Quality of Life updates (part 1)

* Keep active unit active after viewing the: world map, tome, settings and reports - Thanks @Xitax!
* When at bottom of map, HUD fades for better visibility and UI

Mustering, a.k.a. vectoring, rally points

You can now build and muster (vector) your armies to other castles. Save time moving all your units across the map!

Additional updates:
* Updated grasslands cover artwork
* Improved visibility of castle minimap icons
* Improved tooltip visibility over castles, buttons etc...
* Tome now shows monster pictures too
* Bug fix: Holding the ctrl key allowed the mouse cursor to change when over a hidden tile if castle present

Rivers, Roads and Bridges... oh my!

Rivers, Bridges and Road Improvements

* Rivers implemented!
* Bridges implemented!
* Roads improved! - better disbursement across map
* Updated Tome/Help with new road/bridge information
* Bug Fixes:
** The New Turn Shield color is now the same as your faction color
** If you restarted multiple games, roads would fail to load
** Better pathfinding on complicated terrain movement paths
** Correct sound effect now plays for unit on road or bridge
** Fixed broken layout for the unexplored minimap road tiles

Quality of life improvements

* MapMaker / Custom Scenario:
** Now shows your total count of castles, ruins and temples
** You can no longer place a building (castle, temple, ruin) on top of another building.
* Tome updates:
** Listed more mouse and keyboard controls
* Bug fixes:
** When you raze a castle, your army will no longer move onto the razed castle tile (thanks @grune!)
** When you raze a castle, the defending player will no longer be able to move onto that tile (thanks @grune!)
** If you select a few units in a Lochus, then choose a path for movement, then click the "move-all" button, the whole Lochus moved. Now, the selected units will move first, leaving the rest of the units in the Lochus stationary.
** During battle, after unit shows blood splatter, STR - HP numbers below unit are immediately removed.
** When viewing the world map, fixed bug where clicking anywhere on the screen attempted to automatically move the camera there
** Better centering of castles on boundaries of the map when viewing Castle HUD

* When cycling through castle HUDs, show correct castle faction art (thanks @dasara III!)
* Dead units stay on battle screen, easier to review battle results (thanks @dasara III!)
* Removed an incorrect entry in the Tome re: terrain strength hotkey
* Added unlisted keyboard hotkeys to Tome entry
* Fixed bug where an explored ruin, in an unexplored region of the minimap showed up as a neutral castle icon.
* Fixed battle issue where sometimes a unit with zero HP would survive

* World minimap now shows roads, castles, and ruin locations:
** Eliminates wasted time spend exploring empty regions of the map!

You might have thought we forgot about this game... NOPE!

With your FREE version 2.0 update, you'll get:

* New Map Biomes!
** Desert: A harsh and unforgiving desert with sand dunes, mud and cactuses.
** Hellscape: A scorched land of molten lava fields, jagged pitchstone mountains, and burnt trees.
** Snowlands: A frozen landscape covered in snow, tundra and boreal forests.
* Toggle Strength/Hit Point stats during battle (H hotkey)
* Progress bar shown during enemy's turn
* Old Lucky now shows how much gold he has stolen
