[Notice][Fixed] Bug Fix for "Snow Mountain Crabmit" level issue

Hello everyone, this is the Troubleshooter development team.

Today we received a bug report covering the max level of the "Snow Mountain Crabmit".

The max level of the "Snow Mountain Crabmit" was set to 55 through the update before.

However, due to the carelessness of the development team, the tamed "Snow Mountain Crabmit" after the recent update was level 56.

As a result, this resulted in a level imbalance.

The development team has decided to change the max level of it to 56.

Starting with this notice, the level of "Snow Mountain Crabmit" will be changed to 56 when the relevant players are reconnected.

We're sorry to confuse many players.

We will pay more attention to prevent similar things from happening again.

Hello everyone, this is the Troubleshooter development team.

We announce the list of issues which has been fixed from the day of latest update to today.

The listed fixes below have been already applied to the Steam and you no need any additional maintenance.


  • Fixed a bug that "High-Risk, High-Return" difficulty setting couldn't enhanced Elite, epic and legend rank enemy.
  • Fixed a bug that characters couldn't get to max level.
  • Fixed a bug that the function "Continue Mission" didn't work.
  • Fixed a bug that the mastery "Wildcat Engine" didn't work in a specific condition.
  • Fixed a bug that the entrance of the mission "Iron Forest Secret Base" didn't match to player's choice.
  • Fixed a bug that the enemies of the mission "Iron Forest Secret Base" that are spawned differently along with the game difficulty were not matched to difficulty of the game.
  • Fixed a bug that character animations were played abnormaly after units used the function "Climb / Climb Down".

    - The rank effect of enemies - "Elite", "Epic", "Legendary" - strengthen and the rewards also increase.

[Notice] Hotfix for Dialogue Advancing issue

Hello everyone, this is Troubleshooter development team.

Since the update on September 17, a bug has been found in which the conversation automatically advances on the in-game event scene. And as a result of the cause check, it was a problem that an unpolished function was included in the update.

We apologize for destroying some players' experiences due to this problem.

We have fixed now. please restart steam client and upadte recent patch!

If the conversation automatically advances while during the game, you can turn it off by updating the Troubleshooter client and pressing the left Shift key (Y key when using the game pad) while the conversation is in progress.

We will be more careful in the game update process and do our best to prevent the same thing from happening again.

  • Added a new scenario mission "The Communion of Heart with Heart".
  • Added a function that copies mastery information to the clip-board and paste it to other mastery board on the "Mastery Board".
    - This function has been developed for easy sharing of mastery information.
  • Added the "Show Module List" menu on the office and Shooter Street menu list.
  • Added a food list that you've found already on the food UI.
  • Added an additional alarm mark that describes an event with a specific NPC other than quests.
  • Added a BGM that is played when you encounter a boss.
  • Added recipies of "Flash Pen" and "Pen Camera" that can be acquired by completing the quest from Dimitri.
    - You can buy them on the Valkylie Shop of the Maximillion's Junk Shop
  • You can turn the Playing-conversation-automatically function off using X key.
  • Added Steam achivements.
    - Telepathic Communication
    - It's a Good Time to Escape

  • Changed the item that you acquired at least once to be registered on the Transmog list.
    - It is also registered on the Transmog list when a new craft recipe is unlocked.
    - Unique items that you once acquired will be registered to the list after this update.
  • Changed the responsive attack like "Pincer Movement" or "Cover" not to use item abilities.
  • Changed the "Press Any Keys" situation not to responsive to F12 and Print Screen keys
  • Changed the default value of "Show Dialogues When a Character Talks" to "Use".
  • Changed some UI.
    - The dev team knows that changing the UI could cause inconvenience for those whom were already used to it. But for the better visibility, we decided it is inevitable.
    We ask for your understanding that we cannot maintain the form of the existing UI because there are changes not only in the external part but also in the internal system. If you have any ideas about newly updated UI, please let the development team know whatever it is.

  • Fixed a bug that the counterattack hadn't been activated when an unit revivied from Out of Action while it was in moving.
  • Fixed a bug that "Red Panda Style 1st Form - Red Panda Kick" and "Body Blow" hadn't been strengthened by "A Million Years of Training" or "Endless Training".
  • Fixed a bug that an unit used only one ability when the unit tried to "Cover" and "Pincer Movement".
  • Fixed a bug that responsive attack used by designating land in a specific condition hadn't been activated.
  • Fixed a bug that the Battle Fog hadn't been applied properly when a player restart a mission.

[News] Next Update Schedule and the Next Development Process

Hello everyone, this is Troubleshooter development team.

Thanks to your consideration, all the members of the development team returned to work after a vacation.

The next update will be on Friday, September 17th.

The schedule has been delayed a lot due to our vacation. As the schedule is delayed, the development team will do its best to introduce more new content.

Below is the sharing of the schedule that the development team is developing or planning.



1. White Lion and Black Witch DLC



It has been 10 months since the update of White Lion and Black Witch began.

Regarding this DLC, two Scenario Missions and one Violent Case will be updated in the future.

Considering the development cycle so far, the development of this DLC will continue until October.

It has been delayed too much than expected, and there is no doubt that the main cause of this situation is the development team.

However, there seems to be no other way than to do our best. Please trust the development team a little more.



2. The Joint Training



The development team is developing Joint Training as well as DLC. ( PvP & PvE )

Through the system, you can train with the police units or other trouble shooter companies.

This content is a system that fights with units of the same size as my unit, not a few to many battles that we've experienced a lot in the Scenario Missions and the Violent Cases of the game.

The system will be available to users who use offline mode through NPC, and users who use online mode will be able to apply for Joint Training directly from the Shooter Street to other users.

Joint Training was originally designed exclusively for online mode.

However, since the official launch of the game, the actual number of players has not been so many and the player-to-player battle may not be active.

Therefore, we design it as a system that can be used alone in online mode and can be compensated accordingly. Based on this, we are also making it available in offline mode.

Joint Training will be subject to improvement and further updates even after DLC development is completed.

For example, we are also planning to update the Beast Match or Drone Match that is using your own beasts and drones.

The development team knows that the scenario missions and the violent case are more attractive than this kind of content for many people.

Nevertheless, the development team decided to challenge the possibility of online mode rather than abandon online content.

We will continue to improve and manage this challenge to produce good results.



3. The Next DLC



The development team is thinking about whether we can develop the next season "Troubleshooter: Banished Children", as DLC, which is currently under development, enters the completion stage.

In particular, the biggest concern is whether to continue the story in the form of an expansion pack like MMO or make it a new game.

And most of all, we can afford to maintain the current situation, but we are very vulnerable to new challenges in terms of finance.

After consideration, we are considering developing additional DLCs that add new scenario missions, enemies, and systems after completing "White Lion and Black Witch" DLC.

It's sad news for those who are looking forward to the next season, but we will continue to talk about "Troubleshooter: Abandoned Children" by developing a new DLC and improving the game itself.

If we can lay the foundation for a new challenge through this process, we will definitely develop "Troubleshooter: Banished Children".

I'm sure many of you don't like this decision, but we'll do our best to repay you with fun content.
