Another game with a crazy passionate developer, 8 years in the making.
Visually it's a beautiful 2d platformer with a blend of 2d and 3d yet somehow maintaining a really cool retro aesthetic.



The gameplay is what makes it really interesting, it's a "save-them-all" platformer where you complete rescue missions on alien planets. (I wonder if they ever ran into Zapling?) It has really fun physics and shooting too as well as the ability to manipulate terrain.

There is so much more to it that I can't fit here, just go try it yourself.

Patch 1.1.1 - More squashed bugs

These are pushed to the unstable branch for testing.


Will be added to the default branch in a few hours.

Fixed:

  • Directional Dash should work with DPAD.
  • Updated a music track.
  • Fixed a typo in the Greed mutation.
  • Stopped the grimtown bosses intro track from looping endlessly.
  • Reverted a previous fix that was unnecessary. (Thanks Night!)
  • Stopped the Daddy Long Legs charm from creating endlessly long legs.
  • Fixed a boss sounds from looping after death and being too loud.
  • Fixed a crash that occurs when completing the game with Orbs mutation equipped.
  • Fixed a crash that occurs when getting killed whilt talking to a skull.
  • Zapling no longer goes black and white.
  • UI stays in full colour to increase readability.
  • Fixed an issue with the egg chaser bois breathing forever.



More fixes and polish are on the way.

These fixes are on the "unstable" branch on Steam, will push to the default branch once some testing is completed.

Patch 1.1.0 - Day one bug fixes

These are pushed to the unstable branch for testing.


Will be added to the default branch in a few hours.

Fixed:

  • Fixed text in the Damned Shame description.
  • The Protectors chase theme no longer loops forever.
  • Gates in the key challenge room no longer soft locks the character in place if they squish you.
  • Stopped the player from being able to go the wrong way during infection chase.
  • Renamed Moutain Path to Mountain Path. (Totally not a typo I swear.)
  • Fixed a weird pathing issue when entering Ratqueen Gardens from below.
  • Game completion percentage can now reach 100%.
  • Player can no longer move during certain sequences. (Sorry speedunners!)

BETA 0.4.4 - NPC updates

Added new NPCs, updated exiting ones, and added more skull dialog.

New:

  • Painter is not always at his studio.
  • Added a "fun" little narrative to a character in madcity.
  • More dialog prompts for Protector, Ratking and Teacher skulls.
  • Added a digger NPC that likes to dig, they like to dig a little too much.
  • Updated second raqueen garden room to fit the diggers narrative better.
