1. Dodge rolls now double tap W,A,S or D.
2. Optmized movement
3. Change Escape menu to right side so character can be seen better during customization.

5. Added text to escape menu to inform players to click and drag for camera 360
6. Broken leg will now heal shortly after breaking it (for now)
7. Added Push/Pull Blocks for dungeon puzzles.
8. NEW steel axe model, attack animations and weapon trails.
9. Added Large splash, splash sounds and Bubbles to water impacts.
10. Bleed damage added to axes.
11. Dodge roll checks added to prevent rolling while swimming, climbing and push/pull.

EDIT: Added a small fix today for correct the save files loading on game start. Thanks to ApexMerc in the Discord group for pointing it out!

Small fix today - Save system loading

Auto saves now properly loading when you exit the game and load in again. Thanks for the help in identifying the issue Boldee!

70%-90% cloudy = Fog and mist roll in
90%+ Rain or Snow, currently set to randomize in favor of rain

Will probably add Seasons soon, and will also add snow and rain to
foliage branches and grass

Puddle and snow accumulate on the ground and rain impact particles
now ripple in the puddles

Fixed instant switch to new weather pattern by adding fade timers.

Rain/Snow wet/frost camera effects accumate during coinciding weather.

Weather pattern can change over a 3 minute period, ever 15 to 45 minutes Randomly.


AOO gets a new map and quest system!



UPDATE 10/08/19 - The first intro questlines have been added! They will be given a second pass and improved for storyline and grammar in time but I wanted to at least put out enough information to get players immersed in the world without wondering how the controls and mechanics work... Now I can show you! The quests start at the first spawn in area so you will need start a new game in order to test them out.

Map expansion and bug fixes

I've been hard at work this week updating the map and fixing a few texture issues as well as fixing some bugs that were preventing the quest system from saving progress. More map additions and fixing up the quest lines this week! Keep an eye out for the upcoming SALE and many new additions to combat and AI creatures!

MAJOR map optimizations complete!

This is just the start of a world which will now quickly expand with new creatures, dungeons, quests, weapons and game mechanics every week!

I couldn't have gotten this far without your help, so THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for supporting this game. It means more to me than words can describe.

I will be taking a week to enlist the help of a top notch programmer to help me get things rolling more quickly but in the meantime look for more small updates in the next 2 weeks, and a HUGE map expansion shortly after.

Small but important update to questing...



Also fixed is the ability to shift-click items in to your inventory out of a bag. Item in slot 1 no longer bugs out when doing this quick and easy way to pick up loot!
