Wartorn Map Remake, Blackhole Godpower, Christmas Stuff And Much More! - V1.2
Happy holidays everyone! We have got a nice content update for you to amuse yourself with during your holidays!
-New Wartorn remake map. A completely remade version but 4 times larger and more detailed!
-New 'black hole' godpower. Hold click when equiped to create a vortex that causes all nearby units to fly towards a black hole that follows your aimer around. You can use this to move units around, or just cause pure chaos!
-In house New 'Caveman' character added to 'prehistoric' units.
-In house 'Ginger bread man' added to 'evil' units.
-Animation fixes for Tesla character which properly supports inverse kinematics for holding gun correctly.
-Bug fixed which sometimes cause camera to glitch above areas which should be able to be viewed.

Version 1.1 - Halloween Content, Auto Cinematic, Flashing Flooding And More!
Hello keyboard generals! We have a special update for you! Below is a list of the content and features in this spooky update!
-New spooky graveyard swamp map.
-Flash flooding and rain added to weather system.
-Auto cinematic mode finally in! Press 'C' to sit back and watch the battle in procedurally generated cinematic shots that attempt to cover all import angles of the battle with epic photography.
-New witch unit added to 'evil', with new spell casting attack.
-New 'Ball Man' added to heroes. Those red balls are stronger than they look!
-Water shading on terrain improved. Volumetric water now has micro details within terrain shading, including small puddles and streams.
-Removed 'sliding effect' when performing charge attack in possession mode.
-Fixed issues where first person had camera placement issues with unusual characters such as 'Gunman'.
-Improved animation crossfading to reduce twitchiness when rapidly swapping animations.

-New Map 'Modern City'. A large full scale modern city perfect for your modern day battles!
-New Jungle map. Get those troops nice and sweaty!
-New battle load out feature. Save and load infinite battle load outs!
-New time of day system. Weather and time of day can be chosen for battles, as well time can be "frozen".
-Improved animation systems for possession. Inverse kinematics on weapon holding, hip movement for turning and facing target directions. (Note: not all characters are fully utilizing the new system yet).
-New Hero William Wallace, one of the best tank hero units. (Developed and modelled in house)
-New hero unit Annie Oakley. The sharpest shooter in the west! (Developed and modelled in house)
-New gunman unit. (Developed and modelled in house).
-Water bug fixed where surface would flash and 'z-fight'.

Version 0.9.5 - Custom Mod Animations Now Supported, Bug Fixes & More!
Happy Friday! We have some exciting new features and fixes for mod support.
-Custom human and non humanoid animations are now supported.
-Remaining animation fixes characters guns flying off, as well as characters lying down completely fixed.
-Lod bug fixed which caused distant characters to sometimes not render at all.

New Modding Features And Hotfixes
Happy Friday everyone. We have another small update here for the new mod systems which include new settings for mod developers as well as fixes in game.
-2 new animation presets added to the character mod setup script for mod developers. Animations include, "Zombie" and "One hand pistol"
-Accuracy added to ranged settings in mod setup for developers.
-Another issue fixed which caused mods to not import. Issue steamed from users subscribing to blank uploaded mods which had no content attached, causing Steam to return a null file location for mod folder.
-Some animation bugs fixed for mods which often caused the characters animation to briefly lie down flat (We are still working through other animation issues).

Patch v0.9.1 Fixes For Mods
Edit: Some are still reporting mods not showing up. Since we are unable to reproduce this bug, we kindly ask that you send us the output log.
Steps: -Make sure you have subscribed to mods. Run the game and confirm that none are active(Bottom right corner text says how many mods are active)
-Once you have confirmed this, navigate to the output log. It's usually located as a text file 'output_log' in C:\Users\YourWindowsUsername\AppData\LocalLow\Brilliant Game Studios\UEBS2.
-Email the text file to contact@brilliantgamestudios.com
Our bug squashing continues with this latest patch which attempts to fix both mods not showing up, and unit scaling/stats issues. Both issues are determined to be regional based issues.
-Fixed(hopefully) mods not showing up in game. Issue was due to folder extensions in code not work in languages other than English. We fixed this issue by fetching the folder locations of every installed mod directly through Steams API.
-Fixed unit scaling issues along with other stat based issues that used decimal values. Another regional number parsing issue caused by decimal numbers using ',' instead of '.'.

Hotfix For Workshop Mods
We created a hotfix in attempt to solve some of the issues users are having.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Some mods uploaded have some very serious issues that need to be addressed. Some issues include the characters scale being too small, or the rigs offset being far off center. These issues are out of our control and must be addressed by the creator of the mod. Please fix these issues or we may consider deleting these mods.
-Some efforts were made to attempt fix the issue where no mods show up. (We were unable to replicate the issues here, so it's all guess work on our end)
-Error messages added to game initialization to help catch issues with mods, or other import issues that may help us debug more potential problems.
-New 'mods active' text added to bottom right of menu, to tell users how many mods were successfully imported.
-Bugs fixed with 'custom unit' mods, where they would not correctly load into the unit customizer.

Workshop Mods Now Live!
Hello everyone! Workshop and character mods are finally live. We worked super hard to squash some very nasty and unlucky crash bugs that were happening (Some were Unity engine related), but we are finally there! We really wanted to get the ball rolling so we created 13 mods for you guys to play with! Enjoy!
With that being said, you should know this is the first alpha release for character modding. There are some important things to note.
Known Issues: -Visual bugs. some character mods have poor LOD transformations, this should improve in upcoming patches. -Animation bugs. Some character mods are having animation bugs such as weapons falling to the ground, and strange 'faint' effects where the character appears to lie down for a second. -Performance bugs. Some mods do not perform as well, especially in large battles. We are working to improve this. -Possible Unknowns issues with customized modded units. We haven't thoroughly tested custom units made from modded characters. However we are currently allowing customizing character mods, but be aware things may break.

Note: Character mods are not immediately active if downloaded in game, a restart of the application is required.
