With HotF, we're aiming to give you that special feeling of taking part in a classic pen-and-paper role-playing session. There are many games that take some the core mechanics and put it inside a game, but we want to stay more faithful to the entire experience. We're taking an approach that's more suggestive than literal.
Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Heart of the Forest takes place in the modern times, in the last primeval forest in Europe. It's a real place called Puszcza Białowieska. There are many legends surrounding it, and many of them found their way into our game. You'll explore them as Maia, a young woman looking to uncover the mysteries of her family. She doesn't expect to find herself right in the middle of an ancient conflict between supernatural forces...
Heart of the Forest will launch in Q4 2020. We can't wait to let you play it!

World of Darkness is one of the most important role-playing brands, which revolutionized the genre in the 1990s. We instantly fell in love with it and grew up with these games. They had a profound effect on our professional lives as well.
The thing about the World of Darkness that has always fascinated us is the modernization of myths. Classic horror tales are the embodiment of the fears of their age. A cruel pale count became a vampire. Legends about zombies mirrored the unending plight of Haitian slaves.
There’s also the man-beast, which, in the World of Darkness interpretation, became the defender of nature.
Today, humanity is entranced with technology. Myths of the past gave place to fears of the digital age, hackers, and operating system errors. Meanwhile, in 2020, we got a wake-up call from nature itself. Huge forest fires in Australia, pollution of the oceans, climate change, and the pandemic should make us think.
The myth of the werewolf needs to come back, now more than ever.

We're happy to tell you that Wanderlust: Bangkok Prelude is now available on Steam. We made this free prologue to give everyone a chance to travel in the game when real journeys are impossible.
In Wanderlust: Bangkok Prelude, you can explore the streets of the capital of Thailand. It's a good introduction into our Wanderlust series, which consists of Wanderlust: Travel Stories and Wanderlust: Transsiberian. The first entry is an anthology of 4 long and 5 short adventures inspired by real travels. The second is a standalone chapter taking the players to the heart of Russian wilderness.
