Qualifying Round
- The qualifying round lasts three days
- Players have a daily chance each day of the qualifying round to secure their spot in the elimination round
- The top 50% of the qualifying round leaderboard advance to the elimination round
- Players that qualify on day one (top 50%) do not need to play on day two or three of the qualifying round
- Players that do not qualify on day one are still eligible to compete on days two or three to secure an elimination round spot
Elimination Round
- The elimination round lasts two days
- Players only get one chance to grab a spot in the final round, unlike the qualifying round
- The top 50% of the elimination round leaderboard advance to the final round
Final Round
- The final round also lasts two days
- If you’ve made it this far, you’ll receive a prize no matter what, but the higher you rank, the bigger the prizes
Other Things to Know
- We base scoring on total strokes, meaning the fewer shots you take to complete your matches, the higher you rank on the leaderboard
- Incomplete or forfeited holes score as bogeys
Showdown Royale
Showdown Royale is a twist on the Showdown events you love, with the competition turned up. Each group will start with only 20 people, reducing by 50% with each daily cut – more competition with a better chance of winning!
This Royale features 3 intense daily qualifying rounds. Players only need to qualify once to reach round 2.

- The top 50% of the qualifying round leaderboard advance to the elimination round
Elimination Round
- The elimination round lasts one day, with only one chance to claim a spot in the final round

- Improved an issue where players receive a “1075 error” when entering tournaments
- Fixed an issue causing limited time coin rooms to show 0 players online at all times
- Fixed an issue in alt shot where different texts overlapped on screen in some resolutions
- Fixed an issue on showdown tab on scorecards where the showdown art would overlap the back 9 scores
- Fixed an issue where pro shop cards would appear cut off, and several similar issues for some android devices
- Fixed an issue where a Showdown gold bundle was not offered on desktop

- UK players can now assign their location to England, North Ireland, Scotland, or Wales and have their flag on their profile
- Fixed an issue when editing apparel where switching tabs may leave the player looking at the wrong set of items
- Fixed an issue when editing apparel where equipping a new item still shows the old item with the EQUIPPED tag on it
- Fixed a visual issue where editing apparel on 1024x768 resolution on desktop would have the avatar and UI colliding
- Fixed an issue when editing apparel where opening the set bonus panel and then changing tabs would continue to show the set bonus panel
- Fixed an issue where players sometimes see an avatar posed in the swing follow-through pose at the start of their turn
