- First pass attempt to fix the pistol and flashlight issues its a little better but i will be fixing soon with a proper animation.

NEW UPDATE

- added throwable flares that stun and kill the monsters
- removed the uv light in replace of throwable items, flares currently only throwables but more are coming

Full Game Rework - New Graphics, New Animations, New Gameplay.
I have been working on updates daily for about 2 months now here is the latest changes:

  • Added Multiple Hidden Easter Eggs, Secret Weapons, and more.
  • Finished the first level for the main game
  • Updated main menu and settings
  • New Foliage/Landscape Graphics Overhaul for main game first level
  • Updated Multiplayer connections, you can now join through steam no problem
  • Added 2 new assault rifles and 2 pistols
  • Added feature when you burn an altar it stuns and damages each monster
  • Added counter at the top right for how many altars are left/burned
  • Made controls at start pop up and stay longer
  • Updated the start of the map and added a buyable vendor where you can buy equipment
  • New Doors in the works, some already placed around the map with keys to find
  • New monsters added, now there is a total of 2-4 monsters with chances to spawn as well.
  • Destroy all the power towers to stop monsters from spawning
  • Added Voice Dialogue In A Radio at the Start of the Map Haunted House. (Voice is by Sebastion Born from our Ravesta Games Discord)

  • Fixes to any issues regarding movement with stamina, its now fixed.
  • Improved networking with lag compensation for P2P Networking on Steam for a smoother experience.
  • Adjustments to overall Level of Detail
  • Optimized by removing unnecessary objects in certain places and combining more well lit scenes without the cost of the framerate
  • 2 new areas were created with the existing space without costing more usage or lag.
  • Adjustments made to the AI Navigation to improve AI and the map
  • Added 2 new keys, and 2 new key CARDS that are in the level and all thoroughly tested to verify 100% success rate
  • Fixed Pistol ammo size (still no ammo spawns just that pistol wtih that ammo will add more weapons later on)
  • Updated Note at the start of haunted house to make it more clear as what to do objective wise.

So while it may seem more limited, the game is more fun and enjoyable due to the nature of the simplistic design choices in this new version of unlasting horror, levels will feature different types of environments with different ai.

Please note i spent every day some days 20 full hours with no sleep to complete this new version of the game, and while sales are low and the game has been out over 2 years now, I felt this was the right decision for my community and players. I just hope you all enjoy the major changes to the game and feel as its the right direction let me know your feedback.
