During the regular maintenance on Mar. 20 (Thu), we performed a recovery process for bonus points accumulated in Costume and Equipment Summon (Integrated). However, after the maintenance, we discovered that Equipment Summon (Integrated) bonus points were not recovered for some accounts. We are currently investigating this issue.

Notice: Costume and Gear Summon Bonus Point Recovery

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused.
Earlier today, we resolved the issue where bonus points for Costume and Equipment Summon (Integrated) were reset through temporary maintenance. However, while attempting to recover these points, an unexpected issue arose, preventing us from proceeding with the recovery and compensation process.
Our investigation into the cause of this problem took longer than expected, leading to extended inconvenience for many Rune Hunters. Unfortunately, this meant we had to conclude the temporary maintenance without completing the recovery process, and we deeply regret the frustration this may have caused.
For those affected by the loss of bonus points from Costume and Equipment Summons (Integrated) after the Mar. 6 (Thu) maintenance, we are actively working to verify and address the cause of today’s issue. Our team is preparing to resume the recovery process as soon as possible to ensure everything is properly restored. ※ We will share an update on the recovery schedule in a separate announcement soon.
Once again, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We deeply regret the inconvenience this has caused and remain committed to providing a smoother and more stable experience for all Rune Hunters.

Mar. 7 Temporary Maintenance

UNDECEMBER will undergo a temporary maintenance on Mar. 7 (Fri).
We apologize again for the inconvenience the temporary maintenance may cause. Please see below for more details on the temporary maintenance schedule.
■ System - The issue where the event end date is incorrectly displayed on the in-game 1+1 Diamond event banner has been fixed. - The issue where the [Royal Attendance Pass] is placed in the Convenience Items tab of the Cash Shop has been fixed. - The issue where the bonus points for Costume Summon and Gear Summon (Combined) were being reset has been fixed. └ Bonus points that were lost will be restored, and if you were unable to obtain bonus boxes from the March 6th update until the temporary maintenance on March 7th, they will be sent to you via in-game mail. - The issue where the effect does not change when using Frost Strike after equipping [Cherry Blossom Flurry Frost Strike Skin] has been fixed.
■ UI - An information message has been added to the lower-middle part of the Rock-Paper-Scissors event screen. - The banner at the top of the Step-up Package tab in the Cash Shop has been replaced.
