We understand the frustrations with the latest public build for the Warbox Summer update. We still have many performance issues and bugs that need to be addressed. In the mean time we have created the legacy branch for Warbox (in the beta's tab of game properties) so you can enjoy the UE4 version while we iron out the kinks. Warbox System Requirements Update
UPDATED SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Warbox System Requirements have been updated. A lot of players that have been reporting performance issues may possibly be below these standards. Before this change, the minimum specs were as high as a GTX 1050 GPU. Make sure you verify that your PC is above minimum specs before buying the game. The minimum requirements were increased due to the new use of technology in Unreal Engine 5, Lumen Global Illumination, Nanite, and Metahumans.

Since we are upgrading to Unreal Engine 5, we had to remake and rework a lot of things. You may encounter a whole lot of new bugs and issues as well as some features missing that were in the previous version. Please bear with us as we slowly work and make progress to fix bugs and remake all of the previous content Warbox has had in previous versions of the game.
Gore and wounds are still being worked on. A lot of our most recent work waws focused on the customization system improvements as well as the Unreal Engine 5 upgrade process.

Summer Update Devlog

Today we will be going over some of the latest progress to Warbox that will be included in our Summer Update.
Manta has been hard at work implementing additional customization options, camo and more
Improved Blood Splattering and death facial animations
Improved Third Person Combat and feedback.
We now have a cinematic camera for all your video making desires!
Improved Helicopter AI and commands. Helicopters will now dynamically engage enemies, respond to Commands, land, support and even transport troops (still WIP).

Hello Warbox Fans! deej here with some news for you all about the development of 0.0.3.0
Development has been slow and steady during the making of 0.0.3.0, due to the change in engines along with much more to bring in terms of content for Warbox. Slowly building this new update and squishing bugs has been a large task for the development team, and they need your help to make Warbox a better game than it already is. A Patreon has been suggested multiple times and has now been recently set up for the fans to help. The money you put here will support the team and all the games Mantaliss will create personally.
The Patreon is simply for much more staunch players who support warbox heavily. The only reason the Patreon is even currently up at the moment is from the fans themselves. It was not originally for testing purposes only. They’ve asked for ways to help the development more than they already do, so Manta offered the Patreon. Of course, he’d want to have something in return and give them testing access to future updates. This has benefited Mantaliss, allowing him to identify issues and suggestions with the help of the players, but also the players themselves who are offered a chance to help find these issues.

Warbox Summer Update Devlog
Hello All! Tay here with a new update for the WB community.
This month has been very busy for Warbox, recently we made the decision to upgrade to Unreal Engine 5 which has allowed us to dive into a brand new tool set, rendering features and more. Over the last couple of weeks Mantaliss has been dedicated to improving, refactoring code and addressing many of the general issues surrounding faction customization, UX and more. These changes are wide sweeping and will allow our players to take even more advantage of the massive pool of content included and coming to Warbox.
