Game Update V 0.97.0 Released! New Dungeon And More Game Improvements!
Hi everyone! Please kindly be informed that game update version 0.97.0 has been released.
The major focus of this update is to introduce a new dungeon "The Lost Temple of Zahir - Level 2".
This dungeon is very different from previous dungeon levels with lots of new mechanism involved.
Heroes portraits had also received graphical update with better quality.

New Content / Changes:
1. New dungeon "The Lost Temple of Zahir - Level 2" has been implemented
2. New teleportation gate mechanism implemented
3. New Boss fight added that is highly dependent on player's attention and reflexes:
-Introducing 3 new bosses (The Big Three):
Grinoc; Sante and Groga
-Player will need to position the hero carefully on energy board with color different from those presented by the towers
-Player will receive damage per second if staying on energy board sharing same color as those presented by the towers
-Defeating any of the 3 bosses with also deactivate one of the 3 towers and silence the corresponding color
4. New objectives implemented for "The Lost Temple of Zahir - Level 2"
5. Hero's portraits have received upgrade and are now with higher quality pixel graphics
6. "The Lost Temple of Zahir - Level 1": Bosses and minions health points and view range has been increased
7. "The Lost Temple of Zahir - Level 1": "Gatekeeper Titanotem" movement speed has been increased
8. Damage numbers will now be cleared when game is being paused
Bug Fix:
1. A bug that causes monster not getting aggro against player in dungeon #14 has been fixed
2. A bug that causes HP (heart icons) not displaying correctly has been fixed
3. A bug that causes gem colored light not destroyed correctly has been fixed
4. A bug that causes warrior's shield spinning sound to enter continuous loop has been fixed
5. A bug that causes proficiency level to display incorrectly has been fixed
6. A bug that causes damage numbers to display incorrectly has been fixed

Game Development Progress Update: Coming New Dungeon
Hi everyone, it has been a few days since the last update and I would like to provide you a quick update regarding the current development progress:
1. Heroes portraits upgrade: All portraits have been refurnished to higher quality with more clear pixels (100% completed, please check below screenshots)
2. New dungeon #15: 80% completed (please check below screenshots):
3. Major bug fix: (6 out of 6, 100% completed)
The current target is to release this new update within the next 24 to 48 hours.

Game Update V 0.96.4 Released! Bugs Hotfix And Minor Changes!
Hi everyone, please kindly be informed that game version 0.96.4 has just been released.
This update mainly focus on providing multiple hotfix to identified bugs.
Please see below detailed patch notes:
Changes to existing content:
1. Chance for minor arcana tarot card to drop has been slightly reduced when defeating elite monsters
Bug Fix:
1. A bug that causes chest at entrance hall to provide extra reward unintentionally has been fixed
2. A bug that causes dungeon level 6 teleportation device not functioning properly has been fixed
3. A bug that causes hero character model to shrink at entrance hall has been fixed
4. A bug that causes same event to appear multiple times at the event log has been fixed
5. A bug that causes player to receive free supplies upon returning to entrance hall has been fixed
6. A bug that causes proficiency level not shown correctly has been fixed
7. A visual artifacts related to torch fire at dungeon 2 has been fixed

Game Update V 0.96.3 Has Been Released! Heroes' Hit Points Doubled! More Difficulty Tuning!
Hi everyone! Please kindly be informed that, game update version 0.96.3 has just been released.
The major focus of this update is to further smooth out the early learning curve of the game. Heart that represent hit points now will be halved when received a damage. Thus, the total hit points of each hero is now effectively doubled. I hope this will be a welcoming change to the game and will closely monitor the feedback from players regarding this change.
Please find below detailed patch notes:
New Content / Changes:
1. New animations and effects have been added to the start-up menu
2. Hit points of each hero has now been doubled
3. Warrior and Axe Dancer will now have 6 hit points
4. Ranger, Pyromancer, Rogue and Necromancer now have 4 hit points
5. Hearts the represent hit points will now be halved when receiving a damage
6. Monster located in Dungeon #1 "The Culvert" will move slower now
7. Air elemental located in Dungeon #1 "The Culvert" has been replaced by new monster "Zombie"
8. Hit points of non-boss monsters located in Dungeon #2 and #3 have been significantly reduced
9. Hero (Warrior and Axe Dancer) character model has been replaced by previous model due to style not matching the theme
Bug Fix:
1. A bug that causes event log not functioning properly has been fixed

