Also the NPC AI will be highlighted.

In future updates I plan to change the trees with SpeedTree. I removed the trees from the game for some performance issues.

Hello

If the new graphics settings cause a problem in opening the game, delete the "Ayarlar" file in "My Documents/Stay Alive Apocalypse" and re-enter the game.

With the new update, the NPC and Zombie models changed, but some animation errors appeared. Problems with holding weapons will be fixed in the next update. I Apologize for any inconvenience.

Also new animations will be added in the new update and NPC problems will be emphasized. Unique zombies will have their special abilities. (For now only worker zombie have an ability to "can't take damage with headshots")

Hello there.

I know the new update content is not much. Moreover, the downloaded file size is too large. But it has a nice explanation.

For a while I'm working on new NPCs. 10 male, 10 female and 4 zombie models have been completed. I plan to complete 5 zombies with 15 men and women. (Also a unique zombie model for every NPC)

The old NPCs were 5K-8K trish. The new models are from 30K to 50K. Six times more. I will have to work for some time optimize them. I can not give the exact date, but I will try to make it as soon as possible.

You can look at the difference in detail between the new models from the picture below.

Features

  • Raw materials of destroyed objects now drops from random point in volume of object, not pivot point.
  • The objects that are thrown are also damaged by the speed of the object
  • You can repair objects in your inventory by right clicking on it if you have Repairman trait. If you are not Repairman, you can still repair objects in Tool Table. You need to contain screwdriver in your inventory or opened container. Repair will consume screwdriver every time and percentage of repair depends on your mechanical knowledge.
    (Reminder: You can repair the doors, windows and other furnitures if you have Repairman trait)

Known Issues

  • Spouse or leadership status abort threshold has been raised but If the the same problem persists, please let me know
  • NPCs can get stuck in furniture when they stand up
  • Large gas canister's Cylinder Cooker disappear after loading
  • When the bus front glass is upgraded, the screen freezes (it is fixed by ESC, but can not be upgraded)
  • The description of the "Raise Health" in the centrifuge is wrong
  • NPCs can not find the way to the apartment shops
  • Mouse cursor not visible after go back main screen


In the next update, I plan to change the NPC models if there is no problem. I also want to use a different voice for each NPC.
