thank you for your ongoing support that reached us, over the last few weeks and months - and especially after the date announcement when Wild West Dynasty is leaving Early Access.
This means the world to us and we have to admit that we are slowly getting excited - yet there is still quite some stuff to be done.
While we are integrating all the features that we envision for Version 1.0, we are also currently in the process of bug hunting, so you can enjoy exploring and settling in the American frontier at your heart's content without interruptions.
Additionally, we are implementing support for more languages.
So when we eventually leave Early Access with Wild West Dynasty on August 22, more players than ever can dive into our world and enjoy the mix of settlement builder (and management), storytelling and open world exploration.
We can't wait to open the gates for you and hear your opinions!

Good things come to those who wait
Ladies and Gentleman, Cowgirls and Cowboys, Settler of the West.
The time has come. Almost.
The coaches have been renovated, the horses are rested and the spurs polished.
This can only mean one thing: Wild West Dynasty is getting ready for something huge,
And it can't get much bigger than this: We will be leaving Early Access on August 22nd, 2024.
We spent the last weeks incorporating your cherished feedback that helped us tremendously to give you the best game possible - with the content you desire.
In the coming weeks leading up the release we will share many more details on the changes, optimizations and fresh content that you can expect in Wild West Dynasty.
We are very excited and can't wait to welcome you to a Wild West experience like no other, when the gates to our fictitious American Frontierlands open.

Insight: You help build the West
when you enter the world of Wild West Dynasty, you will experience what it means to be a part of progress.
While you start fending for your life while fighting against the elements, soon you will start something bigger. Something much bigger.
Once your learned how to build or repair houses and can convince other settlers to join you, you write your own chapter in the American history books.
With every step you take into uncharted territory you help build up the settlements that will be the foundation of the American West.
But you don't build houses. You build homes. And the more settlers join you, the better for the whole community. Give them tasks and jobs and they will help you to their best ability.
Then tap new resources and make sure that they are available to all the settlements you built.
If one prospers, everybody will.
Or try and find the travelling merchant, who will have very special offers in store that will help you or your settlers to advance - if you can afford it.
Explore the prairie. Expand your influence. And make sure the growth of the American frontier doesn't stop in its tracks.
Without you, the West can't be won!

Right on track...
We are moving towards Version 1.0
So how do we spend the time that we have left, before this day arrives - and what will come after?
Together with a team of play testers we are putting the game through its paces. We try to introduce 'impossible' situations or gameplay choices in order to minimize the chances that you will encounter bugs that will have a negative impact on your gaming experience.
We also finetune and balance elements where needed.
That of course, is one of the many things that we will continue after version 1.0 is released - also based on your feedback, which was a tremendous help from the start of Wild West Dynasty in Early Access up to and including the present and which helped us redefine the new direction that Wild West Dynasty took over the last few months.
We cannot wait to finally show you all we have changed, reworked and introduced into the game.

Insight: Analyze this
Today we dive into one of the gameplay additions that found their way into the game over the course of the last few months: The Analyze Feature.
While there are certain blueprints, that you can only obtain through quests and exploration, a lot can be discovered by you.
You see an axe lying around? Well, pick it up, analyze it and eventuelly you know the secrets to craft it yourself - if you have the resources needed.
So don't forget to check the items, if you can analyze them, before you add them to your inventory.
You never know when all the blueprints come in handy.

Insight: Feed your community
Howdy Pilgrim,
we've been hard at work to make Wild West Dynasty the best possible gaming experience when we will release version 1.0 - the exact date will be announced very soon.
In the weeks to come we want to introduce some of the mechanics to you, that are either fully new or revamped to give you a better gameplay experience.
One element that we completely overhauled is the farming system.
Not only is it heavily connected with our new water supply mechanics. It is also a prime example how you can utilize the workforce of the settlers that joined you.
They will help work on the fields, watering the crops and taking in the harvest.
So in short: Take good care of them (don't forget to give them a roof over their head, food and water) and they will take care of you!!

The Playtest Is History
Hello y'all,
it is with a heavy heart that we have to announce, that the playtest for Wild West Dynasty is coming to an end.
Thank you for playing. And thank you even more for all the support that reached us through the playtest period.
But unfortunately, now we have closed the gates.
For one simple reason: We want to honor your much appreciated feedback and your valuable suggestions, how to further improve Wild West Dynasty and give you more updates.
But that will distract us a little from the big picture - which is preparing the game for it's release into version 1.0.
We have much more in store for you. And based on the feedback we got so far, we are sure you are going to like it.
Because by now Wild West Dynasty is much more than just "our" game.
It is your game as well. Most of the changes, additions and fresh content is based on your feedback and input.
We consider ourselves very lucky to have a community like you.

Farmer's Wanted
Without food, there are no settlements.
Efficient farming is one of the cornerstones of conquering the American West.
With a full overhauled farming system you not only are able to assign workers help you carry the load and take over some of the daily chores of working the fields.
You also have to find clever ways to irrigate the soil in order to maximize the yield.
Clever farmers should use the map overlays, showing you for example the water reserves available to you, affecting your crops or raising your livestock.

The Wait Is Almost Over
The time has come. Almost.

After months of collecting valuable feedback from our players and putting our conclusions to the test in the recently finished open Playtest for Wild West Dynasty, we are getting ready and move one step closer to leave Early Access with Wild West Dynasty.
We want to extend our sincere thanks to everybody who participated - and of course to all the members of the community who helped us make the game what it will be on the day we move from Early Access to '1.0'.
It couldn't have happened without you. We cherish every message we've received, every piece of feedback that you provided us with.
