SP4 Released and T:ANE Now Half Price Forever!
T:ANE Service Pack 4 update is now released on Steam. This update fixes a range of bugs and adds some minor optimisations.
We've also permanently reduced the price of TANE to USD$19.99. Prices in other countries are set as per the recommended Steam conversion rates.
DISCOUNT FOR EXISTING PLAYERS: We've increased the discount on the TANE Platinum Edition bundle to 80%!
This "Platinum Edition" bundle provides thousands of miles of track, over 100 different locomotives, a dozen routes and dozens of "sessions" (activities to take on as Driver of various locos) and 18,000 assets in total.

Service Pack 2 Hotfix 1 Update now released
We've come a long long way since the first release of Trainz A New Era "Community Edition" way back in December 2014.
After many months in development on our latest free update for TANE, and with enormous support from over 2,000 of our core community helping us beta test and report their feedback, we've made a huge number of improvements and fixes.
We've been busy making Trainz more stable across more configurations, offering better compatibility with a wider range of content, and fixing those annoying little things that sometimes make you want to tear your hair out.
With over 500,000 items created by over 10,000 people over 15 years, Trainz has a lifetime of content to explore. With all this content available for free download the task of ensuring everything works perfectly is an enormous undertaking. Clearly we can't do everything ourselves, and that's why the Trainz Community support is so vital to the ongoing success of TANE.
To those of you who understand that this is a journey and not a destination, please continue to enjoy the ride. For those who would prefer to focus on the flaws rather than the flowers, we would encourage you to let us know of any issue you find through our reporting form you can find here.
"Service Pack 2" Update is now live
After more than 6 months of development and many thousands of hours of beta testing, we're very happy to announce that Trainz A New Era "Service Pack 2 "has arrived. With this latest update, which includes a range of under-the-hood improvements as well as hundreds of bug fixes, we are confident that we are delivering our most reliable and stable version of Trainz ever.
SP2 provides a far more robust platform upon which to expand Trainz for years to come and also enables owners of "Trainz Model Railroad" to install the 7 routes and 22 sessions to effectively merge their Trainz versions into one.
If you do not own Trainz Model Railroad 2017, then you can purchase the content as "DLC" to expand your collection and enjoy virtual railroading from a whole new perspective. (These DLC items will be live in the next 24 hours).
UPDATE JUNE 23:
1. The SP2 update has now been released for Mac users
2. There is a small update for PC users to sort out an issue some users were having with a database repair
3. Login and DLC server issues are now resolved
