-Change the spawning dog's behaviour, as the wave progresses, spawn multiple of them at the same time

-Fixed the options menu going crazy with the mouse wheel
-Fixed the price of some buildings(mainly ammo box) being a negative value
-Fixed the repair all button having a negative repair value, therefore doing nothing when pressed
-Fixed the server not syncing the game mode properly with the client, most notably some clients would fall to their death when teleporting to hell
-Fixed the voting yes/no text to fit properly

Release 0.6.3:
-Changed quick matching button, now servers that are nearly full and close to the start of the game will be preferred over games that are really far in. Wave 20 and above will be ignored.
-Fixed the multiplayer issues, most of the joining issues and gameplay issues(introduced in 0.6.2)
-Fixed the player getting stuck in the grenade throwing animation
-Fixed SENTINEL GL32 and RPG not rearming at ammo boxes
-Updated the engine version, should reduce the amount of crashes
