Patch v32.2

//misc changes
- Compendium - Minion Boneways: The Brodacious Brozilla has been added.
- Castle Conquest - Trapsmithy event: You can now only buy up to 3 contraptions off him per stage.
- Brodacious Brozilla minion: During its Eggy essence the chance of it spawning very high tier minions has been reduced.
- Mother's Milk relic: Boosted its Poison reduction to 100%->300% (previously it was 50%->100%->150%), and reduced its max cap to 2.
- Pumpkin Haunt enemy: Greatly boosted how much damage their explosions do.

//bug fixes
- Deamonic Giantous: You could boneraise these even if the Deamon minion cap is reached.
- Restless Monument: You could activate it even without a Soul meta.
- The Brozilla and Eggy Bro colours weren't correct if they were using Meld Mime colours.

Mischievous Monday #32

Welcome back wretched. :]

There's been some changes to the Castle Conquest game mode to spice it up a bit. When choosing a route each path now has a special event. There's a variety of events, such as a Roaming Traveller appearing, extra Custodian Errants or a Champion appearing, an extra bonus to Bones/Score, or a Trapsmithy allowing you to customise that map's contraptions. Stage 11 will always have a Trapsmithy to prep for those pesky Golden Order. And if you don't fancy either path then once per stage you can now re-roll the entire route at the expense of a Soul meta.

A new map has been added called the Rainswept Ruin. In these rainy wilds you'll need to deal with the spawning slimes and lightning storms as well as the usual meanies. There's the usual Necrotic Skirmishes score based achievement too.

A new ultimate minion has been added called the Brodacious Brozilla which you can raise by combining any 3 Big Bros and a Hero Soul. This apex Bro minion periodically infuses the essences of Bros, each colour representing a different Bro. While in this state they gain a variety of boosts and bonuses. For example the Boo essence boosts his contant damage as well as temporarily summons Big Boos and Spell Haunts. For the Chesty essence all enemies drop a Gold Coin upon death, and all Gem pickups become embiggened. While a Fruity essence regenerates your Health and Occult Health, and makes you completely invincible. There's an achievement for raising him called 'Ultimate Bro Lifeform'.

A new skelly minion has also been added called the Unholy Monk who emits an aura of varying effects. Initially it's a protective aura for you, reducing damage you suffer by -20%, and at level 3 the aura will reduce the Bless level of any enemy that touches it by -1. In his deamon form all Deamon minions that touch the aura boost their attack speed and he periodically summons a random Deamon which may even be a Diablos.

A new Heroic Force has been added called Restless Realms. When unlocked the odd spooky Restless Monument may emerge which can be activated at the expense of a Soul meta. Activating it will spawn extra meanies for a short time for if you fancy a bit more of a challenge.

A couple of new class meta...
- Deprived Wretch - Chesty Friendos: Boosts chance of being offered Chesty Bro minions and boosts their max cap by +3.
- Psycho Possessed - Soulen Spirit: You get a free Boo Bro minion when picking up a Hero Soul.

And a few new relics and spells.
- Added 2 new relics (Meldonic Sigil, Mother's Milk).
- Added 4 new spells (Sacrilegious Summonings, Unholy Tidings, Restless Rising, Unholy Prayers).

Other misc stuff...
- Updated the "translation_reference.csv" file.
- Added an achievement called 'Neighbourly Boners' for having scores in both the Daily/Weekly Boneworld Challenges at the same time.
- Mega Meldsumassous minion: The way this is offered is now consistent behaving more like a Diablos offerings (previously there was a chance you wouldn't be offered it, would show in a random slot, and could be overwritten by Deamon/Diablos offerings).
- Blessed Enemies now boost their Score when killed by +10% or +20% if Super Blessed.
- Blight status effect: Some of the damage it inflicts is now based on how much Health the enemy has (so inflicts significantly more damage on high Health enemies).
- When gaining Occult Health, the reduction gained when you have a lot of it already has been removed (previously the more Occult Health you had the less you would get).
- The extra reduction in Occult Health regen when fighting the King/Queen has been reduced (so it looks less like a bug).
- Deamonic Sigil relic: The Deamon attack speed bonus has been increased from +5% to +11%. It's max cap has been reduced from 5 to 3.
- Horoscope Charm relics: The Blacksmith Lackey will no longer sell this at the start of the run.
- Blessed Tidings spell: This now doesn't Bless enemies instantly, instead the spell does it over time (the duration of the spell based on its cast power level). It can now also bless Beast enemies, as well as enemies of any Health, and ignores the game mode base Super Blessed restriction (eg previously Super Blessed couldn't appear at all in Mausoleum Awakens until NGF1).
- Deamonic Jester minion: Added a softcap to his chance of transforming an enemy into a Relic based on how many Relics you currently have (just so you don't run out of relics). The soft cap leads to a hard cap of 66 Relics.
- Sacrilegious Altar contraption: This now has a 33% chance of summoning a Diablos (though he despawns a bit more quickly).
- Fungal Growth contraption: Increased how long enemies who run through it suffer from Blight.
- Custodian Errants enemy: These can now be Blessed (previously they could only be Blessed in the Castle Conquest mode after stage 9).
- Heavenly Vessels enemy: These now have a chance of ignoring the game mode base Super Blessed restriction (eg previously Super Blessed couldn't appear at all in Mausoleum Awakens until NGF1).

