Greetings!
This week update brings some new features and a new type of Zombie.
Here's the list:
[New]
- Zombie icons will flash for you to know when that horde is alerted by your presence.
- When a location is 100% explored you will no longer be able to obtain new loot
- New Zombie Screamer, if not killed fast he will call for any nearby hordes.
[Fixed/Improved]
- Lumberers now have a indication of the task
- Empty guns will not longer play an animation
- Nurse profession restores hp for any character of the group where she/he belongs.
- Corrected some typo errors
- Medic profession increases amputation successful
- Medic bag takes 100 turns to craft and, only is given if there's no other medic bag in the group inventory
- Survivors with Farmer profession will no longer take 2 slots on farm manager
- Ammo will appear just next to guns on sort
- Fixed a tutorial windows appearing after a Load Game
- Fixed a bug where I could be stuck on the event window

#12 Update/Patch
Greetings! This update is focused on the new professions settings. Here's the winter update full description.
[New ]
- Added Professions, players can choose from 15 different professions with unique skills for each new game, any survivor you may encounter will have a profession too
- Added a moral (negative/positive) effect on survivor portraits
- Added warning messages when your infected survivors succumb to infection
- Added health effect on consuming items
[Changed/Fixed]
- Adrenaline gives 1 action point instead of restoring health
- Changed the tutorial to a more straight line "to do tasks" until completed and some extra tool-tips.
- Dismissed survivor not giving negative moral
- Correct a few typos mistakes

Greetings!
It's been almost 2 months since last update. For very personal reasons, I wasn't able to work on the game with a decent schedule, leading to some to believe the game was left for dead. Fear not! Its alive and well! The dark times are over!
Here's the change log for today.
[New]
- New building to build on the encampment, the Water tower
- Farms can be built around the encampment (require the water tower)
- added new difficulties settings (hard and sadistic)
- Small tab displaying battle prediction against a zombie group
- Leaves effect on trees
- Wind sound
- Visual improvement on the encampment manage
[Fixed]
- Corrected full screen/resolution on start not saving from session to session
- Typo errors
- wrong translations in a event(for Spanish language)

Hot new update here!
This update focus on the morale system, now once the morale reach certain levels, either negative or positive your characters will get a bonus.
Event choices affect morale of the characters and other occurrences like the dead of a survivor.

Greetings!
This update is focused on the player Encampment, now you can properly craft stuff.
The following features took almost 3 weeks to be made, although apparently look simple, it gave more work than expected.
[New]
- New and redesigned craft system available at the workshop and lab buildings.
- Resources once stored, will directly display the total in the resources values tab, you can transfer resources back to your inventory as well.
- New weapons added - Sniper Rifle and AK47.
Because the recent changes in the way resources work at the encampment, there's been some changes in the way the save game works too, unfortunately previous save games from previous versions, will not be loaded properly.

Unfortunately for personal reasons I could not deliver an update in the past week, but good news folks! This week I will resume the update/patch schedule!

- Fix a bug where sometimes a gun sound would play instead of the melee attack sound (when not equipped with any weapon)

For now the Workshop building needs a bit of redesign, it's temporally disabled. I hope I can finish it by the end of the current weekend.
Now, it's time to start working on the morale system and adding other survivor groups/encampments to the scene with some interaction with your own.

Greetings everyone!
This update brings some new additions that considerable change the gameplay.
From now, marked locations will be connect by roads, zombie hordes that wander throughout roads can potentially reach all locations.
[Added] - Customize initial survivors name and portrait on new game
- Roads connect to marked locations (towns, research center and military base)
[Improvements] - Notification icon on the survivor portrait displaying how much level points are available
- Larger map (3x times bigger than the previous one)
- New sounds, survivors male and female dying sounds and sad songs
- Sounds for consuming Food and medic items
[Fixed] - Typo errors
- Corrected wrong road connections
- More curved roads images
- Electric Fence On/Off sound volume fixed
- Defense on encampment not updating upon repair
- Wrong female/male sounds
Because the recent changes in the map size, all previous saved games with older versions won't be able to load properly. It is advised to not try to load an old saved game. It will not load.
With the map now bigger, you can expect in the next update new locations to explore and many more features to be implement in a nearby future, new unmarked locations like abandoned shacks.

Greetings everyone!
Here's the weekly update/patch.
This one contains the Level Up system for each survivor. Now survivors gain experience when kill zombies, explore locations, build, train and interact events.
When a survivor level up, you can choose either raise an attribute (Strength, Speed, Focus, Endurance and Intelligence) or choose a Perk.
For now there's about 18 perks to choose from. More perks will be added in future updates.

#5 Update/Patch 0.0.0.5
Hello everyone!
This new update adds some gameplay improvements, new sounds, some bug correction and most important it's the preparation for the next one. I will talk a bit in the end of the post.
The Locations explore system has been updated too. Now you won't have to put your survivors exploring over and over again after fighting with zombies.
Take a look at the complete update log.
[New]
- Discard items on inventory action
- Sort items on storage
- New explore system for Locations
- New sounds (Scrap items, electric fence ON/Off, discard item, found item, character being bitten by zombie, death sounds for both male and female characters and out of ammo)
- Items drop balances
[Fixes]
- Unmarked locations like cars won't spawn upon each other
- Tooltip displaying while the group inventory was open (outside the storage)
- Increased console text and window size because some text was not displaying
As you might notice, the characters stats now display a happiness/morale bar and a level bar. In the next updates characters will be able to level up based on their actions and choose a perk or increase a stat permanently. The morale will be influenced by the choices you make on events and situations that happen to each survivor.
In the next updates the map will get a little bit bigger, to accommodate new Locations. Locations will cease to have unlimited resources. Can be depleted and in a later update can be turn into 'player encampments'.
Many people have showed the desire to customize their survivors to feel more attached to them. So your wishes are my commands, I've added to the planned features and I may be able to start working on that in +/- 3 weeks.
