Smoke yourself out into another dimension, make some new friends or foes and unlock intergalactic artifacts and paraphernalia.
ALLEN PART 2
Sell your weed in bulk and make monster one-time deals. Earn the cartel's respect and reap the rewards or say goodbye to your kneecaps.
ALLEN PART 3
Get turnt up at the beach events hosted by Allen and sell mad edibles while you're at it.
All in all, the Allen Update comes with 30 new missions and 28 brand new items, however, you'll only get to see them by leveling up and completing missions.
Just a heads up, we're taking a little vacay starting now, so there's not going to be any new content for a couple of weeks. Hope you guys are having an awesome Summer and see you again in August. Peace!

Anyway, even if your country did take an L more than 200 years ago, that doesn't mean we can't all just get along around a bong! That's why we're releasing the Allen DLC preview today, in hopes that it'll bring joy to at least one pilgrim... Wait, wrong holiday... Damnit.

Oh s***, waddup!
So some of you have been blowing up our DMs asking when we gonna be putting out new content. And the answer is TODAY!
JK! Seriously though, we've been working on a bunch of new content based on the best ideas from the Steam & Twitch communities as well as some of the worst ideas we could come up with. However, instead of releasing free incremental updates on a daily basis, we've decided to turn it into a DLC which will be available for purchase in July for a low-low price of $19.99!
We just playin! The upcoming update, as well as any future updates, will always be free! The reason it's being delayed though is that for once we'd like to release a major update which doesn't break the game, and play-testing this thing is taking forever...
So while we can't give you an exact ETA, we can guarantee that this update will either turn out Epic or end up sucking Randy's nuts... also no multiplayer. Peace!
The Summer Update
What's up Weed Gang! So... it's been a crazy couple of weeks at the dumpster, we meant ADhD Studios, and here's what happened:
After being mentioned on www.hightimes.com, Weed Shop 2 got picked up by a bunch of Twitch streamers including JoshOG. If you're one of the few people who don't know who JoshOG is, check out his Twitch stream at https://www.twitch.tv/joshog It's sick!
Anyway, his people reached out to us for some collab action and a week later we busted out the Summer Update featuring JoshOG, which ended up breaking the game twice. However, after a bunch of sleepless nights, we've managed to work out all the major bugs and the game was finally playable again!
We didn't stop there, however, and kept adding and fixing a bunch of stuff!

JOSHOG
Hire Josh to do any job you require, grow the weedFaded hydro strain and take a hit from the Ducks Fly Together community bong!
INTERACTIVE TRASH
Clean up the beach by picking up trash, roaches and sometimes even cash!
MASTER BLASTER
Got plenty of trash, use it as ammo for the Master Blaster! WTF is a Master Blaster?
HYDRO RECIPES
Keep an eye out for pages ripped out from the Hydro Grower's Manual and hang them on your grow room walls.
NO HYDRO SIGN
Turn on the No Hydro sign when you're running low on hydro stock and your customers will stop asking for it.
INCREASED HYDRO PRICES
To give you the incentive to grow Hydro strains, we've increased hydro weed prices by a whopping 25%!
IMPROVED STAFF PERFORMANCE
Some of the staff was pretty useless, to say the least, so we've improved security and grow staff performance by 30%.
BUTTLOAD OF OTHER FIXES
We've also fixed a ton of minor bugs reported in twitch chat, via the bug report tool and here in the community discussions.

The Back To School Update
"But school started a month ago..."
Yeah? Well, we never went to one so we don't know no better. Also, we've been working on something really dope and totally lost track of time... While the content update is not quite there yet, we've just published a brand new patch which should fix most of the reported bugs.

BUG REPORT TOOLS
Use the bug report feature to report any bugs or glitches as soon as they happen. Attaching relevant screenshots and describing the issue in detail will help us get the bugs fixed ASAP and in turn, give us more time to work on new content.
PIMP YOUR SHOP TASK FIX
Fixed a bug that prevented the Pimp Yo Shop & Upgrade missions from being completed.
WEED DIPLOMA & STORE SIGN FIX
Fixed a bug where typing the shop name would cause all the controls and UI to freeze.
NPC PATHFINDING IMPROVEMENTS
Improved pathfinding and local avoidance in order to reduce the instances of customers getting stuck inside the shop.
CUSTOMER ANIMATIONS FIX
So not pointing fingers here but someone, working under the influence, decided to disable all the interaction animations. Sorry about that!
LOADING SCREEN CRASH FIX

The Hydro Weed Update is finally here!
WEED SHOP 2 NOW FEATURES
HYDRO SETUPS
Forget about watering plants or dealing with mold and mites. The hydro setups grow your weed from start to finish with minimal maintenance.
HYDRO STRAINS
Growing hydro weed will require some experimenting in order to find the right balance of light, water and nutrients. That balance differs from strain to strain and will affect the maximum yield.
HYDRO PARTS
The grow settings affect the longevity of your hydro setup's components. Running the lights, pump or nutrient supply at full capacity will cause them to break down sooner.
HYDRO CUSTOMERS
The new customers will want specific hydro weed strains so the days of stockpiling generic weed are over. Hey, you asked for it :)
HYDRO MISSIONS
Well technically they're not all hydro missions, a few of them are and the others aren't. The point is we got some new missions!
HYDRO WALLPAPERS
Again, they're not hydro wallpapers (WTF is a hydro wallpaper anyway?) but we did add new wallpapers and shop signs in case you're tired of looking at the same walls for the third month now.

Anyway, so last week's update, as awesome as it was (not really), introduced a bunch of bugs, performance issues, and hardcore crashes.
We, once again, spent a better part of the week un-****ing stuff, so this week's update contains just a few new items, but they are freaking huge, literally at least...

Upgrade your grow room to fit even more setups and to support the upcoming hydro equipment.
MORE TVS
Create your own Favorite video list and watch those videos on them huge imported TV screens.
SHADOW MODE
The coolest new addition to the game, it lets you harvest weed from the shadows of your plants... Nah, that ain't happening, but how dope would that be? Anyway, if you've been experiencing performance issues, now you can turn off the shadows from the options menu.
