0.3.0 - Too many changes to list

There have been a lot of changes. I'm only going to list the biggest changes to gameplay.


  • Removed the illumination mechanic
  • Units are now configurable (targeting zones and target priority)
  • Added unique boss relic drops
  • Added potions

0.2.0 A lot of UI work.

Mostly UI work, but a decent sized patch. Skipped to 0.2.0 because of the gameplay change with removing target priority. After experimenting with this a bit, I think I may bring back target priority but in a "If the prioritized target type is not found, target anything else" kind of way. Overall, the old way would make more sense if I allowed player programmed customization of the units.


  • Several UI improvements
  • Bosses now drop chests that you have to attack to retrieve
  • Gold perk removed, in favor of always receiving that bonus gold for the boss kill
  • Fixed a longstanding bug that would not immediately show it's effects, but would eventually cause a crash
  • Sniper rifle now displays damage and hit effects in the proper location
  • Fixed GoldGenerator not giving the proper amount of gold from levels
  • Reduced deadlyinventor's saw speed by 25%
  • Slight nerf to burst pistol's recoil and range
  • Added gunmod icon
  • Added hag cauldron model
  • Nerf to t2 weapons across the board
  • Fixed jungle style mags not displays stats in tooltip
  • Fixed missle boss missles causing weird issues
  • icbms now spawn slightly closer, so they appear on the map with the enemy wave
  • Fixed bug with card models becoming misaligned
  • Corpse dealer nerf gold per kill 3 > 1
  • corpse dealer buff increase aim speed 2 > 2.5
  • Removed target priorities. All units now target anything but still only within their allocated zones
  • Slight buff to enemy hp scaling
  • Enemies also now gain a bonus armor after every bossfight
  • Nerfed poisebreaker boomerang slow duration 3.5 > 2.15
  • Slight crusader shield bash range increase
  • Curse weaver bound agony trigger rate buffed from 1.55 > .9
  • Nerfed constructor castle heal per wave from 15% to 5%
  • Fixed bug with missle boss not dropping boss chest
  • Fixed bug with perk potentially choosing nobody
  • Lowered requirement for demolitionist synergy from 3 > 2

  • Equipment shop now always rolls at least one weapon

  • Nerfed aoe of grenade item
  • Enemies that spawn should now be more varied
  • Fixed uncommon bug that stopped the player from starting the game
  • Fixed bug with extremely slowed units moving fast
  • Fixed ui bug with unit's weapon / relic indicator completely disappearing
  • Fixed ui bug where unit's slots would continue blinking if an item was sold
  • Fixed bug with third boss being able to be forced off the screen, resulting in a soft lock

  • Healing bar now has a max of what can be afforded
  • Flare item / spell uses a better projectile asset

The UI is still ugly, but:

New card purchasing effect
New effect on bars filling up in upgrade tab
Granular repair bar in castle menu
Gave shock shaman targetting zones and priority
Might have fixed an index error in aoe trigger system
Fixed bug with summons dying
Fixed some UI bugs
Fixed regression with rotation of pooled objects
Fixed footman's axe potentially being behind the camera
Enemy necro's summons now point in the correct direction
Some new perk icons

0.1.1 Coffee and bug fixes

Just a small patch.


  • Added shop effect that goes from purchased card to unit or equipment.
  • Fixed bug where you can spam start on the main menu and prevent the game from ever starting
  • Added shop effect when things are sold
  • Added coffee relic
  • Added bullet casings ejecting from assault rifle / pump/ and smg
  • Small effect on grid squares
  • Small pulsing effect on unit equipment when highlighting weapons or relics
  • Tooltips for units on placement grid now don't overlap placement section
  • Fixed bug with tooltip not working after losing once
  • Fixed bug with cursor disappearing if perk chosen while autopilot was enabled
