Patchnotes for todays update:
*Changed "TERRORISTS" to "RESISTANCE" (Lore will be made soon, when its time for that, Resistance just makes more sense for now.)
*Weapon ability to fire and reload is now entirely based on a single bool from the server (Should fix reload bugs where you can not shoot after reload but are actually shooting and a bug where you can reload twice)
*HUD now entirely displays server values, there can be a slight delay (depending on your ping) when shooting (only visually) but you should no longer have a difference there
*Completely new recoil system (Stats of weapons are subject to change)
*Colliders on Harbor fixed
*New reflection for Harbor cars
*Removed SSRR
*Option menu now closes if you go back into the game

*Added Click Sounds

*Weapon Controllers are now disabled when they are unused (For example not selected or its a remote player)
*M98B now has 10 instead of 5 bullets
*Fixed M98B fire sound
*Pause Menu Changes:
*HUD is now rendered behind the menu
*Added Click Sounds

*Increased Blackout Ambient Volume
*New firing sounds for M4A1
*Weapons are now displayed in the lower right
*Switching weapons with mouse wheel is now possible
*New announcer sounds for domination (English)
*Fixed Navmesh on Blackout (AI could walk through some objects)
*New Movement rattle sound for normal walking
*Added a new map: Harbor (Formerly called "Sunset")
The new weapons:
MP40, StG44 and RSASS will be added in the next updates as they are not done yet.
Known Issues:
*Enemies in survival mode are always "out of cover" on clients
*Can not shoot through fences on Harbor
*Fences are still not working properly for AI enemies
