With this update the main map size is now double in size, map generation has been improved and several misc addition/tweaks.
A 3.0:

Christmas Update!
Hi Guys,
To celebrate Christmas and the Holiday season, here is a new update.
As with every year, Santa will visit your village during Winter, if you have a Christmas Tree installed. During the morning (7.0h) you will be able to open the presents he left in your village. More over with this update i improved the render, so the graphics look more sharp now, so less blurry stuff.
- improved zoom and side scroll - improved hint texts quality - fixed a bug with some villagers spawn or got stuck in the mountains - fixed some bugs -1 values on building orders. - winter is temporary longer, until end of January. - misc fixes and optimization.

Halloween is here! And spooky ghosts will visit your village at night! Some are neutral and wont do you harm, some might get aggressive.

Name a Villager! [ENDED]
My dear Village Elders,
To celebrate "Ze" Steam Summer Sale, an EVENT has been organized for you. Name a Villager EVENT!
When a villager is generated ingame, a name and a family name is picked from a list. With this event, you too will have a chance to add a name + family name into the list, and have a villager ingame.

My fellow Village Elders,
Here is a small update to celebrate the Summer Fest and to prepare for the upcoming content updates, coming next month, excluding small patches and hotfixes.
After a few months of hiatus, i am back working full time, so you should expect from now on one big update each month, to recover the time lost.

+ summer days are now longer, based on selected difficulty + you can continue playing after the end screen and credits, as free mode. + to win the game, population needed changed from 30 to 50. + villagers that don't find a bed at the stockpile, will sleep near the fire. + miners priority hint now shows the current priority. + freemode is capped at 80 population for now. + temporarily more wood will grow when a new season starts (it will be changed back or even lowered than default once wood is on trade, and other buildings are added)
- game loading screen starts once again in window mode to fix the bug with window mode for multiple monitors - fixed a bug with saving in some rare cases. - fixed a bug with the builders not taking resources to the construction site when only one wood was needed. - fixed some bugs with sound and music, beeing on while were selected to be off. - fixed a bug with freemode having no events selected by default. - moved the on map hints for priority and cancel building to the left. - misc fixes and tweaks.

Upcoming Content and a small patch [Updated]
Update postponed to the end of March, mid April!
My fellow Village Elders,
By the end of this month March, i am planning to add more content, after adding the school and the cemetery in December.
The main feature will be the introduction of the need for entertainment and a few buildings, starting with the Tavern and all the production chain to produce beer and wine.
Every few season or so, your villagers will need some form or entertainment and without it, their work speed and quality will be reduced, get some bad traits (yes traits are coming), and other effects and events.
Beside the entertainment, two major buildings will be introduced, and they will become the main goals of the game. It will take time and lots of resources to build one of them, but once built, you will win the game and turn your village into a marvelous town of commerce, knowledge and/or spirituality.
