Warhammer: Chaosbane - Next Steps
We hope you enjoyed your recent expedition into the Forges, and the release of our fiery hotheaded Dawi Engineer, Keela. This release marks the end of our content roadmap, and we wanted to take this opportunity to tell you what's coming next!
First of all, we're working on something called the 'Tower of Chaos'. We'll follow up with a separate post detailing what you can expect, but feel free to make some guesses of your own until then.
In addition, we're planning on reworking Relic Hunt mode, our goal is add more depth and make it a more unique experience overall when compared to the other endgame content. We're also going to be introducing new enemies into Chaosbane, and implementing a system that will allow you to swap visuals between gear.
Additionally, we want to tweak the gameplay to make it a more satisfying experience and allow you to showcase the mastery of your heroes. We're working the option for you to be able to cast multiple spells in certain combinations.
The best part? These are just our immediate plans for the game. You can expect to see all of this come to Warhammer: Chaosbane within the next couple of months. There's more to come, and we can't wait to share with you what we'll be working on after that.
The Forges Are Open - Keela Comes To Chaosbane!
The firm grip of Chaos holds sway over the Old World, as the battle rages on, a new hero emerges, Keela, the dwarf engineer joins the roster of heroes with this update. She's a feisty brawler who excels in close to mid-range combat, using her hammer and pistol to decimate through the Chaos hordes. As a talented mechanic, she uses her contraptions to turn the tides, and her archetype ability will have you managing a heat gauge to make sure she's delivering out maximum punishment. Some might say, it's hammer time!
Speaking of hammers, the Forges are open! Heinrich Falke, the Gunnery Master of the Imperial Gunnery school requests the aid of any able-bodied adventurers. The headmaster and senior members of the School have been trapped inside; rumors have it that new monsters are roaming these hallowed halls.
