Hi all, we have updated the following: - Corrected some building heights to stop any 'hovering' - Adjusted Cemetery to prevent the ghost from getting stuck, and to stop player falling in graves - Adjusted collision boxes to prevent notes getting stuck on screen & make things easier to pickup - Added 'Looking' animations to Nun ghost & Pirate when searching for player - Massive overhaul of Pirate pathways, removing dead points that were causing the Pirate to 'bounce' between points. This means you get more time to do things before you cross paths with him again. - Fixed bug near end of game that could push you under the ship - Fixed lighting issue on building near house - Fixed some level stream issues where objects may clip out of the scene
Small update with fixes
Hi all, we have updated the following
- Lighting fixes on the Ship - Collision issues fixed on several intractables across Hollow point and Ghost ship, including issues with being able to open notes, keys, grave dirt etc - Fixed issue with objects loading in/out where they shouldn't
- Adjusted skeleton hit count til death to 2 from 3.
Bug fixes + Game imrpovements
Hi all, we've made the following changes/fixes:
- Small performance drop issues due to errors rectified on Hollow Point & The Ship - Pirate - Increased time between moving slightly, making him less active - Abomination - Increased downed time by 1.5s - Fixed some AI navigation issues on the Ship - Fixed Skull Puzzle reading the wrong Direction - Adjusted landscape to prevent access to Church in the Graveyard
- Added new 'HIDE' popup on the Ship, NOTE: This only activates near Stairs, since the music indicator to tell you the Pirate is near doesn't trigger when on different floors. Use this to prevent walking into the Pirate around the corners where there are stairs. Does not activate if not near stairs.

Small update
Hi all
We have made the following changes:
- Fixed spelling issue on the Menu - Cannonball puzzle indicator lines changed from black to white to make them easier to see - Removed a picture puzzle that was buggy, removed as served little purpose. - Adjusted a few objects that appeared to clip through floor - Adjusted 'Message in a Bottle' objects as with complaint of being unable to pick up

Big update patch
The latest update includes several bug fixes & game improvements:
- Sound level adjustments - Death screen updates - Landscape texture adjustments - Fixed loading back in after death by Shark (ocean) - Fixed a couple of achievement issues (all should be working) - Rectified further significant issues towards the end of the game - Puzzle involving a spindle fixed - Added some sounds for game puzzles & door locked notification where missing on 1 door in ship - Other fixes & improvements

After serious discussion between myself and Ryan, we have decided to decrease the price to that of the original Discount. This comes after several complaints of the price point being high, while initially we felt $14.99 was fair with the amount of content inside, considering people are struggling during these times we felt it only fair to reduce the price to $10.99,

Hi all,
After reviewing feedback from some of those who have played our game, it is clear to us that some things are difficult to grasp thus affecting the user experience.
As a solution to this, we have released a series of Guides on The Ghost Ship Steam page, these guides explain the mechanics behind some of the systems/AI that are in the game.

Bug fixes
- Removed a cannon that would cause you to get stuck - Added 2 hiding spots in the jail cell rooms - Fixed issue with hand icon showing on certain objects - Removed 'Save Here' from all lanterns apart from the first - Achievement issues fixed - Force adjust player camera when getting off bus to correct angle - Fixed issue with Dock guard being smaller than intended - Increased animation speed for Dock ghoul & Simon to match the movement speed - Removed ability to collect Teddy before triggering the relevant objective - Adjusted first Pirate Ghost noise trigger to give player a fairer start Other small fixes
Update coming within 48hrs
We are currently continuing to search for and fix small issues. Some of these fixes include animation adjustments for Simon & the dock Ghoul, this is necessary as there is some sliding visible when moving, issues with icons inside the wardrobe displaying correctly, and all of the lanterns displaying save here (this was unintentional and will be removed on the next patch). We are looking over and adjusting the ship, this will include adding a few more hiding spots and adjusting the Pirate Ghost to prevent him from searching for you too soon, and some spots where 2 or more medium sized - larger sized objects are close together and you can get wedged between them, these will be adjusted as necessary to prevent this.
We aim to have this patch out within 48 hours,
Lighting correction, In-Game hints & Bug fixes/Game play improvements
We are excited to announce that our next update includes the following:
Game hints added to the areas most struggled with, these include: - 'Save here' has been added above the first save point, once interacted with a prompt will display explaining save mechanics - A pop up will display shortly after loading in, only once and only before the first Save, this prompt explains how to use the notebook mechanic - A pop up will display when approaching the first fallen tree in the forest, this prompt explains the crouch mechanic
Lighting Improvements - World lighting has been dramatically improved, visibility is much better now making it easier to find your way through - Lighting in the forest and bar and ship have been dramatically improved, increasing overall visibility and again making it easier to find your way through
Bugs & Glitches - I have searched and removed any clipping foliage I could find, which ultimately helps with the sense of immersion we intended when making this game. - Removed collisions with the smaller branches inside the Cemetery - this will help evading the Ghost of the Nun - Removed/Adjusted collisions with most small objects around Hollow Point, preventing the player getting stuck. -Removed/Adjusted collisions with most small objects and some of the larger objects around the Ghost Ship to prevent players getting stuck.
