After the 1.5 GB app is downloaded and opened, it will appear to download a full set of 1100+ bundles, but this is just the process of cleaning up the bundles that are no longer needed on the user's device. January 2019 Monthly Reward Card: Renegade Magister
It’s a new year and we’re starting it off strong with a powerful new Dark Elf with the Intelligence attribute: Renegade Magister!
The first thing that stands out about Renegade Magister are its 5/5 stats. Intelligence creatures aren’t known for their raw stats, usually relying on cunning effects instead. Being a 5/5 already makes Renegade Magister one of the more powerful creatures in Intelligence in terms of power and health alone.
Renegade Magister is more than just a strong set of stats, however! This monthly card essentially doubles the amount of damage your actions deal to enemy creatures, making it another powerful option for decks using a lot of removal. Want to Firebolt a creature? Thanks to the Magister’s additional two damage, you’ll be able to take down a four-health creature like last month’s card, Ashlander Punisher in one shot! If you play the Magister on turn five and it survives a turn, you can follow up with Ice Storm to deal six damage to each enemy creature (while only doing three to your own!) That’s more damage than even Odahviing can dish out!
You can earn copies of Renegade Magister based on your placements on the Elder Scrolls: Legends ladder. If you achieved rank nine or higher, you’ll get one copy at the beginning of next month; rank five will give you two copies and rank one or Legend will give you a full playset! You can always Soul Summon additional copies later, but make sure to head into the Ranked ladder today for a shot at earning yours for free!

Collection Exporting
The players asked for it! We’ve added it for you!

Prepare yourself for Isle of Madness!
Say goodbye to your last sliver of sanity – Sheogorath’s influence over The Elder Scrolls: Legends is about to take hold!
The next major story expansion for Legends, Isle of Madness, arrives January 24 with chaos, calamity, conspiracy and (of course) cards galore! Over the course of three acts, Isle of Madness whisks players off to the Shivering Isles, where nothing is what it seems at first and no one can be trusted – least of all the Daedric Prince of Madness himself.
Starting now, you can pre-order Isle of Madness for $19.99 and receive all three acts once they become available, along with a bonus Prince of Madness card back and rare player title: “The Shivering.”
Introducing the Isle of Madness Premium Pre-Order
For those willing to fully devote themselves to Sheogorath’s anarchic ends (or just share his appreciation for flair) we are also offering the Isle of Madness Premium Pre-Order for $49.99.
The Isle of Madness Premium Pre-Order features all the content of the standard Isle of Madness pre-order with premium playsets of all 55 collectible cards instead, which all become available in your Collection upon release of the expansion! The Premium Pre-Order also includes a premium version of the Prince of Madness card back and an epic player title: “Master of Madness.”
New Mechanic: Double Cards
Speaking of all-new cards, Isle of Madness debuts a whole new mechanic that will have players seeing double. Enter the Double Card – a card so nice, you can use it twice!
A Double Card captures the essence of two distinct cards housed in a single vessel. Once drawn, the card splits, granting you two cards in the place of one! After all, why settle between a Baliwog or a Spawn Mother when you can have both?
New Lane Conditions: Dementia & Mania
As players traverse the Isle of Madness, they will encounter all-new lane conditions that change up how they play their creatures. The Dementia Lane deals damage to opponents if you control the most powerful creature, while the Mania lane draws you a card for having the creature with the highest health.
Some cards within Isle of Madness can convert existing lanes into Mania or Dementia lanes, so keep a sharp mind and learn to master these new conditions so that the insanity consumes your opponents rather than you!
Can’t wait for madness to beckon? Follow The Elder Scrolls: Legends on Twitter for the latest updates leading up to Isle of Madness. Until then, prepare yourself … Sheogorath eagerly awaits your visit to the Shivering Isles later this month.
December 2018 Monthly Card - Ashlander Punisher
This month, we’re introducing the very first monthly reward card from the Archer class: Ashlander Punisher!
Ashlander Punisher is an aggressive Dark Elf with a powerful combination of effects and stats. A 5/4 played on turn four (or even earlier with the Ring of Magicka) can be enough by itself to pressure your opponent, but the fun doesn’t stop there.
Equipped with Breakthrough, Ashlander Punisher deal damages to your opponent when running over smaller creatures in battle - and many creatures will likely be smaller than the Punisher when played early in the game.
Like last month’s reward card, Frenzied Alit, the Punisher is also able to improve its own power. All it has to do is Pilfer or Slay. Thanks to Breakthrough, it’s even possible to do both at the same time! Destroying a creature in battle will trigger the Slay effect and Breakthrough will deal any excess damage to the opponent, allowing it to Pilfer as well. This turns Ashlander Punisher from a decent threat to an absolute powerhouse very quickly.
If you want to start dealing some serious damage with Ashlander Punisher, you’ll have to secure your copies on the Ranked ladder! If you achieve rank 9 or higher during December, you’ll earn one copy; rank 5 will give you the second, and you’ll earn a whole playset of the card if you’re able to make it to the elite ranks of rank 1 or Legend.
The Elder Scrolls: Legends 2.5 Patch Notes
The Festival of Madness Sale
The Festival of Madness is still underway! Log in every day to take advantage of a unique, one-day-only sale - curated by our very own Uncle Sheogorath!
Deck Sharing Integration
As a little holiday surprise, we've added a first version of Deck Recipe sharing!
At the bottom of the deck listing there is a new button for "Export". You can export any valid deck, and this will create an alpha-numeric code and place it in your device’s clipboard. Then, if you create a new deck and the game detects a valid code in your clipboard, you will receive a popup notification asking if you'd like to import the deck. If so, the game will attempt to add all the cards from the code (Premiums if available, followed by any regulars.)
If you do not own one or more cards from the code, the cards will still be added to your deck but will behave and appear as placeholder "ghosted" cards. You can Soul Trap the cards, which will complete your newly imported deck, or you can drag the ghosted cards out of your deck and replace it with a different card. Ghosted cards do not count in the total cards displayed, in the histogram or for deck validity.
We have plans to round out this new feature but as always, we welcome your feedback!

The Elder Scrolls: Legends - November 2018 Monthly Card
We’re approaching the end of the November Ranked Play season, so it’s time to reveal this month’s reward card! As always, these are tied to your performance on the Ranked Play ladder; if you achieve rank 9 or higher during the month, you’ll earn one copy; rank 5 will give you the second, and you’ll earn a whole playset of the card if you’re able to make it to the elite ranks of rank 1 or Legend.
For November, we return to the Strength attribute with Frenzied Alit!
Frenzied Alit is a small creature that packs a lot of punch. Its 1/3 stats can hold its own when facing off against several other commonly played low-cost creatures. It can take down a Morag Tong Aspirant or Shrieking Harpy and live to tell the tale - and that’s where things get interesting.
Each time Frenzied Alit takes damage and survives, its power will grow by one. While it might not grow to the impressive heights of last month’s reward card, Altmer Dragonknight, one extra power could make a world of difference in the first few turns of the game.
Additionally, if you’re able to attach an Item such as Steel Scimitar or Dagoth Dagger, Alit gets a lot stronger and harder for opponents to take down in one clean hit. With each battle survived, it deals just a bit more damage and can take down tougher creatures – a perfect fit for aggressive Strength decks!
No matter which decks and cards you’ll choose to use with your Frenzied Alits, you’ll need to earn them first. Head into the Ranked ladder today to secure your free copies of the card!