And bug fixes...
- When starting Fullscreen if you had a second monitor to the right of the primary monitor it could fullscreen on that instead of the primary (depending on your resolution).
- Creative Mode: The 'Excavator Squad' and 'Barrow Boner-raise' class meta weren't working in this game mode.
- Barrow Bonebolster spell: Casting the spell at a power level greater than 1 but only with 1 Boner could cause some issues.
- Elven Wayfinder boss: He could run into problems when jumping into some terrain (eg Bastion gate).
- Queen Gigalicious boss: Health regen didn't have the same reduction as when fighting the King.
- Status Screen: The relic "Page" text was saying "play".
- Sprout Escapade achievement: It's description was wrongly referring Big Bros as 'Giant Bros'.
- Fixed some spelling/grammar errors.

Added some more guaranteed bosses to various Mausoleum Awakens maps.
- Sorrowful Sullenwoods: The Werewolf Prince will now always show at stage 6.
- Dungeon Catacomb: The Immortis Necarch will now always show at stage 3.
- Ravenous Ravine: The Kenshi Shinobi will now always show at stage 6.
- Accursed Cathedral: The High Wizard will now always show at stage 3.

//misc changes
- Updated the "translation_reference.csv" file.
- Compendium - Local Leaderboards: They now show the name of the current class.
- Crypt Hub: Added a central gem beneath the coffin to fill the gap (it's colour is just based on the class gem colours).
- Crypt Hub - Fabellia: If you have all the Hats and Cloaks then she'll now just give a little speech instead of the usual menus showing (so it's quicker to see if you have everything).
- Immortis Necarch boss: He had a very low chance of appearing if you haven't yet killed him and hadn't triggered the boss progression system.
- Burly Boulder contraption: Updated their sprite so there's more variety and a bit spookier.
- Castle Conquest - Stage 11 Lift: The 'Echo of the Wilds' spell can now spawn Bees and Shrooms.
- Castle Conquest - Queen Gigalicious: Upon her 1st phase death her jewel attack would remain active.
- Bellow Batty minion: Their attacks weren't inflicting damage at Level 2.
- Big Potoussy Bro minion: There was a very small chance of you getting stuck inside the Potoussy (oh no!)

//bug fixes
- Blacksmithy Lackey meta: He could create a very long freeze or complete freeze if he didn't have enough viable items to offer.
- Boneworld Challenges: Forgetting Boneraise Lore or Class Meta wasn't counting as unlocked during the Challenge.
- Damage Numbers: Minion attacks that are persistent were giving inaccurate numbers (eg Grave Guard sword swipes).
- Goblusious - Giga Banish menu: If you banished an item and moved the selector on the same frame then it could banish an item you haven't yet discovered (which would also prevent you from unbanishing it).
- Castle Conquest - Stage 11 Lift: Roaming Traveller events weren't spawning enemies (eg Lost Little Flag).
- Mausoleum Awakens - Unsanctified Crypt map: The Immortis Necarch could appear as bosses at both stage 3 and 6.
- Mausoleum Awakens - Royal Causeway map: The Lunatic Fanatic was spawning as the stage 6 boss instead of stage 3.
- Boneworm Brainiac class - Freshen Melilous meta: This bonus was applying with each fresh boneraise even if the minion wasn't Melee.
- Boneworm Brainiac class - Freshen Magilous meta: This bonus was applying with each fresh boneraise even if the minion wasn't Magic.
- Boneworm Brainiac class - Freshen Ranilous meta: This bonus was applying with each fresh boneraise even if the minion wasn't Ranged.
- Boneworm Brainiac class - Raisen Rejuvenate meta: If you gain a Max Health boost from Freshen Melilous then this meta wouldn't fully heal you.
- Boneworm Brainiac class - Divergent Deamonic meta: Raising a Deamonic Giantous would give double the usual Max Health boost. Clarified in its description that the meta is triggered when raising the minion.

