A long overdue update

Hello everyone!

It’s been awhile since we updated this page, but we’re still around and working on Subaeria. This is the biggest update we’ve done in a while, so we won’t be listing all the details, but here are the main features and changes that have been made:

  • Revamped the game story to have something more streamlined and
    accessible
  • Fixed a shovel load of bugs and issues
  • Optimized the game to get it to run smoother on most machines
  • Added new story missions and labyrinths

We’re also staying loyal to our Montréal roots, and now have the game localised in French for you guys, with Italian, Portuguese, German and Spanish coming down the pipeline soon.

We also have a major announcement for Subaeria that will be coming in January, so stay tuned!

We will be updating the game more frequently over the next few months, with our planned full release happening in March 2018 (for real). We’ll mainly be fixing bugs and tweaking according to your feedback. As usual, we’re looking forward to getting your feedback on this and answering all your questions.

Happy playing!

The iLLOGIKA Team

Optimize!

Hi everyone,

We've been working hard over the last few months on optimizing Subaeria to create a smoother experience for everyone playing the game. We've had some major improvements in performance with our newest build, and have now uploaded it on Steam. This new version has been tested on a handful of configurations, including laptops, and showed great gains in terms of performance.

We're looking forward to hearing your feedback on this updated version!

New version of Subaeria

Hi everyone,

We've just uploaded the new version of Subaeria to Steam which you can start playing now. As we mentioned in last month's post, it has been trimmed down story-wise and now offers a much more focused and streamlined experience. This is the same version we showed at PAX East 2016 last month, with some improvements and bug-fixes.

We're all looking forward to hearing your feedback on this new and improved version!

An update on Subaeria and PAX East 2016

Hi everyone!

We launched Subaeria on Early Access in order to get feedback and help us craft a better game. We've listened to your input and observed how you guys played the game. We're glad to say this has allowed us to decide on changes to Subaeria to make it a better and more fun experience for all.

The biggest changes are to the story, it's been simplified and streamlined. You can read a full write-up of the changes we're making, and how we decided to make them here.

You can find out more about the changes we're bringing to Subaeria at PAX East 2016 next week, where we'll be presenting an updated demo and chatting about the future of Subaeria.
