Upcoming Updates

The first update of the year will mostly focus on introducing new features to the unit designer.

  • Ability to remove modules from the middle of the assembly queue (when possible);
  • Other interface usability improvements to the unit designer meant to streamline the design process (more details when the update arrives);
  • More AI opponent difficulty level options in Skirmish mode;
  • Minor balance tweaks;
  • Various minor bug fixes;

Continuous tracks, Workshop are out now!

The update includes:

  • Continuous tracks (treads);
  • Workshop support;
  • Minor blanace changes: armor blast and heat resistance increased to 35% (up from 20%);
  • Minor bug fixes;

The next update will feature:

  • Steam Workshop integration (unit sharing);
  • Minor balance changes;
  • Minor bug fixes.

Unit Decals are out now!

The update includes:

  • Unit Decal designer;
  • A few new structural modules;
  • Mirror modifier (module designer);
  • Minor unit designer interface improvements;
  • Ability to reorder units (the order in which they appear in the repository).


Unit Decal update delayed until November 17th

The upcoming update will arrive a little later than planned (November 17, instead of November 14). It will require a few more days to make sure it's polished and bug-free. Sorry for the delay.

Upcoming Updates - Decals, Workshop and more...

November 14th - Decals


The next update is scheduled for November 14th. It will introduce the ability to apply decals directly onto units. In addition to unit decals, the update will also include:

  • A few new structural modules;
  • Mirror modifier (module designer);
  • Unit designer interface improvements;
  • Ability to reorder units (the order in which they appear in the repository).

The full list of changes and features will be published when the update arrives.

Late November - Workshop


Later that month we also hope to bring Steam Workshop integration into the game -- to enable unit sharing. The exact date for that update will be announced later.

Multiplayer is out now!

There are two modes currently available:

  • Matchmaking: unranked 1v1 mode.
  • Private game: host and join private games (up to 4 players).

Additionally, it is possible to host and join games over local network (LAN).

The update also features:

New Maps



  • Three new maps designed and balanced for multiplayer.

New Modules



  • Two new weapons;
  • A healer module;
  • A few new structural modules;
  • A telescopic stabilizer module.

Other



  • Ability to boost unit production speed;
  • Gameplay & interface improvements;
  • Balance tweaks;
  • Minor unit designer improvements;
  • Various bug fixes.

Multiplayer is coming October 4th!

The new multiplayer component will feature two modes:

  • Matchmaking: unranked 1v1 mode.
  • Private game: host and join private games (up to 4 players).

LAN play will also be available. Ranked 1v1 mode is expected to arrive as soon as we are confident that there are no major stability or balance issues.
