The Pillage Halloween Event

VERSION 3.2.1 - HALLOWEEN EVENT

  • Limited time Halloween changes.
  • Gothic theme is temporarily replaced with the Halloween theme.
  • The moon is a blood moon for Halloween.
  • Some buildings are celebrating with pumpkins.
  • While the Halloween event is NOT going on, the gothic theme looks better than before this update.

The Pillage Update

The Pillage Version 3.2.0 is out now!

  • Added a new power swing weapon: the katana! This weapon is the fastest of the big weapons and still deals 3 damage. This one's for you David - it took me three years to take your advice but I did it.
  • Changed blood effects on the ground to look more cohesive.
  • Added more options to make the game run better on lower end systems
  • Added a new leaderboard for new scores. This should help with upload times as well as give new players a chance to make their mark. Old scores can still be viewed.

Also, if you haven't checked out my other game recently released, please check out Captain Clive: Danger From Dione!

My Next Project - Captain Clive: Danger From Dione is now on Kickstarter!

The Pillage Week-long Stay At Home Sale

Please everyone, stay at home - and while you're doing it, play The Pillage!

Since we're here already, I want to update everyone on the progress of work. Currently, The Pillage is on the back-burner for new updates with most of my time and resources going to my new game, Captain Clive: Danger From Dione. Here's some pictures! If you like what you see, please follow my Twitter or Instagram or something :)

Working on a new game ~ Captain Clive: Danger From Dione

What is this game?

Captain Clive: Danger From Dione is not a direct sequel to The Pillage, but instead is a personal sequel. It's been nearly two years since the release of The Pillage and I wanted to make something new.

In CC:DFD, you play as Captain Clive, or one of his crew members. You land your small ship in Ophacland, a residential colony of Dione, moon of Saturn. Upon exiting the ship you find that there are no humans left in the colony and that aliens have overthrown the area.

Your goal is to mow down hordes of aliens while staying alive. As you play through the waves, the game continues to get more difficult. To deal with this difficulty, you must balance your resources while making strategic decisions through combat and spending.

Is this game for me?

Do you like first person shooters? Do you like third person shooters? This game has both.
Do you like endless waves of enemies? This game has it. Right now there are around 50 different enemies.
Do you like big guns? Yes, me too.
Do you like lots of guns? Yes, as do I.
Explosions? yes.
Killing civilians for kidneys? This game is fun, but The Pillage might suit you better.

When will this game be released?

There is no exact date at the moment, but I do not plan for release until I feel this game is ready - hopefully in the 6-8 months range.

What's to come for The Pillage?

I hope to continue to release updates and patches for The Pillage in the future, but as of right now, Captain Clive: Danger From Dione is taking most of my time and resources.

Screenshots?

Here's a few screenshots of the game. These may not fully reflect what the game will look like when it is released because I'm constantly changing things, but pictures are cool.
