v0.86 Visual improvements, optimization, perma mode, additional voice over and more.

In perma mode, game only saves progress when you complete quests. There's no other way to save progress when perma mode is activated. It is not recommended for a first playthrough. You'll get "High stakes" achievement if you manage to finish Witch Hunt in that mode.

- New voiced lines for Mayor.
- I've applied and configured more advanced and better looking shader to render terrain on forest level. This significantly improves the look of the terrain. Shaders of different complexity used for different quality presets.
- Screen space reflection is disabled for high and ultra quality setting, where it was previously enabled. Because there are almost no surfaces, that can benefit from it in the game. On my test machine this improved performance on high quality by 28%!
- New 3d model for silver saber.
- Texture of silver saber will now become covered in blood if you hit red blooded creature with it.
- Made optimizations to reduce VRAM and RAM usage.
- Added new achievement called "Atheist".
- Added new achievement called "High stakes".
- Added some additional animations for town characters.
- Cabin and shed in the forest can now catch on fire if it will get hit by fireball.
- Added option to remove watcher totem and silver crucifix.

- Inventory design improved. Now most items displayed as icons.
- Made some improvements to sacrificial tree AI.
- Deadblind will now attack player if it gets to close.
- Improved player physics object friction. It should be less sticky when colliding with flat objects like walls.