Game Update V 0.96.2 Released! New Major UI Overhaul And More Improvements!
Hi everyone! Please kindly be informed that, game update version 0.96.2 has just been released!
The major focus of this update is to perform an overhaul to the user interface. This include graphical updates, UI consolidation and more logical positioning of different UI section. Player should be able to identify and understand the new UI much easier than before.
*Note: Please take note that, previous saved game might not be compatible and might cause game to crash. Starting a new game will resolve this issue.

New Content & Updates:
1. Complete overhaul of the user interface
2. New, sophisticated graphical upgrades to the user interface
3. Multiple re-positioning of different sections of the original UI
4. "Hero Proficiency" has now been incorporated with the Rune Points allocation panel
5. New Hero Proficiency section added to better distinguish between different heroes
6. Each hero now has his/her own hero proficiency section with cosmetic differences
7. New icons added for UI buttons
8. Skill description icons have been re-positioned to the right bottom of the UI
9. Card of the day has been re-positioned and is now closer to the mid bottom of the UI
10. Team experience bar and level display has been relocated to the botton right corner
11. "Hero Proficiency" experience bar and level display has been relocated to the bottom left corner
12. Supplies and key display has been relocated to the mid bottom of the UI
13. Equipment icons have been relocated to the right bottom of the UI
14. New event log has been added to the right bottom corner, this event log with capture the latest 5 events
15. New character model and animation has been added for Hero#1 (Warrior)
16. New character model and animation has been added for Hero#2 (Axe Dancer)

Upcoming Game Update And Current Development Progress!
Hi everyone! I would like to provide you with a quick update on the current game development progress.
Currently, the game is undergoing an overhaul to its user interface and many changes have been made already (please see above screenshot).
I hope this update will provide player with a much clearer UI and help to make player's gaming experience much more enjoyable.

Game Update V 0.96.1 Has Been Released! More New Features And Bug Fix!
Hi everyone, please kindly be informed that, game update version 0.96.1 has been released.
This update mainly focus on adding more new features and to perform bug fix to the latest contents.
Please find below detailed patch notes:
New Content:
1. Player can now place cursor over tarot card collection message at the event ticker and immediately access information about the tarot card
2. Chest reward will now be granted to player after completing a dungeon level (please remember to return to the entrance hall for the reward)
3. A new notification message will now inform player when chest reward is available at the entrance hall upon entering a new dungeon
4. A new message bubble will pop-up next to the chest at the entrance hall to inform player that a new reward is available
5. A new notification message will now appear above the character to remind player to re-lit torch when the current torch is dying off
6. A new notification message will now appear above the character to remind player to camp and eat when hunger reaches 99%
7. A new notification message will now appear above the character to remind player to drink potion when HP falls to 1
8. All 3 of the above notification messages will only appear when such action is possible (e.g. Re-lit torch notification will not appear if player runs out of torches etc.)
Change To Existing Content:
1. Character will now receive a 2 seconds invulnerability time after a hero dies (increased from 1 second)
2. Portal's collision box has been reduced to avoid accidental activation
3. There will now be a slight delay upon Portal activation before entering next dungeon
4. Pressing "ESC" will now close all existing windows and only open up the in-game menu
Bug Fix:
1. Fixed a bug that causes player unable to eat food on the "Day of Priestess"
2. Fixed a bug that causes game to freeze when accessing the in-game menu
3. Fixed a bug that causes chest reward not available after completing a dungeon
4. Fixed a bug that causes player not able to pickup items overlapping with portal
5. Fixed a bug that causes player not able to pickup the chest rewarded artifact

