The friends of Ringo Ishikawa

Chinese localization

Hello, everyone!

Chinese localization is ready and I hope it's good )

If you find some mistakes or misspellings or anything, please let me know.

I forgot to order a translation of game's steam page and this announcement so I'm sorry that I write to you in English.

Enjoy the game!

Trading cards

Hello, everyone!

Steam's approved my trading cards and here they are.

I made 5 scenes about missing year in Ringo's story. It's an year between a prehistory and the main plot. Maybe I should have done better descriptions but images're really self-explanatory.

Enjoy.

Chinese and Japanese localizations

Hello guys! Chinese and Japanese localization campaigns launched! I hope to deliver them in three weeks!

And thank you for all your reviews on the game! I'm very touched by them!

Please accept my apologies

Hello, guys.

First of all, please accept my apologies for game bugs and crashes. And I'd like to shed some light on it.

All these years I made my games with Gammaker 8.0 version which I liked and knew quite well. But some time ago I lost my license cause the rain broke through the window and killed the computer. I know that's sounds funny but I'm not just making it up )

I still had 2 more license activation so I contacted yoyogames to discover that they don't support 8.0 anymore and have license base only for 8.1. And of course you can't buy 8.1 anymore since there's Studio.

Ok. I started to look after 8.1 license (proof: https://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=60419) and at last my friend gave me his key. I calmed down and continued development.

But a month before release (this April) it striked me that I can't compile the game with his key because it'll technically and legally makes my friend a co-author.

So I imported to GMS 1.4 (which license bought earlier, it doesn't sell now also).

And though GMS resembles GM 8.0 quite a lot it is a different platform with its own details and things you need to know through experience. So all testing and fine-tuning I did all these years of development has gone.

GMS has some different logic here and there, so I'm learning it hard way.

And I couldn't afford another months of testing it even if I should so I released the game as it is.

So I'm really sorry for all those bugs (major and minor) that ruined your joy. I'm working on them!

And I want to thank the players who supported me these days! It was so unexpected and really moved me!

Thank you very much!
