Today the game hits the Nintendo eshop with this awesome art as a cover and I wanted to reminisce a little about how and by whom it became possible:
1) Players who played the game, made comments, wrote reviews so the game didn't sunk to the Steam's bottom and got some coverage in media where @CATCLANOYABUN came across it.
2) @CATCLANOYABUN liked it and proposed to CEO of CIRCLE Ent., a company she works on as a translator, for importing to Switch.
3) Chris Chau is a very humble person, who treated a noname like myself with all respect and care from the very start, CEO of CIRCLE Ent, decided to give my game a chance. He assigned Thomas Whitehead as a project manager of the game.
4) @thomasbw84 was very helpful and stress-tolerant and he carefully nullified every conflict which could but thanks to him never happen. He was partnered with Gary Chen for Japanese release.
5) Besides everything Gary Chen found really maze-like algorithms some annoying bugs had used. Together with Thomas they passed my vision to Shou Shiki who drew this amazing art.
6) And, damn, Shou Shiki made the best possible Ringo ever ) I don't know maybe Koizumi made some insights for the characters but I didn't tell him anything )
7) Chie Koizumi proofread all Japanese dialogues once again so overall Japanese localization became even better.
And once again I want to thank all of you, who received the game so positive here at Steam, and make all this even possible!
Thank you very much!
BUGs wanted! Find a bug - get a reward!
Hi, guys.
The main thing with fixing bugs is finding an algorithm of their occurrence. Which could be really complicated sometime.
Personally, I don't have enough time and energy to find some bugs but they're still bug me )
So here's what I'm offering. We'll make a BUGs Wanted list with the rewards. You find an algorithm how I can recreate a bug I'll buy you any game at Steam as a gift.
By algorithm I mean something like this:
if you hit friendly school member when he's talking he turns to dark Ringo.
The list and details are here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/846110/discussions/0/1751232561632104347/
MacOS version is alive!
Hello!
As some of you may know I teamed up with CIRCLE Entertainment for bringing the game to Switch.
I found out that all issues that occurred during the porting at Switch were the same with Mac version for some reason. So if you want to port a game to Switch you can test it on Mac before )
Anyway, here's the Mac version, fellas. I have only an old MacBook Air and nobody with Mac to test it so expect some bugs (I hope there won't be any though). If you find something please let me know at forums.
And here's a sneak peek at Ueda M. beautiful guide he's working on right now:
Thank you!
Japanese translation is finally done!
All right, we're finally here. Videogames original language is here now so I can call it a game at last ))
Many thanks to Misa Sekiguchi Webb who has done the translation. And maybe even more thanks to Ueda M. who has proofreaded it and fought till the very end to maintain all the original meanings. Thank you very much!
I hope Japanese players will enjoy the game.
Please help me to choose a Japanese translator!
Hello, guys. You already know that I blew previous Japanese translation (as well as Chinese which was generously proof-readed and re-translated by Indienova later). I still can't afford big names such kakenashigames so I'd like you to help me to evaluate freelancers whom I gave a little test.
Please, judge their translations and let me know which one is good. Thank you!
Added a bug this morning when I was fixing Chinese subject names. So the game crashed just after the first Aiko dialogue.
So anyone who started a new game at June 29 experienced this. Fixed it thanks to Alexis Daniel who emailed me about this one. It was a small typo in the Chinese History subject name and it broke the game.
Stressed and paranoid. Going for a 4 day vacation. I hope I didn't add any new bugs recently and some of old ones really fixed.
1. Chinese translation has been proofreaded by "Indienova".
2. French translation is nailed by Guillaume Veer.
3. Japanese translation is on the way.
A proper Chinese announcement will come in a few days but the game is already updated with the new Chinese version.
Current Chinese version still have some typos which happened when I imported the new translation. I'm working on them. When the translation is completely ready I'll do a Chinese announcement.
French localization
Alright, fellas.
BaronVonChateau did the job. And he tried his best.
So now I'm waiting for my good friend mr. Delon to close this "secret message" case once and for all.
