-Added small animations when placing objects or tiles. -The map now differentiates between rooms you have visited and those you have not.

-The large treasure chest could not be placed when an item was next to it on the right side. -A placeholder text appeared in one of the speech bubbles on the overworld screen.
Character and Pet Developments🎨🐾
Linda is currently working on the initial drafts for a new character that will be added to the game. We're considering different animal characters as well as a human character. Once we're satisfied, we'll move the drafts into the fine-tuning phase. We're planning to hold a vote on this soon.
Julian is in the process of integrating the Pet system. This will allow you to bring a mythical creature of your choice along with you on your adventure. We have a wide variety of pets and we believe there's something for everyone.

The past month has really taken its toll on us. We've had to fix some persistent performance issues on the Nintendo Switch. But we believe we've made it, and the Nintendo Switch users should receive an update soon.
We've also made some general adjustments, and here's a list of what we've uploaded in the past month.
What's changed?
Changed the disclaimer at the start of the game to more accurately represent the current state of the game.
Improved Stair transition to make it less likely for players to accidentally walk back into stairs.
Bug-Fixes
Water could not be saved in the mystic garden theme.
Game would crash when trying to show the tool tip of one of the floors in the mystic garden theme.
Speech bubbles would sometimes show "[None]" instead of an icon for a key/button.
Map did not show the correct floor & opening the pause menu could result in unresponsive UI screens.
Vines would keep grabbing Fink even if he went to another dungeon level.

Five days after the release of our game, we want to give a massive shoutout to all of you! Your interest, feedback, and constructive criticism are absolutely amazing. We're thrilled with the response and are working hard to make the game even better. Here our updated FAQ
Some of you have been wondering why we've switched to the full version while we're still working on the game. The main reason is the release on Nintendo Switch, and also that we want to get feedback from even more players. Our loyal Early Access community has already helped us so much, and now we want to hear from more of you!
By the way, we've already been working on new updates and have added some fixes, like addressing bugs in the Mystic Garden theme over the weekend. We're always striving to improve the gaming experience as quickly as possible.

What's new?
We added a new UI for selecting & previewing trigger channels - This allows you to visualize which objects are affected by a trigger or which triggers affect the selected object.
We added a button that let's you instantly snap Fink towards the cursor when editing a dungeon.
What's changed?
Added automatic camera movement, when dragging an object towards the screens edge when using a gamepad.
We changed the bosses & boss rooms in the pre-existing dungeons, so they reflect boss fights that players can recreate themselves.
Bug-Fixes
Fixed some minor Font issues where some special characters where not displayed correctly in some languages.

Will there be more content after the 1.0 Release?
Yes, it will. We even have a few things already prepared that won't make it into the game before release, remember that only one person can sit at the coding desk and it naturally takes a little longer to implement things. It is also important that we can't promise you now what will happen in 6 months. Our journey from release is dependent on whether or not we are successful with Super Dungeon Maker.
Why were the bug fixes in focus and not new content?
Also for this point, only one person can code, so the focus remains on the bugs, for now, to deliver Super Dungeon Maker as cleanly and polished as possible and not to have missed serious stopper bugs afterward.
What happens to the Kickstarter Rewards?
We are already working on the rewards in the background. However, most of these will make their way into the game after the release. Of course, these rewards will be coming 100%, after all, we want to keep our Kickstarter promises and not disappoint you.

For those of you who are new to the Super Dungeon Maker family, we always appreciate feedback and reviews, so we know what's already good and where we can improve!
it´s time for an update and some insights about what´s going on. I know you can't wait to get new features. But right now we want to fix as many bugs as possible before our release, both in Steam and within the Nintendo version. In the meantime the Super Backer Custom Themes are being created which will be available for everyone and so both devs are completely busy with work. As soon as we have something to show you we will share it of course, but for now we ask you to understand that we are doing rather technical "boring" things but we also hope to improve your gaming experience in general!
What's changed?
Disabled fill tool for wall mounted objects (torches & decorations)
Builder palette no longer automatically collapses after a certain time.
Bug-Fixes
Bosses (Wormion & Powerplant) had some sorting issues were they were shown behind other objects incorrectly.
Blue & red barrier blocks would be hidden beneath quicksand.
Lock Block did not correctly reset when using the hourglass rewind feature.
Barrier blocks would sometimes be in an incorrect state (when using the rewind feature or switching rooms during state change).