Patch v31.17

- Castle Conquest: Greatly increased the speed the game saves (most notably later in the run where it would freeze for almost a second).

//bug fixes
- Soulen Receptacle contraption: If it contained a Soul when an active player doesn't exist (eg you're a Snowman or during the King's Intro cutscene) then it would cause a crash.
- Castle Conquest: When starting the first stage the Blacksmith event wasn't pausing the stage music.
- The Boo Bro and Big Boobroski Bro minions had their minion type the wrong way around (Ranged/Magic).
- Giantan Summoner minion: Some of the effects from his magical minions weren't conforming with the Ghostly Minions setting.

- Castle Conquest: Slightly reduced how fast the Golden Order enemies are that show up during stage 10.
- Soulen Receptacle contraption: This can now be interacted with from any direction.

- Royalty Bosshunter achievement: This was only triggering when killing the King.
- Creative Plaything: Giving yourself an awful lot of Relics could cause a crash.
- Occult Pearl relic: Fixed a rare crash when an enemy dies.
- Beast Whisperer class: Fixed an uncommon crash when starting a run.
- It was possible to have negative Max Health (it now can't go below 1).

Patch v31.15

//in the never-ending saga of the mysterious save file wipes...
- The save file has now been split into 2 files. The 'save_meta.dat' stores the important meta unlocks, while the 'save.dat' file stores everything else.
- The Beastiary Kills data now won't be immediately updated every time an enemy is killed, and is instead saved collectively when you enter the Crypt Hub (this is to greatly reduce the amount of save file writing).

//misc changes
- Updated the "translation_reference.csv" file.
- Added a "Tabbed Pause" setting which when On will open the Escape Menu if the game doesn't currently have focus and the gameplay isn't already paused.
- Boneraise Lore - Bootiful Chest: At level 3 instead of allowing the buying of Soul Meta it's now needed for the Treasure Chests to have their base special item (since there's the Piggy Bank for buying Souls).
- Liche Escapade achievement: This has been simplified a bit so now you need at least 13 different types of level 1 Skelly minion, instead of every type (so you're not faffing around with the Compendium).
- King Gigald Bosshunter achievement: This has been changed to 'Royalty Bosshunter' which will trigger after killing both the King and Queen (since there's already class achievements for just killing the King).
- Crypt Hub - Goblusious the Scholastic: There's now a percentage beside the options (so it's easy to see if there's anything that can still be done).
- Crypt Hub - Choose Class: The Fortuity Destiny now has it's own gemless sprite (so people don't think it can get gems).
- New Game Forever: NGF1 now has its own ending text (so it's less likely you'll skip the NGF2 ending text).
- New Game Forever: When starting a new loop any contraptions that changed in the previous loop will now revert back to their starting type (this does not apply to the Imp Contraptioneer class).
- Status Screen: The legion title will now say what class you are (eg Thy Deprived Wretch Legion).
- Blacksmithy Lackey / Souleater Dealer meta: These will now show even if you don't have any Coins/Souls (so people don't think them not showing up is a bug when you first unlock them).
- The speed you gain Bone level ups has been increased if you picked up a lot of Bones quickly.
- Mauseleum Awakens - Gaseous Chompers stage: Increased the amount of Chompers that spawn.
- Cyclop Exile: During a Mauseleum Awakens he'll now always fight an extra stage of 'Mount Eyeball Might'.
- Treasure Chests: Meta and Relics that give a chance for chests to drop Spells/Relics now have the same chance irrespective of the type of chest (eg previously brown chests had a lower chance of giving free items).
- The Deamonic Augur, Fruity Bro, and Big Fruitikeeni Bro will now always have full transparency (so easier to see).
- Big Boobroski Bro minion: Reduced the size of his wall collision mask (as would sometimes get stuck).
- Bustling Diaper relic: You now release a sticky mess when Super Dashing too (*sniff*).
- Bonechemist Slab relic: This now says in its description how many Bones you get.
- Barrow Bonebolster spell: This can now level up the same minion multiple times if the spell cast has enough power level and Barrow Boners.
- Elven Wayfinder boss: He'll now adjust his aim if you attempt to run below or above him (otherwise he's too easy).
- Roaming Travellors: They now won't immediately appear if you're currently busy (eg super dashing or are a snowman).
- Roaming Traveller - Lost Little Flag: It now has a Barrow Boner icon when choosing the option (so you know what you're sacrificing).

