[PUBLIC BETA][PC] 0.9.3b - The User Experience update.
Dear Players,
As we approach our Final Release, Youtubers Life gets better and better. These past weeks, following the cooking channel release, we've devoted our efforts to implementing some features, quality of life changes and bug fixes that you demanded the most, thus we came up with the name: the User Experience update.
Disclaimer
First of all, this is a beta version, play at your own risk. It can break saves.
We recommend having a backup of the *.yls file containing your saved game that can be found at [user folder]\U-Play online\Youtubers life\Saves so you can restore it if the beta breaks something.
How do I join the beta?
Go to your game library, right click on Youtubers Life and click Properties. Go to the BETAS tab and, in the drop-down menu, choose "beta - Public beta". The game will update.
New features and changes
- A new location was added: It's kind of a secret place so... talk to top U-Tubers and try to get invited!
- Collaborators are now cheaper at the beginning but get more expensive later on.
- The quest system was redesigned, it should avoid related crashes.
- The objectives are now displayed in a way that's easier to track them.
- Fully revamped card game UI
- The clock now stops while browsing the shops
- The shopping cart is gone, now it's all 1-click-buy, so be careful!
- You won't be taken out of the list when selling games, songs, etc.
- You can no longer control your collaborators' video making process (card game and editing)
- The camera rendering points no longer diminish when increasing your level. Now they're static for each camera.
- There's a new "Inventory" window where you can see every item, whether you possess it or not and how to get them.
- Several minor fixes and improvements.

[0.9.2][PC] First 2017 update!
Dear players,
How's this year starting for you? I hope everything's fine!
We bring 0.9.2 to you, with several bug fixes and a reworked collaborator system. The Mac build will be available on Monday.
Since we implemented the built-in crash reports we've been getting a lot of insight, specifically on crashes, and we've been working on those too.
We'll keep an eye on the collaborators now and we'd like to get your feedback, as always, in the discussion forums.
In the following weeks, we'll update you on the current state of Youtubers Life and our roadmap for further development.

Ho ho ho players,
The Holidays are upon us and, like a reindeer dashing through the snow, the 0.9.1 update has arrived!

We will be closely monitoring the forums for your opinions on the new cooking channel so we can improve game balance and, of course, keep an eye on bugs and glitches that arise.

Dear PC players (Mac build coming tomorrow!),
The wait is over, the Cooking Channel is here!
We're 5 days short of the Music Channel release two month anniversary and, as we promised, the all-new Cooking Channel is released today.
This is the third available career path for Youtubers Life:
Become a great Chef
Start from the bottom, on your mom's house, with limited resources and develop your career as a successful youtuber.
Master 6 different Gastronomies
Do you have what it takes to diversify your knowledge?
Veggies, Meat Lovers, Molecular Gastronomy... what's your best one?
Become one with the different utensils
How do you get to the Carnegie Hall? Practice, practice and practice.
Improve your skills with your cooking weapons and show your subscribers your best tricks.
Cook in the best restaurants in town
Grow your channel and get noticed by the best chefs in town. Maybe they'll offer you to go cook at their restaurant!

[UPDATE]0.8.2p8 - Bug fixing
Dear players,
How are you enjoying the music channel?
We're releasing a new build today before the cooking channel update next Thursday.
Version 0.8.2p8 consists of bug fixes, stability and general performance improvements.
The last build was a bit buggy. We're constantly improving the game and new code leads to new bugs, which then get fixed and we're thankful for all the support this community gives us. YOU are an active member of our dev team!
