We updated it with one additional fix:

- Fix for benefit from habitat’s activation not being returned when undoing the turn with the Himalayan Monal on the board

Thank you for your support and all the bug reports! We are working on bringing you the fixes ASAP. Here’s what you can expect:

Before this weekend, your platform will receive a hotfix, including:

• [p]Fix for bird powers discarding bonus cards, causing a soft-lock.[/p]
• [p]Fix for “Replay” option adding Asia Expansion cards to the deck.[/p]
• [p]Fix for Indian Vulture error in games against Automa[/p]
• [p]Fix for error with Rose-Ringed Parakeet copying Crested Ibis or Spoon-Billed Sandpiper’s power.[/p]
• [p]Fixed Special Edition bundle in the in-game shop not linking to the bundle on Steam.[/p]

Additionally, on Monday, along with this hotfix reaching all of our platforms, Abbott’s Booby, North Island Brown Kiwi, and Red-crowned Crane will be restored in the game.

Wingspan: Asia Expansion is officially live and ready to bring a fresh wave of strategic depth, beauty, and variety to your preserve.

In Asia Expansion, you will explore the vibrant ecosystems of the East, encountering a stunning variety of new birds, each with unique powers that can completely change how you approach your game. Whether you are a returning birder or just getting started, Asia offers new layers to master and new possibilities to uncover!

At the heart of this expansion is the Duet Mode, a brand-new way to play designed specifically for two players. Compete on a shared map, place tokens with purpose, and adapt to special end-of-round goals that keep each session dynamic and engaging. Duet Mode is available both offline and online. It also works in real-time matchmaking for everyone, even if you do not own the expansion!

Beyond new gameplay, this expansion brings a range of stunning visuals and outstanding music. Soak in four gorgeous backgrounds inspired by the diverse regions of Asia, and choose from eight beautifully crafted new player portraits to bring a fresh look to your digital birdwatching experience. All of it is accompanied by a serene and immersive new soundtrack by Paweł Górniak.

For new players or those wanting to refresh their knowledge, the tutorial has been completely reworked. It's now clearer, easier to follow, and comes with in-game rewards for completion. Two new tutorials - one focused on the Asia bird powers and the other on Duet Mode will help you understand the new rules and get ready to play with confidence.

Automa has also been updated to reflect the new rules introduced in this expansion. She now reacts to bird powers that benefit other players, and you will find smarter interactions and more transparency when playing against her, thanks to improved UI and gameplay tweaks.

On June 16, ahead of the release of the Asia Expansion, Wingspan servers will undergo maintenance works. During this time, entering online mode will be impossible. Maintenance will begin at 9AM UTC/11AM CEST/2AM PDT and will last for around 2 hours.

As with every online maintenance, please end all your matches before the maintenance and do not start any new ones close to the maintenance hours. Otherwise, there's a risk of losing ongoing games and karma points.

Let your fellow birders know about online maintenance, so the process can go smoothly.
