Balancing: Reduced Utopia talent from +10 to +5. Reduced Jealous Artist talent from +20 to +10. Increased benefits of stores by 150%. Increased crime of stores by 100%. Workshops and laboratories are now multiplicative. Barracks now also reduces crime by 10. Increased health of CC floor 1 bosses by 10%. Increased health of Failed Artist by 25%. Doubled health of Arbuscular Mycorrhizae. Doubled health of Shiva. Increased Shiva's CF by 2. Increased CF of Acceptance of Scale by 1.
Misc: Fixed scientist ghosts from not showing up. Fixed cosmic fatigue not being removed from golem and ghost soldiers when leaving. Fixed Curative Word from affecting enemies instead of allies. Fixed Ancient Knowledge from giving +5 tech instead of +10. (town benefits were still +10, so this only affected tech doors) Fixed damage to Omega Soul Tear, Omega Petrify Soul, and Omega Blackout.

Balancing: Extra Actions now require 3 times and 9 times instead of 2 times and 4 times. Lowered enemy dexterity by 10%. Increased player dexterity growth by 20%. Lowered attack, defense, magic, and spirit of all enemies by 5%. Giving Brother no longer gives a pharmacology bonus. Giving Brother now doubles recovery (also known as healing received) instead of increasing it by 50%.

New Features: Swords, Maces, Scythes, and Staves can now use Greatsword's raise weapon. Created alternate first interaction with a Southern Katis NPC. (requires a plot point and at least 20 charisma)
Balancing: Increased Ikemos stats by 25%. (health received 50%) Renamed Ikemos to Psuedo Ikemos.
New Features: Added 60 summoning spells. (old saves are unable to summon)
Balancing: Reduced enemy magic evasion by 15%. Increased Tech and Engineering scaling on Magic Rifles by 20%. Halved debuffs to Magic Rifles for each NG+. New Features: If a character's dexterity is two times greater than the opposing team's average, that character will receive a hidden +25% accuracy, evasion, and attack, as well as be 25% less likely to be targeted. If a character's dexterity is four times greater than the opposing team's average, that character not only receives the previous bonus again, they also receive an icon showing that they can perform an additional action per turn.
Balancing: Increased enemy dexterity by 25%. Removed additional mana from Morphing Sticks and Morphing Branches. Increased weight of Morphing Sticks and Mana Sticks from 10 to 25. Increased weight of Morphing Branches and Mana Branches from 25 to 50. Blind now also reduces dexterity by 50%. Doubled the attack and defense bonus to larger enemies. Small enemies gained 10% dexterity. Large enemies lost 10% dexterity. Giant enemies lost 25% dexterity. Collossal enemies lost 50% dexterity. Increased enemy evasion from -100% to -40%. Misc: Cleaned up Greatshield and Magic Rifle learning screen. Improved coloring to some Entropy descriptions. Slightly made dark blue text a bit easier to read. Fixed multiple altars not applying to enemies.