Game Update V 0.96.0 Has Been Released! Major Game Changes And Improvements!
Hi everyone, please kindly be informed that, game update version 0.96.0 has just been released!
The major focus of this update is to improve gaming experience and smooth out the learning curve for players during early stages of the game.
Please kindly find below the patch notes:
New Content:
1. Added new heirloom tarot card description at the heirloom tarot card picking screen
2. Added new animation when collecting gems to better indicate which equipment has been enchanted
3. Added new notification above hero's character. When a gem is collected, the bonus acquired from equipment enhancement will be shown
4. Added new "Information Bar" above the skill icons. This bar will provide important information and notification to player instantaneously
5. Player can now read artifact's passive effects by placing cursor over the information bar mentioned above (when an artifact has been acquired). The same is planned for tarot cards, to be implemented next patch
6. Added new function for the chest placed at the entrance hall. "The Chest of Gratitude" will provide a random artifact as a reward to player at the beginning of the game, and after completing a dungeon level
*Note: A bug has been identified which causes reward not provided after completing a dungeon level, hotfix will be released shortly
7. Added new flashing effects for interactive items (Chest, Altar, Desk and Teleportation Device)
8. Added new notification when gold coin limit is reached
9. Added new notification when food limit is reached
10. Added new notification when health potion limit is reached
11. Added new notification when tarot card is collected
12. Added new notification when artifact is collected
13. Added new notification when gem is collected
14. Added new notification regarding current "Act" and "Dungeon Name"
15. Added new notification regarding current hero's special ability and advantages
16. Game is now divided into 4 Acts
17. The title for each act is as follows:

1. Game difficulty has been reduced for the first 3 dungeons
2. Monster number has been greatly reduced for the first 3 dungeons
3. Number of traps has been greatly reduced for the first 3 dungeons
4. Traps have been relocated at dungeon #1 "Culvert" to better align with the passage between obstacles
5. Name of artifact "BOOK OF DISCRETION" has been corrected to "BOOTS OF DISCRETION"
6. A two seconds delay has been added for portal to appear after defeating a major boss
7. Camping no longer requires a torch
Bug Fix:
1. A bug that causes tarot cards unlocking issue has been fixed
2. A bug that causes UI not closing properly when ESC is pressed has been fixed
3. A bug that allows game to unpause when UI windows are opened has been fixed
4. A bug that causes game to freeze when accessing the UI has been fixed
5. A bug that causes artifacts to be erased after reviving heroes has been fixed
6. Fixed a bug that causes the return button to disappear from the starting menu

As previously announced, this update will include a lot of game improvements and changes. This update is aimed to lower the current learning curve and make the gaming experience more pleasant.

Upcoming Big Changes And Improvements.
Hi everyone! Just want to provide you with a quick update about the current development direction of the game.
In the coming days, there will be another round of big changes and improvements of the game. This round of improvements will focus on making player's gaming experience more enjoyable and trying to let players understand the game more (lowering the learning curve).
After this round of improvements, the remaining dungeon levels and story developments will be added before the game is ready for official launch.
Dungeon levels will also be divided into different "Acts" to further enhance the pace for story development.
Here is a list of planned changes and improvements:
1. Early stages will have their difficulties reduced to smooth out learning curve
2. New animation (clips) will be added to explain things about each hero
3. Further updates to the current UI (include better animated notifications, highlights and presentation etc)
4. Dividing the stages into different "Act" to further enhance story development
5. Camping to only requires food rather than food and torch
6. Extend invulnerability time frame after hero's death
7. Further explanation regarding game mechanics
That's about it! As you can see, the above involves a lot of work and I hope to release the update for the above within the next 2 to 3 days.
There is also a plan to retire the demo version of the game since after all the above changes, the current demo will no longer serve its purpose well (since the first 2 levels of the game will not be able to represent the game effectively as a whole anymore).