//bug fixes
- Giantan Summoner minion: He could cause a game freeze if the target of his attack was inside a solid object.
- Fixed several issues where translated text weren't showing correctly.
- Cloak Skin: Changing the colour of your cloak wasn't working if you were using a translation that changed the cloak names.
- Killing a lot of enemies at the same time was causing mini-stuttering (as it was constantly updating the Beastiary save file after every kill).
- Keepsake Key meta: This wasn't spawning its free minion. It was also updating in the Creative Plaything mode.
- Castle Conquest - Cursen Eye contraption: This could trigger a Curse during the stage end sequence causing issues.
- Boneworld Challenges: Fixed a seeding issue that would often offer the same combinations of relic/spells/minions.
- Creative Plaything - Starting Legion: When removing a minion it would sometimes remove a minion of the same type but not of the same level. Fixed some inconsistent naming when choosing the starting minions.
- Creative Plaything - If the Fortuity Destiny class was selected in the Crypt Hub then you would enter the Creative Plaything as a random class instead of that selected in the Plaything menu.
- Sinned Deamologist - Repentant Soul meta: This was giving a free Soul in the Creative Plaything mode.
- Imp Contraptioneer: You couldn't buy a contraption if the scrap cost was exactly the same as your current scrap.
- Imp Contraptioneer - Contraptor Salvager meta: If you bought a contraption on an empty spot then it would reduce your scrap by one extra.
- Imp Contraptioneer - Using Deconstruct would still give you 50% of the contraption's worth in Scrap even if you didn't have the Contraptor Salvager meta.
- Junk Box contraption: This was updating in the Creative Plaything mode.
- Roaming Traveller - Miserable Wretch: The Barrow Boner icon was being partially cut off by the text.
- During a Roaming Traveller event or when offered a boneraise/relic/spell the stage music would sometimes not pause.
- Werewolf Prince boss: His swipe attack didn't have a sound effect.

Patch v31.14

//misc changes
- New Game Forever: NGF2 enemies now have a slightly reduced speed boost, slightly less chance of spawning as Blessed, and slightly less chance of not dropping a Bone.
- New Game Forever: In NGF2 the healing reduction has been slightly reduced.
- Castle Conquest: Slightly reduced how many Golden Order enemies show up during stage 10.
- Magnifying Glass relic: Changed it's chance of spawning Relics/Spells to 15%->25%->35% (from 15%->20%->25%).

- Necrotic Skirmishes - Wanted Poster relic: This was increasing the Enemy Amount variable directly instead of being a separate bonus which would lead to an exponential increase in enemies (the amount could get very big if you got the Poster early or have multiple).
- Crypt Hub: When choosing a map the Win Gem wasn't showing correctly.
- Running along the edge of the map would prevent you from dashing.
- Some minion attacks weren't conforming with the Ghostly Minions setting.
- Possessed Royal Lampelier contraption: It's bonus wasn't stacking if you had more than one.
- Ginormous Pumpkin contraption: It's bonus wasn't stacking if you had more than one.
- Family Burial contraption: It's bonus wasn't stacking if you had more than one.

- Greatly improved the performance if there's a lot of mud pools (eg from Pots and Dysentery).

- Save Backup System: Selling the Peasant Clashful Card would trigger as a partial save file wipe which could create a save file loop when starting the game.
- Save Backup System: It will now also create an extra backup save file called "save_extra_backup_always.dat" which is always saved (even if it detects the save file is currently partially wiped).
- Gamepad - 360 Stick: This wasn't detecting the full 360 movements.
- Horoscope Charm relic: When triggered it would show incorrect text.
