-Fixed a bug in the calculation of the mobilized troops' food consumption due to the last patch
-Fixed a display bug on some resources due to the last patch

-Adding a detailed tooltips for stability, which makes it easy to understand its evolution
-Now a defense bonus related to the field is taken into account during battles

-Addition of special action "assign a fleet" which allows to explore the seas
