Wolfsbane - Night in the Woodpine Forest
When the night comes, it’s all about communication and teamwork. Failing to do that results in getting eaten by the beast.

Poland & Friends
It's a huge honor to be a part of the Poland & Friends event, and we're more than happy to announce that Wounded - The Beginning is a part of this year's event with a 45% discount!.
The Central & Eastern European Game Awards hosted at the Game Industry Conference in Poznan, Poland was one of the best events we've attended as a team, where Wounded - The Beginning was nominated in the Hidden Gem category. This year wasn't so fortunate but we believe things will get better in the near future, making more CEEGA events possible.
Once again, a huge thanks to the organization for inviting us to be a part of all this.
Wolfsbane
Workbench Entertainment proudly announces our first co-op / multiplayer video game - Wolfsbane!
The game is set in a village called Woodpine, a place where the blood moon rises up in the sky once every ten years. The locals must prepare a ritual to save the one that transforms into a Werewolf when the clock tower ticks midnight.

Visitant 2.2
Wounded - The Beginning gets another content update, now in the right theme for Halloween.
If you've been waiting to play, the time has come, after this update you can experience the game in it's full glory!
Besides the many new sca, uhm... bug fixes, we offer an expansion in the storyline and a brand new segment. You can now get a glimpse of the infamous Altana Police Department, but in a slightly different "state". We're not going to reveal too much, besides the fact that this update, just like all the previous and upcoming ones is completely free.
We hope you have a spooky Halloween, and if you are interested in the more "technical" changes of Wounded, feel free to check the changelogs below. Happy trick or treating!
Completely new scene of the Altana Police Department for you to explore and get scared which further explains the backstory
Fixed a bug where you could take the duct tape without climbing the ladder which broke the game and needed a restart
Polished the menu so it won't go to a black screen when there is conflict with cloud saves
Note: Subtitles are back, slightly - all subtitles are active again, but for other languages than English, there are a few lines that are from the new content that still need to be translated. Upcoming update will address all of the translations.
Halloween Sale 2020
We are celebrating this years Halloween with a big price cut of 75% of the original price of Wounded - The Beginning!
On top of that we are pushing brand new content, "Visitant 2.2" which is also free!
We wish you a lot of scares and happy trick or treating!
Celebrating 100 Reviews
Every small step is an important one when you’re an indie-game studio, so today we wanted to celebrate our 100 Steam Reviews Mark, and of course, reward our fans and followers for it. 100 is a small number, but it means a lot to us because it’s the most we’ve ever had. Of course, we will give our best to increase this in the future, but for now let’s just appreciate the moment.
As you all probably know, every member of Workbench Entertainment highly appreciates the opinions of each and every one of you, even when they’re a bit “saltier” than they should. After all, criticism is what makes us better. As for the positive ones, we cannot thank you enough. It’s what helps us push forward. For our 100 Steam Reviews Milestone, we’re giving out fifteen digital keys for Wounded – The Beginning. But, that’s not all. Stay tuned because for this upcoming Halloween we have an update coming out with another, even larger giveaway.
If you still haven’t reviewed our game on Steam, feel free to do so. It means a lot to us and it’s what helps us get the much needed feedback to improve and bring more great games to you, the players.
All keys are available on our official website here - https://workbench-ent.com/2020/10/26/celebrating-100-reviews-on-steam/
Wounded - The Beginning 2.1.2
In this week's update we focused on polishing and bug fixes.
One of the main issues was the brightness bug that some players encountered in the main menu. The brightness was automatically set to 0, so many people thought that the game crashed.
We believe we found the root of the problem but it if it ever happens again to someone and possibly finds a way to replicate it, please post about it so we can take a look.
Here's what else is changed:
- Fixed a bug with the drill in the market where sometimes the battery won't work - Fixed trigger for a specific wardrobe where you could hide in it through the wall - Fixed timing for the look at event in the new "Lazlo's Journal" scene - Other small changes and polishes through the game
