[Solved] [PC] Information on the Game Crashing in Windows
Greetings, Rune Hunters.
First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to your gameplay due to the issue where UNDECEMBER did not operate correctly in certain Windows PC environments.
Currently, this issue has been solved. The issue was caused by Windows Defender, the Windows firewall, mistaking UNDECEMBER as a malicious program during the update process, and we confirmed that this issue could occur from time to time when the firewall is updated.
Please update the Windows Defender and re-install the game if UNDECEMBER is still being mistaken as a malicious program when logging into the game.

Information on Potion Enhancement Effects in Spire of Barriers as of Feb. 20
Greetings, Rune Hunters.
Currently, many Rune Hunters have shown concern over Potion Effect Orbs in Spire of Barriers. However, we would like to inform you that this is not a bug because it is within the structurally acceptable range.
However, the statistics related to the Potion Effect Orbs in Spire of Barriers were set based on the previous rules regarding Auxiliary Slots. Currently, all Enhance Potions can be equipped in Auxiliary Slots, so adjustments regarding game balance may take place in Season 4 accordingly.
Game balance will not be adjusted during Season 3 because Solo Descent Raids' pre-season is taking place.
Also, we plan on providing various methods users can increase the effects of potions with later, due to the heightened interest surrounding the stats of potion effects from not only Solo Descent Raids but also the improvements made to Auxiliary Slots.

Seeing how it rains instead of snowing and how the weather is slowly getting warmer, it's clear that winter is over and spring is here.
To warm up our Rune Hunters' hearts, we prepared the 'School Day Ddakji Event' where bountiful rewards can be obtained.

■ Event Period - After the Feb. 15 (Thu) maintenance - until the Mar. 28 (Thu) maintenance
■ Event Details - Use 'Ddakji Draw Coins' to try the Ddakji Raffle and obtain rewards according to the grade of the ddakjis from the raffle. - Ddakjis are classified as Legendary, Unique, Rare, Magic, or Normal. There is a limited number of ddakjis that can be obtained each round. - Users can move to the next board after obtaining all ddakjis.
■ How to Participate - Press the [Event] button on the top-right part of the screen in the game.
- Select a ddakji on the board to open it and obtain rewards according to the ddakji's grade.
- 'Ddakji Draw Coins' are needed for the Ddakji Raffle. - A 'Cross Bomb' opens 1 ddakji above, below, left, and right of the bomb. - Gold is used and rewards are doubled when users participate in the Ddakji Raffle with the 'Double Chance' button on. - Double Chances can be used up to 3 times in 1 round, and Double Chances cannot be used for the current round if there are no remaining Double Chances. - When a Cross Bomb is selected while Double Chance is active, the range of obtained items increases.
