* Lighting fixes

* Gongzhuang map fixes:
- Landscape fixes (no more getting stuck in the trees)
- Fixed stair scaling and other object scaling in first temple
- Opened up path to 2nd temple
- Frame rate fixes to Gongzhuang
- Lighting tinted slightly blue on Gongzhuang
