Swarmlake Update 11



Hey all, Update 11 adds configurable keybindings which was a highly requested community feature as well as other improvements and bug fixes:

  • Added support to rebind keyboard, mouse and gamepad keys
  • Improved menu mouse handling by constraining mouse to game window
  • Fixed burst jump velocity in rare cases
  • Fixed stuck movement input after resuming from pause in rare cases
  • Fixed visual projectile bomb enemy reflect roll rotation
  • Fixed mouse input after moving window
  • Removed default right-handed keybinds
  • Replaced projectile ground reflection with hit effect (reverted)

Swarmlake Update 8



Hi all, Swarmlake Update 8 is out now with the following changes:

  • Added full controller support
  • Improved CPU performance noticably
  • Improved window/input handling
  • Fixed some dropped shards being invisible after restart
  • Fixed UI layout sharpness and overlap issues at certain resolutions
  • Fixed fullscreen performance issues
  • Fixed resetting resolution when resetting to defaults in fullscreen mode
  • Fixed field of view settings slider keyboard editing


Fast-paced first-person shooters like Swarmlake play best with keyboard and mouse however controller support is still great for casual couch play.

  • Improved teaching reflecter enemy explosion at start of each round
  • Fixed playing without audio if audio device fails
